At that moment, a group of medical staff suddenly appeared. Seeing Georgia holding an empty cup, Noelle said with fake guilt, "Georgia, I'm really sorry. I had no idea the hospital had run out of water, nor did I know you were coming to fetch some just now.
"I just took the last bit."

Seeing the mockery in Noelle's eyes, Georgia ignored her and decided to go downstairs to buy some water.

Seeing this, Noelle fumed inside. 'Morons! They actually let Georgia get to them!'
Just then, Grace arrived as expected.
It was the nurse who had deliberately kicked over the water basin while Georgia was washing sheets in the corridor yesterday, now carrying a basin of water.
"Wait!" Noelle chimed in.
"Mr. Maxwell's obsessed—still got you fetching Dr. Kirkland's foot-soak water daily? That's royal treatment!
"Looks like Dr. Kirkland has finished washing her feet?"
Despite Grace's aggressive attitude in front of Georgia, she put on a fake smile when facing Noelle. "Ms. Faulkner is right.
"Mr. Maxwell heard that Dr. Kirkland was cold-sensitive since childhood and her feet get cold easily, so he sends me every day to bring hot water for Dr. Kirkland to warm her feet."
Just then, Noelle gave Grace a meaningful look and sighed dramatically.
"Mr. Maxwell is so good to Dr. Kirkland! Even when the hospital is out of water and everyone is unable to get a sip, he still remembers preparing water for Dr. Kirkland early on."
After hearing Noelle's words, Grace immediately understood her meaning and turned to Georgia with a sneer. "You want water? Just say so earlier!
"There's plenty in this basin, and scum like you are only fit to drink this!"
Grace then lifted the basin of water towards Noelle.
Upon hearing this, several medical staff gathered around, and the woman who had previously been sarcastic regained her courage.
"Just drink it already! Dr. Kirkland never gives away anything lightly."
"Yeah, take it; don't waste Dr. Kirkland's good intentions!"
"Get a move on! Drink it and don't be ungrateful!"
A cold smile crept into Noelle's eyes when she saw this.
Georgia was now as despised as a rat.
Thinking this, Noelle feigned generosity. "So, this is kind of a gift from Dr. Kirkland; Georgia, you might as well accept it."
Georgia's eyes, cold and piercing, fell upon Noelle. Her lips pressed together tightly, and her gaze pierced straight through Noelle like a pair of sharp arrows.
Startled by those eyes, Noelle stepped back, suppressing her panic. "What are you looking at me for? This is from Dr. Kirkland."
After a long while, Georgia finally reached out to take the basin of water.
Seeing Georgia comply willingly, Grace said deliberately, "Dr. Kirkland's doing you a solid. Be grateful for it!"
With that, she exchanged a knowing glance with Noelle before turning around to report back to Gemma.
Meanwhile, holding the basin of water through the crowd, Georgia headed straight for Gemma's office.
At that moment, the door to Gemma's office was wide open; Grace was vividly recounting what had happened just now when suddenly someone gently tapped her shoulder—she instinctively turned around.
Instantly, a basin of warm water poured over both Grace and Gemma.
