ALPHA JASON'S MATE - Chapter 114: Chapter 114

Jason POV
An hour later, Doltan came to inform me that a human was in the pack house. I knew that I was to have a meeting with her as I always do with others, but this made me laugh because she was Bella's friend.
"We stopped her from speaking to Luna Bella. She seemed dumbfounded when we told her that she would need to have a meeting with our Alpha. I think she is an invader," Doltan said.
I nodded my head. It wasn't necessary that I tell him who she was.
"Lead her to the meeting room," I said and got up.
With my speed, I walked into the meeting room.
"Here is the human," Susana was placed in the middle of everyone.
I saw Bella spying and smiled. Susana wore a shocked expression and called the two words, "CEO Jason, Alpha Jason."
"Come in," I said to Bella who walked to my side.
"Welcome Luna Bella," the few people that were gathered said.
Susana gasped like she was going to die anytime.
"I don't believe in werewolf," she said.
After she had calmed her nerves, I gave some instructions that she was meant to know and live within our pack. She planned to stay with us for two days and I saw that she wasn't hard to deal with.
"Alright, this ends here,"
Everyone looked from Susana to Bella. I made Susana promise that she wouldn't allow anyone to know about us.
"No one should know that we exist," I said. "If some people know that we exist, don't tell them about this pack. Let them find it out by themselves."
I left after giving my remark.
Bella walked out with Susana, who looked like she didn't have life. I saw them sit beside Catherine who giggled.
I sat in a far place to monitor their conversation. I wasn't sure of what Susana would do.
Bella looked at me and walked to me although I didn't want.
"If she does anything against me, I will let you know,"
I nodded then got up. I walked into the room and received a call from Max.
"I have found a finance tutor," he said. "I discussed the bill with him."
"Very good. When would he be able to come to the pack?"
"Tomorrow," he said.
I was happy with what I have gotten. Bella will be introduced to the tutor when I get familiar with him and his skills.
Max would have used a unique voice during his call with the tutor as he didn't say that the tutor refused payment. I would let Bella know about it when she joins me in the room.
An hour later, Bella came to join me in the room and I asked how it was going with Susana.
"I don't believe that she would give us any issues," Bella said wrapping her hand around my neck.
"Humans are unpredictable," I said.
"Yes, I know that but not Susana. She has promised not to do anything implicating."
My instincts told me that she wouldn't do anything wrong, but that was in the pack. I patted Bella's cheek and told her that I had no worries if she chose to trust Susana.
We walked out and I asked where Max was. Catherine pointed to Max who was meditating. I waited for some minutes before approaching him.
"You had a meeting," Max said and I shook my head.
"It was just a chance to see the new human," Max nodded and pointed to Catherine.
"I look like a jealous mate whenever I see Catherine speaking with another lady who isn't Bella or saying anything related to the pack activity," he said, and I laughed.
We watched how the pregnant women spoke happily with Susana. I said some words to an Omega who nodded. I told her to help Susana to one of the guest room.
Minutes later, I got up with Max and we decided to go on a stroll outside since our women were busy with a human.
"Where are you going?" Bella caught up with me.
"Going for a walk with Max since you are engrossed in your discussion with Susana," I said and she smiled.
I mentally shook my head thinking of Max. I gave him the three-day break so that he could stay with Catherine, but with Susana's presence, he would only have a day alone with her.
I could tame Bella by having her by my side and then Max would have Catherine to himself, but I couldn't do anything to Susana. She had no evil intention.
"Do not blame yourself. Catherine gets bored without me and now that she has people to speak with, should she not take advantage of it?"
That was true. There was no need to beat myself with blames. We walked down to the road and I smiled seeing the buzzing environment.
"It's a beautiful sight to see," I muttered but Max heard it.
"What?"
"Everywhere is buzzing with activity,"
We kept walking and I thought of getting something for Bella.
"Won't it be wrong to leave the human out of it?" Max asked after getting a cup for Catherine.
Since Susana was Bella's visitor, I had to buy for her.
After getting for the ladies, we got for ourselves. The server was respectful.
We left after drinking a cup, and I reminisced about our younger days. All the times we played in the dark and the times I showed my domineering spirit in front of Max.
"Those days were fun. Our parents were always happy whenever they saw us together,"
We spoke and laughed then decided to go home.
I gave Bella both cups and told her to give a cup to Susana. It baffled me how to ladies were still discussing.
"I would be in the room,"
In the evening, after dinner, Bella walked into the room, and I wrapped my hands around her and sniffled.
"Nice as always," I said and teased her.
