ALPHA JASON'S MATE - Chapter 141: Chapter 141

Jason POV
She looked around and I could guess that she was looking for Bella.
"Where is Luna Bella?" She asked.
"Hold on," I said, as I didn't know what to say or do.
I told her to take her seat while I walked away with Max, and then asked that she should be served.
Taking a deep breath, I held tightly to Max who laughed.
"You look like a little child, right now," he said.
I looked at Susana and then at Max.
"Just allow her to see Bella. There is nothing more,"
I was nervous but not much.
"Let's go," Max pulled my head as we left to meet Susana.
"Oh, Susana!" Max said with an awkward smile.
Before I could say anything, Catherine came to us and said that she would be bringing Bella to stay beside me. It felt like a blow to my heart that Bella would be brought out but what else could I do? I had to agree.
Bella was brought out on a wheel and Susana got up.
"What happened to her?" Susana asked. "Why is she being wheeled?"
I didn't respond but Max did.
"She has an illness and we plan on transporting her to Gemini pack for treatment," he said.
"Can't she be healed here? Isn't her wolf strong anymore?"
Susana walked towards her and wrapped her hand around her neck. She held Bella and I could see tears flowing down her face.
This made me remember a picture that I had been shown when I was little. Ariana was holding on to my grandmother, the Luna.
"Gemini pack has the best doctor, I can say, but we need to pray to the moon goddess every night," she said.
I nodded to this and told her that preparations were been made to transport Bella to Gemini pack.
"Alright," she said and got up.
After she left, I looked at Bella and then promised her that I would never get another person.
"Let's start the preparation," Max said and I followed him.
After preparing everything, I called for a driver and called a few people who I wanted to accompany me to Gemini pack.
Bella's luggage was wheeled into the van and I walked to the chair that she was on. Catherine, Samantha, and Susana said their goodbye as I wheeled Bella out.
I heard Jayden scream and looked towards the stairs. He had tears in his eyes but I ignored it.
Getting out of the house, I raised Bella into my hands and placed her in the truck. I climbed up and touched her cheek.
"Alpha, can we set off?" I heard and nodded my head.
It began to move and held Bella close to me like I couldn't live without her.
Many people who saw the truck bowed in respect to me.
It was a long journey, and trucks weren't as fast as cars, but there was a need for me to use a truck because of the people who were going with us.
We passed through the first pack then the second. By the time we passed the second pack, my body was already sweaty.
The truck stopped and some people got down, even the person who was driving the truck. They went to rinse their sweaty faces.
After the first set was done, the people who were remaining jumped down to rinse their faces.
"Alpha!" They called but I wasn't ready to leave Bella alone.
I ordered them to get it, but they refused.
Seems like Bella has changed a lot about me. There was a time that no one dared to refuse my order even if it's to kill themselves.
"Luna Bella is alright," the set that were in the truck said. "We would talk care of her."
Alex stretched out his hand to me and I dropped Bella's head. I held Alex's hand and jumped down.
After rinsing my face, I asked that Bella's face be moped using a soft handkerchief.
A handkerchief was thrown to Alex who dipped it in the water, and I used it to mop Bella's face.
They all got in, and the truck began to move. I watched as Bella's eyes blinked.
We were done already close to Gemini pack and I had already sent a message to the pack Alpha that we were coming to his pack.
It was an honor for them to have me grace their pack.
"Gemini pack members await to welcome us," I said.
We were at the boundary between Nynon Pack and Gemini pack.
"Clear everything stick on the way," I said as it was getting dark.
We spent six hours to reach here, and I was sure that everyone was tired.
When we got close to the market place, I advised that sixteen hot corns and eighteen yogurts be brought. We were seventeen, and since Bella can't eat, she would drink two yogurts.
I sent a message to the Alpha while everything was been bought.
"Send some people to the market place. They should follow us to the hospital, then we would come to spend the night with in the guest house," I sent and immediately got an answer.
Two minutes later, I got the pictures of those who were coming.
"Alpha!" The person who went to get the things I requested called and gave me the nylon.
I took a corn and three yogurts then told him to distribute the rest.
"Drive a little further," I said.
Minutes later, three men walked forward and said that they were from the Alpha.
I allowed them in after checking the picture that was sent to me.
They directed the driver to the hospital and we all got down after entering the hospital environment.
Some people waited outside while some followed me in.
"Alpha Jason!" Everyone stopped when they heard a doctor call.
She looked at Bella and touched her hair. I knew Bella was like a child but she did it with respect.
After filling all forms and seeing Bella off, I left.
