Alpha David froze, he wasn’t expecting that little pup to grow up this big just after a few years.
He is still that fierce kid he had known back then to have the audacity to come back here after escaping the first time.
He roared up in an irritable laughter thinking that the moon goddess is kind to him.
“How bold you are to enter into this place, it’s good you are here kid, I have been searching for you for days now after finding out that you are still alive,
and to think that you are addressing yourself as an Alpha irks me, you are nothing but an ordinary wolf who sent himself on exile after witnessing his family’s death”
Alpha David replied giving him a dry laugh.
After Alpha Byron introduced himself, his subordinates began backing away frightened by the young male in their front gazing at them with dark eyes which held revenge and strong dislike for them.
They were witnesses to what happened six years ago, it was by luck the rest of them standing here survived his attack.
A good number of them died, Alpha Byron killed them without having to do much.
His aggressiveness is on a different level, those that managed to escape then were badly injured.
He wasn’t this grown then and he possessed so much power, how about now?
But then, they can’t stoop so low to run away like they did the other time, they should trust in Alpha David to handle the situation even if they are not in good terms right now since they want to demote him.
Axel raised his brows at the old ugly stolen Alpha wolf, he was getting riled up but he doesn’t want to act on impulse.
He is waiting for his Alpha king’s command. As long as Alpha Byron gives him the permission, he’d kill this old males right away.
It irritates him more hearing Alpha David speak to his Alpha king in that rude manner.
Alpha Byron returned his laughter, his eyes darkened. Both eyes began morphing from deep ocean blue completely turning dark red, his eyes were darker than blood itself.
He knew this Alpha here was stupid, he couldn’t even notice that two strangers were entering into his pack.
What kind of Alpha is that? How is he taking care of his people who depended on him for protection?
Alpha David was so hungry for the power he can’t control. It angered him that this old wolf killed his family for nothing.
“If you must know, I am not here to introduce myself to you old hag. I am here on a mission, a mission to destroy everyone that has a hand in my sad life”
Alpha Byron said, he stood proudly tall among the men he was facing.
He signalled Axel, without having to think about it, he knew the message the Alpha king is trying to pass.
After a few seconds, they shifted into their wolf forms.
Two giants wolves stood in the middle of about ten men, growling, hurling and snarling aggressively.
Alpha Byron’s tail stood tall, his eyes revealed blood, pure blood which shows his anger.
His first target was Alpha David, he ran in full speed with his fangs out, he grasp and puncture Alpha David’s fur, who was quite shock. It cut deep into his body.
He wasn’t expecting the kid to attack him first. He groaned in sudden pain, his jaw straightened up immediately in rage and half shift into his own wolf form.
Since Alpha Byron was taking care of their said leader, Axel decided to take care of his subordinates.
His molar crushed one of the men shredding him into pieces. Turning to the next person, his incisors nibbled and scraped the second man leaving him lifeless in seconds.
Alpha David mind linked with his trusted wolves and in no time, a group of fifteen more angry wolves approached both Alpha Byron and Axel.
The place that looked like a group of people negotiating and trying to reach a conclusion on an important discussion earlier turned into a battlefield with just a few dead,
many wolves trying to attack the two giant looking foreign wolves and painting the filled red with dead bodies and ocean of blood.
Alpha David crouch backwards preparing to pounce on Alpha Byron that was already faced with five of his men.
He waggled his tail in excitement with the thought of this two wolves making the mistake of coming here because he will make sure they won’t leave here alive.
Even if they are very huge and giant, they are just two of them. How can they defeat about twenty wolves?
Since he had people to take care of them, Alpha David decided to sit down and watch them getting killed instead of him getting involved in the fight that isn’t worth his time.
He trust his personally trained wolves to do a clean job and giving no sympathy or care towards his subordinates.
They are becoming a threat to him since they asked him to be demoted.
Because of that, he wished none of them leave here alive too. If they are dead, there will be no one to threaten him of his position as the Alpha when he is done with both Alpha Byron and Axel.
He went to a corner, curled up himself as he watch with great interest.
Alpha Byron’s ears became erect, his furs bristles in aggressiveness as he fight off the men that kept multiplying even after numerous of them were on the floor with each of their body parts spread on the floor differently.
He spread his furs with the thought of grabbing one of them but he ended up getting hold of two.
His paws kicked them, his fangs biting one’s neck while he broke the other’s ribs making sure that it makes a cracked sound.
Perplexed, the two of them instantly passed out and soon, he flipped them across the place till they went crashing into the nearest wall and died.
After that, another group of three wolves came forward.
Alpha Byron whined, he huffed still keeping his tails raised and his ears forward at the same time, he tried to protect himself from getting hurt.
Out of no where, a poisonous arrow pierced into his skin taking him unaware.
He howled painfully as he looked at his shoulder. The pain made him forget about his environment for a second.
That gave the three wolves the opportunity to attack him.
Their fangs each landed on a part of his body. His stomach, waist and neck.
With the pain shooting through him, Alpha Byron groaned, his eyes getting darker and darker with each passing second.
He began feeling weak from the attack and the effect of the arrow on his shoulder.
He fell to the floor while holding his shoulder in attempt to remove the arrow and get rid of the pain.
Axel seeing this speedily ran to his Alpha king’s aid dumping the half dead wolves he was fighting with.
He growled in displeasure at the sight in front of him. He glared maliciously at the wolves who were ready to attack him at any moment.
With a strong force, he lifted his paws and successfully removed the arrows that pierced into Alpha Byron’s shoulder.
Axel eyes reddened in anger, angry at the fact that this little wolves hurt Alpha Byron.
He coarse one of them, his sharp canine bit deep into his skin as his large paws got hold of the second wolf throwing him miles away from the bloody scene.
The rate at which he flew killed him even before he could reach the floor.
The third wolf tried shrinking from his grasp but Axel was quick enough to crush his furs leaving him howling in pain.
Alpha Byron grazed his teeth together getting up from the floor.
The wolves bite on him managed to heal quickly, since the arrow was poisoned, it didn’t make an attempt to heal.
But he regained half of his strength that will be enough for him to finish this bloodbath together with Axel.
He quickly attack the wolf that was about hitting Axel from the back.
Soon, all the wolves were down, all dead!
Alpha David snarled angrily, his ears rose up in alertness seeing that all his men and subordinates were all dead on the floor.
How can two wolves shred about twenty five wolves into pieces leaving their bones on the ground?
He was perturbed, baffled and became consciously scared.
The revolting incident that just took place took him off guard.
His eyes grew bigger as he stared at the two big wolves making their ways to him.
His wolf’s muscle tensed up, how could he have doubted the power of that kid and his friend?
With each step Alpha Byron and Axel took towards him, he took three steps back watlzing away from them.
At this point, he couldn’t trust his strength. He wanted to run away but that will be an act of cowardice.
He will look like a fool in front of this two wolves, he is also aware that he doesn’t stand a chance against them.
If they could kill all this people then, he is a minor.
Alpha Byron increased his pace until he was right in front of him.
David’s sixth sense told him to attack Alpha Byron in order to protect himself.
But that was a wrong move, it is something he shouldn’t have done.
Before he could hurl him, Alpha Byron grabbed his tail, he had used his visual cues to sense Alpha David’s vulnerability.
He darts back and forth in front of his prey while still holding onto his tail in the most aggressive way possible.
Alpha David howled, his tail was his weakness because he has a deep injury on his tail that never healed up.
It could kill him if tempered with, how did Alpha Byron know about this?
He cried trying to break free from Alpha Byron’s painful hold.
Alpha Byron let out a mocking laugh, he couldn’t believe that this is the same old wolf that was ranting and boasting to him half an hour ago.
His eyes communicated to Alpha David, in a way that he could understand what he meant.
Alpha Byron grazed his fangs together, and attacked Alpha David at once.
With his highly strong jaw, he nabbed him before shredding his arm.
Alpha Byron tore him apart leaving all part of him in different directions.
Alpha David died the moment Alpha’s jaw nabbed him.
Alpha Byron’s wolf hit his chest proudly waggling his tail at Axel in appreciation.
He felt proud of himself that he was able to take revenge for his dead parents and younger brother.
They both shifted into their human form looking exhausted.
Axel looks healthier than Alpha Byron since he didn’t sustain any major injury during the fight.
Alpha Byron’s shoulder was bleeding, he shut his eyes and sat down in the midst of the dead bodies.
“We need to get you treated Alpha king” Axel panicked but Alpha Byron shook his head in response.
The only important thing to him right now are his subjects.
He is finally back, back to take over the Dean’s Pack which rightfully belongs to him.
He is back home, home to his birth pack and to his people.
