Jason POV
"The package is mainly for you. Blessed by the goddess. I am a full human, thanks to science but in my past life, I was the Luna's best friend,"
"Susana!!!" Bella asked then a wolf ran past and I saw Susana's forceful transformation. She ran and pursued.
So this is it. I smiled at the recurring imagination that I had for two weeks. It was just this. A supposed human turning into a wolf.
Bella bent and told the package. We walked back to the pack house, but along the way, Bella stopped, making everyone stop. She handed me the package and looked forward. Nothing happened after that and it felt weird to me.
We reached the pack house in the afternoon, and I saw both Catherine's and Samantha's worried expressions.
"Let's go into my office," I said to Bella.
She complied and followed me to my office.
Since the package was for both of us, we would be the first to see it.
Getting to my office, I closed the door and pulled up the window for ventilation.
With Bella by my side, we opened the box slowly. I took off the cover, and then there was another covering, which was sealed. It took us time to unseal it, but I was angry with what I saw.
Loads of books on Bella's power. After removing the loads of books, I wanted to give up, but something caught my eye. A smile formed on my lips as I held it up.
"What is that?" Bella asked.
"Sacred ring. Father told me that his mother always wore it whenever she was to thank the goddess, but after her best friend died, she stopped wearing it."
Bella collected the ring from me and smiled. I took it from her and decided to have it tested. I still couldn't believe that it was real. I would get it checked.
"Let's confirm if it's real," I said.
"You have a doubtful spirit," Bella said and I nodded.
As an Alpha, I have to be very careful even when I am excited.
Placing everything back in the box, I walked out with the ring and called for Max. I gave him the ring to examine while Bella sat beside Catherine.
I saw them asking her questions and went into my office.
Minutes later, Max came into my office and asked me for what happened. After explaining to Max, he wore a shocked expression.
"The human transformed into a wolf. In her past life, she was Ariana," Max pondered aloud. "It's no wonder she didn't feel bad when she was here. Only shocked."
I smiled as I remembered how her clothes fell off when she transformed into a wolf; Ariana was back.
I wasn't lusting over her body but I knew how smart my father said Ariana was. She spent her life in the human world, so she knew nothing of her past, but when she came here, memories of her past life came to her; but wait, do I have a past life?
I smiled and held my phone in my hand, ready to call my father, to inform him about Ariana.
"Should I do that?" I thought against it.
She could be Bella's best friend later. I walked to where she was. Catherine wasn't with her so I walked to Bella's back and covered her eyes.
"Jason!" She called.
She looked more beautiful as she smiled.
"Let's continue what we were doing in the morning," I joked but she jumped up.
My eyes gleamed as she walked to me.
"Let's go,"
My joke wasn't a joke to her.
We walked into the room, and I locked the door and then took off my top. Bella's mouth teased my war.
After a passionate moment, we laid on the bed panting for air. I went to shower and when I walked out of the bathroom, there was a knock on my door. Sure enough, it was Max.
"I will go now," I said pulling on a dress.
I touched Bella's cheek and then left.
Max had a tab on his hand.
"Tell me," I said.
We walked to my office while Max told me about the ring.
"Alright, give the ring to Bella and tell some men to look for Susana," I said.
"But the ring has a complication," he said.
"What is it?"
"It can't be worn during the day by Bella because she is pregnant." He said.
I nodded, hearing this, but with what I knew about Bella, I couldn't allow her to put it on. If she does then she would wear it anytime.
"Keep it in a preserver," I said. "Try to get Susana as you can."
"Alright,"
Max sat down and adjusted his clothes.
"There are other things you should know. Some were given to me by Alex, it's about those criminals,"
"Have you heard from Elder Tom?" I asked.
"Yes, he would be coming back soon,"
I nodded my head then collected the tab from him and scanned through some details before giving him back the tab.
At the end of the day, I got up and walked to Bella.
"Would you like to go out?" I asked.
She looked at me with amazing eyes. It gave me chills but I didn't want to look at it.
"Look at me," she said.
"Don't give me that look," I said with a smile on my face.
She laughed and hugged me.
"Let's go out," she said.
We ate a little before going out. I made sure that Bella ate more than I did before we went out. I decided that we go in our car.
It was fun outside. Bella danced like a wolf that was wiggling her waist.
After getting back to the pack house, she waited till I parked the car safely, then jumped on my back, allowing me to carry her like a baby.
Everyone in the house saw their Alpha carrying their Luna. Bella rested comfortably on my back. I saw Catherine laugh when we entered.
