In the villa, Victor couldn't help but ask when he heard Roberta's shout, "What's going on outside?"
Hearing Victor's question, Roberta quickly got up and entered the room, bowing and explaining to him, "It's just that little slut Georgia begging to come back, and I chased her away with a scolding."
Roberta thought Victor would praise her, but as soon as she finished, Victor slapped her face, causing a loud smack. "Who told you to chase her away?"
"You idiot!"
Roberta was stunned by the slap.
"What's going on? Why are you getting physical?" Priscilla, despite her designer outfits, couldn't mask her inherent vulgarity, which was precisely what she hated most about Elena.
Elena, a powerless orphan, had an elegance that Priscilla could never imitate.
Fortunately, Elena died three years ago.
Witnessing her own family being attacked, Priscilla, displeased, emerged with Cora in tow.
"How dare you ask? These two idiots wouldn't let Georgia in and chased her away. If she doesn't come back, it'll ruin everything!" Victor roared in anger.
The young maid realized she had stepped on a landmine today and stammered, "It... it... it was Miss... who told me to do it."
Hearing this, Victor raised his hand to slap Cora. "You idiot, all for your selfishness, you've ruined my big plan."
Priscilla, in a maternal protective instinct, stepped in front of Cora. "So what? Just call her back. What's the point of hitting Cora?
"Georgia is now a powerless nobody. While the Murray family is a well-known clan in Journ City. If she's smart, she'll come back and fawn over us, obeying our every command.
"Instead, she's now throwing a tantrum. In my opinion, you just spoiled her rot!"
Convinced by his wife, Victor lowered his hand and said to Cora, "You two were closest. Go bring her back."
Cora's face darkened instantly. She and Georgia had already torn apart when Georgia was caught in bed. How could she possibly bring Georgia back now?
But she didn't dare tell Victor the truth. Thinking of how Priscilla always spoiled her, she gave her mom a look.
Priscilla got the hint and immediately pointed at Victor's nose, retorting, "Stop criticizing your own daughter. I'm her aunt. I'll call her to come back, okay?"
With that, Priscilla went back to her room to grab her phone while muttering under her breath, "Little slut, wait till you get back and see how I deal with you."
She returned to the living room with a swish of her hips, sat down on the couch, dialed Georgia's number, and impatiently put it on speaker.
But what made her furious was that Georgia actually hung up on her.
Ego cracked, Priscilla hammered Georgia's number but got hung up three times in a row.
Just as she was about to blow up, the call connected. Before Georgia could say anything, Priscilla roared, "You damn little slut, how dare you hang up on me!"
"Aunt Priscilla, is that all you want to tell me?" Georgia interrupted her rudely.
Priscilla froze instantly at her words; this had never happened before. In the past, Georgia always flattered her.
Priscilla quickly snapped out of it and regretted getting upset over Georgia.
