ALPHA JASON'S MATE - Chapter 26: Chapter 26

Bella POV
"Oh yeah, I am," he said. "You are such a smart girl to have noticed."
He buttoned up his shirt and then smiled.
"How would I allow you to miss Mr. Scott's burial?" He asked.
His question was like a bombshell, which hit me hard. Only then did I notice that he was wearing black.
"Is Mr. Scott dead?" I asked.
It wasn't that he gave me issues in the house. I only suffered under his maltreatment, and I didn't escape because of that; I escaped because I overheard his friend's plan.
"Yes, he is dead," he gave me a stern look. "We suspect that he was killed by the Alpha of Dark pilot pack."
His eyes traveled to my leg.
"We do not suspect but we believe that he was killed by Alpha Jason. Why did you go to that pack?" He asked.
I was extremely shocked by what I heard.
It wasn't that I really care if he was dead or not but he was my boss while I was in this pack. I didn't really care, but I was shocked, maybe because I heard it now or he died too soon. But wait, why would Jason do this?
"And that is why you brought me here," I said gritting my teeth as I was able to move a bit.
He looked at me with a smile on his face and I remembered the time I ran out of this pack. He blew a kiss at me and walked towards the bed only to stop when he got to the side of the bed.
With a smile on his face, he raised my head and began to sniff my neck. I shook as I could not move but his next action made me confused.
After sniffling my neck, he moved back and glared at me like I had done something wrong. I couldn't move so I waited for his next action.
"You have a different smell," he said. "This isn't your scent."
I was shocked to see him behave like this.
"Maybe it's because I have been away from you. Using another soap and perfume," I said, wearing a smile, but he shook his head.
His body shook and he pointed at me.
"No, that isn't what I mean," he said.
"Then what do you mean?"I asked.
"You... You smell strange... like a male," he stammered.
I didn't believe neither did I answer. There is nothing that he would say to make me believe or say a word. What did he say? I smelled like a male.
"You are with that ruthless Alpha, right? You can fool everyone but not me. You are together with that Alpha and now you are acting innocent," he said. "Or maybe you sleep around with men."
His gaze got intense as he moved towards me.
"Tell me if you have slept with many men?" He asked and laughed. "Feigning innocence over here."
I didn't answer him but looked on. If he thinks I am such a cheap fellow, I would let it be. Anyway, why should I reply to him? He could think whatever he wanted.
"Never mind," he said and bent his head down.
He was bringing his lips down to mine and this made me feel uncomfortable. I knew that we could kiss if nothing happened and I wasn't ready to kiss him. I prayed for something to happen.
"I have wanted you since I began to live with Scott and didn't believe anything they said about you murdering people," he said and diverted his lip to my cheek.
He gave me a peck on my cheek before retreating. He held my head up and forced me to look at him. It was again my wish, but what could I do? My waist to leg felt numb.
"Goodness, I am tempted by you. I want you right now," he said and kissed me on my lip.
I tried to struggle free. I didn't want to kiss him, but what could a weak fellow do? He touched my cheek as he kissed me. Disgusting.
Seeing that I wasn't giving him access to my lips as he was the only one kissed, he looked into my eyes and slapped my cheek. He began to kiss me again but I didn't give him full access. He bit my lip but that didn't do anything to me.
"Why don't you want me to access you completely?" He asked. "Every other man does it."
He forcefully grabbed my cheek and began to kiss me on the lips although I wasn't reciprocating. Not long after, one of his hands left my chin and began to trail down my hips to my thighs.
I wanted to push his hand from me but couldn't. When I tried to open my mouth to send him away, our tongues met. My body began to tremble, but what could I do? My body wasn't moving, and this caused me pain.
Not willing to give up without a fight, I closed my mouth on his lip, and with that, I used my teeth to bite his tongue and then released it. He quickly withdrew and stared at me.
"You are crazy, really crazy." He said trying to control himself.
He held my neck and looked at me angrily.
Taking a deep breath, he climbed the bed and touched my leg.
"Just wait and see; I will teach you a lesson that you will never forget," he said, laughing.
He pressed his hand on my face and gave me a peck then began to undo his belt.
"Mr. Josh, stop it, please," I begged.
"You have no right to speak," he said grinning.
Suddenly the door swung open and I felt happy feeling that I was save.
"What are you doing?" Abel asked.
"Get out of here," Josh shouted.
Abel moved close to us and stared at Josh.
"Get off her now," he said.
"You were never close to her and do not know what she is," Josh said. "She is just a maid in your family and I guess you never knew about her because you have been abroad."
