Taehyung slightly rubbed his eyes with the back of his hand while pouting as he woke up from his sleep.
"Hmm? Why does my pillow feels so hard?"
He murmured as he looked up with his eyes half opened, still on his half sleep.
"Uh? Ahh... it's not a pillow."
He smiled as he closed his eyes again but...
"This is-- Huh?"
He suddenly opened his eyes widely when he realized that he was literally sleeping with his head on Jungkook's chest while hugging him.
He tried to get up as quickly as he could in shock but his elbow slipped suddenly making him to fall back again. He tried to support himself from falling his body over Jungkook but luck didn't seem to be in his side. The next moment, he was literally lying all over Jungkook with his hands on Jungkook's chest. The worst part is, Jungkook already opened his eyes before he could move away while their faces were only a few centimeters apart from each other.
"What are you trying to do?"
Taehyung wanted to jump down from the balcony out of embarrassment. He could feel his face burning up when Jungkook spoke with his deep hoarse morning voice while staring at him.
"I-I'm sorry. I was trying to get up but... I'm sorry. I'll get up now."
Taehyung tried to get up but he was too nervous that he slipped and fall back over Jungkook again.
"Are you sure you're not doing this on purpose?"
Jungkook smirked when he saw Taehyung's ears turning red.
"It's a mistake ok? I'm sorry."
Taehyung could finally get rid of his embarrassing position and was sitting with his legs crossed, hair messy, puffy eyes, blushing face and a pout.
"Mistake? Hmm... ok."
Jungkook sat up and cracked his shoulder joint.
"I thought you were about to give me a good morning kiss. You didn't even let me go from your arms yesterday and even slept over me."
"Morning kiss huh? To you? You better not dream of it in this life."
Taehyung scoffed but then realized something from what Jungkook just said.
"Wait... WHAT? I did what? You mean... I slept while hugging you?"
Taehyung widen his eyes as if he was caught for something he had been hiding.
"Of course. You're not going to tell it was me who hug you right?"
"Of course not. It's because... I... I can't sleep without hugging something. I always used to hug a pillow or plushie before but there was only two pillows here and I didn't bring any plushie here. So... I must've hug whatever was next to me and it happened to be you. But I'll be careful next time. I'm sorry if I disturb your sleep."
Jungkook was just staring at Taehyung the whole time. The way Taehyung explained about his habit in pouts looked so adorable that anyone would want to squeeze his cheeks. And also the fact that Taehyung can't sleep without hugging something was kinda... cute?
"You're not mad at me right?"
Taehyung said with his puppy eyes when Jungkook didn't say anything but kept staring at him.
"I'm not mad silly."
Jungkook smiled as he ruffled Taehyung's hair making the other surprised to his action.
"Get ready. You're not going to miss a single day while you're here right? You can now go and enjoy as much as you want."
Taehyung's face brightened up when he realized he's already in Malta and he can roam around and enjoy. He quickly jumped down from the bed as he rushed towards the bathroom.

"Are you sure you can go by yourself?"
Jungkook asked while they were standing in front of the hotel.
"Of course I can. What do you take me for?"
Taehyung rolled his eyes.
"Fine then. Don't stay out too late. And be careful ok?"
"Ok. Ok. Understood. I'm not a kid. I can take care of myself."
Taehyung said before he got inside the taxi that parked before them.
"Call me if you need anything ok?"
Jungkook shouted but Taehyung just stretched his hand out from the window and waved as the taxi drove away leaving Jungkook standing there with a sigh.
After Taehyung's taxi was out from his sight, Jungkook took another taxi which drove to the opposite way with Taehyung's.
Meanwhile, Taehyung was too excited just by the thought that he can now finally go out alone like this, he felt like he finally got his freedom of living. He slid down the glass window letting the wind blow his wavy hair. Then he took out his camera and filmed the neat long road, the clear sky, the buildings, whatever his eyes landed on felt so beautiful.
It was already midafternoon. Taehyung had so much fun roaming around the city, taking pictures and videos. He even video called Jimin to show the places he visited. He had never felt that much freedom in his whole life. How he wish he could live like that forever.
He checked his watch and it was already time for him to return back to his hotel. He wanted to roam around a bit more but when he remembered what Jungkook told him, he just couldn't go against him.
He was about to take a taxi but something crossed his mind when he passed the bus stop. He had never experienced going by bus. He've always wanted to experience how it feels to wait a bus while standing by the bus stop and then riding in bus with other passengers... just like how normal people do. He could still remember the day when he told his parents that he want to go to school by bus like other students do when he was still in highschool. He did get to go by bus but there was no one in the bus except for only three of them, him and his parents. His parents literally bought a bus for him and went to school with him. Of course his parents always give him whatever he wants, whatever he asks for but something was missing and that something was his freedom, freedom to live a normal life like other people.
Taehyung took deep breaths as he stood by the bus stop with his fist clenched, the bus which was parked in front of him almost close its door while his mind was still fighting over whether he should go or not. But what's there to scared of here right? No one will stop him here. He's just nervous because this was going to be his first time going by bus, like a normal person. But he should take his steps while he still have chances right?
He took a deep breath before he make his steps faster towards the bus and he could finally made to get on the bus. He took a seat beside the window, put on his earphones listening to some random music from his playlist.
After riding on the bus for around 45 minutes, he felt something off with the road the bus was heading to. He should be around the hotel area by now but the surroundings seemed quite different from what he saw before. That's when he realized he was too excited that he forgot to check which route the bus will head to.
He got down from the bus at the next stop but he completely had no idea where he was. He walked through the small road which he had no idea where it would lead to.
"Woah... Did I just get lost?"
He looked around but he couldn't even see any house nearby.
He checked his phone but the network already lost connection and there was no way he can contacting anyone right then. Well, that's when he completely realized he was lost in an unknown area of an unfamiliar city.
But was he scared? Scared that he just got lost? Well... it didn't seem so. Because he was literally running and jumping while laughing happily in the empty road alone. Then he noticed an area not so far from the road where some tiny flowers bloomed beautifully in between its green leaves.
"Woah..!! Oh my God..!! This is so beautiful..! Aww... these flowers are so cute..! Wait... let me take some pics of you little babies."
Taehyung squealed as he took out his camera and captured the beautiful view.
His smile got wider when a yellow butterfly landed over his index finger. He giggled as he followed the butterfly when it flew away from him, flipping its beautiful wings.
Taehyung was too indulged into enjoying the beautiful view that he couldn't realized it was already evening and the sun almost set. Even the sun started to reduce its brightness and heat, giving a more comfortable weather to enjoy the mild evening wind.
Meanwhile, Jungkook came back to his room after visiting some places but Taehyung wasn't back yet. He waited for some time but he started to get worried after Taehyung didn't come back when it was already getting dark. What made him worry even more was that he couldn't reach Taehyung's phone even after trying for several times.
"I told him not to stay out too late."
Jungkook stood up and dashed out of the room running towards the hotel receptionist and informed them that he couldn't reach Taehyung's call and he need help to search for him since it was still an unfamiliar place to him and he had no idea what to do and where to go.
He knew Taehyung is a grown man and can take care of himself but he still couldn't ignore the anxiousness that rose up in him and he was sure he wouldn't be able to calm down until he saw Taehyung safe and sound.
The receptionist instantly contacted some cops after Jungkook informed her about Taehyung.
Just when a cop's car arrived at the hotel, Jungkook could finally reach Taehyung's phone and it was ringing. He bit his nails while waiting for Taehyung to pick it up.
Just when he was about to say something after Taehyung answered his call,
"Jungkook..!! You know what, I just got lost here. I've always wanted to know how it feels like to be lost in an unknown place but I can finally feel it now. This feels so cool."
Jungkook couldn't even get a single chance to utter any word as Taehyung spoke through the phone so excitedly. Seriously? Who get so happy and excited in getting lost?
"Where are you right now?"
Jungkook asked anxiously but he felt calmer than before since he knew Taehyung was fine.
"Me? Hmm... I don't know. But this place is really beautiful. You will surely love this view if you see this."
"What? What do you mean you don't know?"
"I don't know. I just wanted to ride on a bus so I get on a bus that was in front of me."
Jungkook was left speechless.
"Ok fine. Do you see anyone nearby? Ask them where is that place."
"No. There's no one here. I can see only flowers and butterflies."
Jungkook was so done but also getting worried at the same time.
"Taehyung, don't hang up the call ok? I'll come there so don't go anywhere from there."
He told the cops to track Taehyung's phone and he got into the cop's car along with the cops as it drove along the direction.
After driving for almost an hour, they were finally near the area where Taehyung was, but they couldn't see Taehyung anywhere. The worst was that the call was cut automatically all of a sudden and he couldn't reach Taehyung anymore, it said the phone was switch off. Jungkook got down from the car and started running through the same road Taehyung went before as the other cops spread their ways to search for the other. He called out Taehyung name as loud as possible hoping the other would hear him. He got more anxious since it was completely dark. If not for the mild moonlight, he wouldn't have seen even the road properly.
But... he couldn't find Taehyung anywhere.
Where will he search for him in this dark? Where did he go? He panted heavily as he put his hands on his knees. Only darkness could be seen everywhere as he just stood there helplessly.
"You're finally here."
Jungkook stopped breathing when he heard the deep voice from behind. He turned back as quickly as he could just to see Taehyung standing there.
"Sorry, my phone died. It ran out of battery."
Jungkook couldn't see anything in the dark but thanks to the mild moonlight that he could still see Taehyung smiling at him.
He took his steps forward when a sudden feeling urged him to run towards Taehyung and engulf him in his embrace. He didn't even hesitate to wrapped his arms around Taehyung who just froze with shock at the sudden hug.
"W-what? Jungkook? Are you ok?"
Taehyung said when he could feel Jungkook's heart beat getting faster.
"What do you think you're doing?"
Jungkook suddenly let go of Taehyung from his arm.
"I told you not to stay out too late. I told you to take care of yourself. But look at you now. How can you even let yourself get lost here?"
Taehyung just stared at Jungkook for some time.
"Jungkook. Are you that worried about me?"
That's when Jungkook realized he was being more tense than he should.
"Who said I worried for you? I was just trying to--"
"Then who brought those cops here?"
Taehyung crossed his arms.
Jungkook turned back to see the cops standing behind him. He cleared his throat and looked away rubbing the back of his neck.
"I brought them just in case."
"Is that so?"
Taehyung smirked.
"Let's go before some tiger comes out and eat you up."
Jungkook said as he start walking forward while the cops went before him.
"Tiger? It would be nice it they actually come out. They're are cute."
Taehyung giggled as he follow Jungkook who just gave him a seriously-look.
"But seriously, the view was so beautiful. I even made friends with a yellow butterfly. So bad you couldn't see it. Let's come here tomorrow again. I'll show it to you in daylight."
Taehyung giggled while following Jungkook with his hands folding in his back.
"I don't want to see it."
"Why?"
"Because I don't want to."
"Then you should've come search for me earlier so that you see it. Oh yeah, you were worried about me, didn't you?"
"No."
"You can say you were worried if you were worried."
"I didn't."
"Why? Are you feeling shy to admit it?"
"Shut up."
"See. You were worried."
"Shut up."
