"Alright girls, do you know how to use snorkeling gear?" Toni appears beside us once again, his arms full of the gear in question. I place a hand over my heart, startled by his silent appearance.
This guy sure can move quietly.
"Yes sir!" Rylie says confidently and I laugh. Toni smiles and sets the gear down before leaving us. Rylie passes me some flippers, goggles and the snorkel, and I start with putting on the flippers. The rubber is tight, and the sand covering my feet makes it nearly impossible to get them on, but I finally manage.
When I glance up again, I can't stop my laughter. Rylie stares at me through her giant goggles, the snorkel sticking out of her mouth. She grins a lopsided grin before taking the tube from her mouth.
"I look hot, don't I?" She giggles.
"So hot." I grin. "It'll be even better when we get done and you have the red line from the goggles around your face."
"Looking forward to it!" Rylie smiles, and I laugh again before putting the rest of my gear on.
Several minutes later, we stand at the edge of the little dock, ready to jump into the beautiful, clear water. "Ready?" I ask Rylie and she nods before grabbing my hand. She counts down, and then we jump.
My stomach flips as I freefall for only a second or two, and I take in a breath before my body submerges beneath the warm water. Before going back to the surface, I open my eyes and glance around.
Wow. I nearly speak the word, but stop myself just in time, narrowly avoiding a mouthful of salty water.
Even though I was expecting it, I'm stunned by the clearness of the water. I'd guess that the water is only 10-15 feet deep where we currently are, but I can see where it quickly gets deeper to the left.
The ocean floor is covered in beautiful coral, rocks, and other sea life. Colorful fish of every size swim in schools beneath our feet, and I hold still so as not to scare them.
I hear a deep hum through the water and glance up towards the deeper water to see the bottom of a boat as it cuts through the waves. To the right, closer to the stone wall, I can see a small group of people also snorkeling, pointing excitedly as fish swirl around them.
I finally swim back up for air and Rylie does the same, locking eyes with me the moment we break the surface.
"This is insane!" Rylie says excitedly the moment her mouth is free of the snorkel tube. I pull my own from my mouth, watching as the water spills from it. Normally for snorkeling, you just set your face into the water so you could breathe through the tube, but jumping into the water had completely submerged the tube, filling it with water. I didn't mind, I loved holding my breath so I could swim down and look at all the stuff on the ocean floor instead of seeing it from only a distance.
"It is beautiful, isn't it?" I smile at Rylie, taking a moment to study her. She had pulled the goggles up to rest on her head, and little droplets of water cling to her hair and skin, sparkling in the sunlight. I can see her legs beneath the water, kicking in slow circles to keep her afloat.
My eyes travel slowly back up her body, lingering on the areas of bare skin before locking with her eyes again. I pull my goggles up before swimming towards her and placing my hands on her waist. My lips instantly find hers and even though I intend for it to be a gentle kiss, my body has other intentions. Rylie melts into the kiss, making it even harder for me to keep it PG.
I grip her waist tightly, enjoying the familiar taste of her soft lips before forcing myself to break away. "How is it that no matter what, I cannot get enough of your taste? Your touch? Just you in general?" I ask softly as I move my hand to her cheek, running my thumb gently over her slightly swollen bottom lip.
"Careful, Aspen. I'm already really close to just pulling you off to the cove right now and forgetting about snorkeling." Rylie murmurs.
"Ry..." I whisper, swallowing hard. Rylie's eyes darken briefly before she pushes away, sliding the goggles back down over her eyes.
"I'm going to make you wait." She grins, and I groan.
"Why? I know you want it just as bad." I argue, willing the throbbing between my legs to go away. It doesn't listen.
"You're not wrong." Rylie agrees, but she continues. "But I want you to really want it. And," She smirks. "I have to practice being quiet."
"I do really want it!" I whine. "And screw being quiet."
Rylie laughs. "Just an hour." She promises. "Trust me."
I narrow my eyes at Rylie but she just winks before putting the snorkel in her mouth and her face in the water.
Her face should be between my legs. I think grumpily, and this does nothing to lessen the throbbing I'd been trying to get rid of. Curse Rylie and her ability to turn me on so easily.
I sigh and shake my head before putting my goggles back on. I leave the snorkel tube hanging from the goggles and hold my breath, choosing to just dive. Hopefully holding my breath would calm down my heartbeat, and other things.
I swim down to the bottom, careful not to touch anything. My father had made that mistake on our cruise when I was a child, and I'd learned from that. Something he'd touched had stung him and left red welts over his left leg. My mother had spent a good portion of the remaining trip keeping ointment on his wounds to keep them from hurting too much and to prevent the scarring.
Something small and black catches my eye, and I swim back to the surface to take a few breaths before going back down. Rylie follows this time, and I smile when I see the object again. I point it out to Rylie and her eyes widen as she sees it before jumping back to mine. We swim back up and I can't hide my excitement.
"It's a sea urchin!" I explain, grinning.
"I've never seen one in real life!" Rylie says. "It's cool but I don't think I'll get too close to it." She laughs.
"Me neither." I giggle. The sea urchin was beautiful and a deep black, but it had hundreds of sharp spikes surrounding it. I don't think that was something anyone wanted to accidentally or purposefully touch.
Rylie and I spend a while longer in the water admiring the beautiful sea life. This is something I could spend hours doing and never get tired of.
I'm floating lazily with my face in the water when I feel a tap on my shoulder. I lift my head before pulling my goggles up, and come face to face with Rylie.
"What's wrong?" I ask quickly. I can't read her expression which worries me.
"Come with me." She says, keeping her voice even and void of emotion.
"Ry, you're worrying me." I say, but she doesn't reply. I swim behind her as she heads to the ladder on the stone wall and then to our table. We set our stuff on an empty chair and I turn to Rylie, but she has her back to me. "Ry?" I whisper, placing my hand gently on her arm.
She says nothing and instead takes my hand before pulling me down the beach.
"Please talk to me Ry, are you okay?" The worry is evident in my voice, and it finally catches Rylie's attention. She glances back at me and the moment I see the look in her eyes, my worry disappears. "Oh..." I say, and then I see the direction we're heading in and fully understand. "Oh." I say again, this time with butterflies filling my stomach.
The cove. Rylie smirks before turning forward again, and I bite my lip. This girl.
The walk is quick and waves lap at our feet as we cross the sand. When we round the large mound of rocks, I stop in my tracks. The cove isn't huge, but it's beautiful. Palm trees line the edges between the rocks, offering spots of shade. The blue water crashes onto the white sand, adding to the postcard view.
A tall hill stands behind us, the front opened sort of like the mouth of a cave. It doesn't go far back, but it's a decent size. And it offers more privacy than I was expecting.
I walk into the opening and turn back around towards shore, unable to keep my eyes from the view. I suddenly feel hands slip around my waist from behind and shiver as Rylie's lips press against the soft skin of my neck. Her hands begin roaming, and I sigh as they touch the places my body craved to be touched.
Rylie turns me around, instantly placing her lips to mine and kissing me hard. She begins pulling me backwards and I trust her completely as she pushes me down onto a towel I hadn't even seen her grab. She reaches around me to unclasp my swimsuit top before pushing me the rest of the way down and slipping her body between my legs.
Her lips move over my chest and stomach, threatening to bring the moans from my lips that I was desperately trying to keep in. I glance up at Rylie and she locks eyes with me as she slips off my swim bottoms. This only turns me on more, she knew what eye contact did to me.
I pull Rylie back to me, needing her lips back against mine. Then, needing more, I help her with her swimsuit, desperate for more of her skin against mine. The moment her body presses against mine, her fingers find my wet center and I can no longer help myself.
"Oh, fuck..." I gasp as my hips move against her hand. "That feels so good, Ry." I moan, my voice betraying my pleasure.
"Yeah?" Rylie murmurs, her voice low and husky in my ear. "You're so wet for me, baby." Her words only build the throbbing between my legs.
Rylie's movements begin quickening, and I moan into her mouth as I near my climax. "Do you want to come for me or with me, baby?" She asks, and those words nearly make the choice for me. I hold myself off as I answer her.
"With you." My words are breathless and full of desire. I move my hand between her legs and begin moving, instantly earning sounds of pleasure. I watch as Rylie sits up, her eyes closing as she moves against my hand. Her fingers still move slowly, keeping me close, but I wait until she's close, too.
"Aspen..." She moans. "You feel so good." The sound of her voice brings me even closer, and I know I won't be able to wait much longer.
"What happened to not making noise?" I ask in a low voice.
"With how you make me feel, I can't help it..." She whispers as she moves.
"Ry..." I whisper as my core tightens.
"I know, baby." Rylie leans back down to press her lips to mine, and I kiss her hungrily. "Come with me, love." She purrs, and I finally give into the pleasure. I feel her tighten around my fingers and gasp as my body does the same.
This orgasm is stronger than normal, and it takes me a moment to focus again once I come back down.
"Rylie," I say softly as I pull her down next to me. "I am so in love with you." Her beautiful smile and stunning blue eyes meet mine and she puts a hand to my cheek as she leans in.
"And I," she pauses, pressing her lips to mine. "Am so," Another kiss. "In love with you." A final, longer kiss. When we break apart, I can't stop the smile from covering my face.
"God, you're impossibly perfect. And you're all mine." I say as I brush a strand of Rylie's blonde hair behind her ear.
"Being yours is the best thing to ever happen to me." She says gently before pulling me into her arms.
Whenever Rylie said things like this, it always reminded me that things would be okay no matter what, as long as I had her.
