Jason POV
My mind went to Bella.
"Shouldn't we invite them?" I asked.
"I will be taking mine to Catherine," Max said and I nodded.
As our meal was brought in two different trays, we asked that it should be brought to our room.
Getting to my room, I collected the tray and looked at Bella who was seated. Immediately, her gaze met mine; I saw her giggling.
After I had dropped it, she walked to me and threw her hand across my neck.
"I thought you won't have my time," she said with a naughty tone.
"We thought of spending quality time with our mates before we continue,"
"How many hours?" Bella asked.
"Two hours and some minutes," I said, considering the amount of time that had been spent.
"Let's eat some rice," I said and she nodded.
We ate till we were content, and I called for someone to take the plate away.
I spent the remaining time with Bella in a romantic position.
"Your hair," I said taking two strands of her hair. "Is like a rose."
This made her laugh and I loved every moment that she placed her hand on my chest. Her lips were like the swaying leaves; it was calling for me. I drew near and kissed it.
Memories of when I claimed her started reappearing to me.
"I love you," she said with a thin voice and leaned on my arm.
I remember when I asked myself if she could fulfill her duty. Then, I was thinking of her helping the pack win and I would leave her to herself. I thought her wolf was weak but it proved me wrong.
"Bella!" I called with a voice filled with passion, but when I wanted to put in another kiss, my alarm rang, which meant I had to go to the meeting room.
Bella touched my chin, then whispered, "Do take it easy."
I closed my eyes as I remembered my times of struggle when I had only Max beside me but now, I had Catherine and Bella also.
"I'm leaving," I said to Bella.
Getting to the meeting room, my eyes met with Max, who looked more satisfied, and I thought within myself that Catherine did with him the same thing Bella did to me.
Waving the thought off, I cleared my throat and had my seat.
"Now, let's go to the reason you are here,"
Not all of them were present, I asked them to take a rest and only selected a few among them for this meeting.
Three articles were passed to me. I gave one to Max and scanned through the two that were with me. After I was done with the two, I passed them to Max and collected the one that was with him.
When he was done scanning the articles, I gave him the avenue to speak. After he had spoken, I let out my opinion.
Everyone nodded their head to what I said.
The meeting was over and I told Max to cancel the other meetings. They couldn't be cancelled so I asked that they should be postponed.
"Alright,"
A relaxing feeling came over me and I walked out to see the two pregnant women talking. I felt like walking over to them and snatching Bella away.
I laughed at this thought.
"What are you laughing at?" Max asked.
He joined me in laughing when he heard my thoughts.
"We discussed a lot, and I also feel like discussing with my mate," he said.
"Pregnant wolves can be very angry up to the point of attacking,"
He nodded to what I said and we decided to leave the two ladies to discuss. My gaze was on Bella who was smiling.
I could feel that Jack was eagerly communicating with Mattie.
Minutes later, Bella walked to me and spread her arm around my neck.
"Alpha Jason, won't you take me out?" She asked with a pouted lip.
I pulled her to sit on my lap, and her eyes danced with joy as she looked at me, waiting for a response.
Max decided that we should go out with our mates as it was already approaching evening.
"Alright, let's go," I said after we had changed into comfortable wear.
I held Bella who giggled. She loves it whenever we go out together. I remembered how I almost believed MonaBella.
We walked down the street, looking everywhere. I was careful to guard Bella. My gaze was on her, not fully on the road but my wolf was active.
"Can we get that?" She looked at me, smiling.
I shook my head knowing fully well how her craving would be now that she is pregnant.
She wore a sad expression but clung to me. I touched her hair and saw how she lovingly smiled.
After asking for ice cream four times, but I didn't answer, she stamped her feet on the ground.
I wasn't the type that would spoil their mate when she was pregnant.
"Why don't you get me some ice cream?"
I didn't know what to do. Her face was too cute to resist.
"Alright, I will get one for you," I said. "Satisfied!"
She nodded. Then I remembered that I didn't come out with my mask.
"You should get one," I said. "I am Alpha Jason."
"I am Luna Bella," she said.
This gave me a headache, and then I saw a boy along the street and called to him.
"Alpha Jason..." He was saying but I shut him up.
I gave him some money to get some ice cream for himself and Bella.
"And the change?" He asked.
"Get two for me," Bella hopped.
"Luna Bel..." He wanted to call but I sent him.
After he left, I turned and asked Bella for the reason she asked for you.
"Mine and yours," she said and held me tight.
I wanted to correct her but I knew that it was useless. After all, Bella wanted me to also enjoy.
The boy came back to us and gave me two ice cream while he held one.
"I will pray to the goddess for your lasting reign," he said and ran fast.
