Bella POV
Three months were slow in coming, but finally, it was the day for Jason to come back. Samantha was in my room, trying to pick for me a comfortable and beautiful dress that I could wear to welcome Jason home.
Catherine was busy outside preparing the welcome of Jason with Max. It was like their younger brother was coming back. Jason was like their younger brother anyway.
"You should look very beautiful for him when he returns," Samantha said bringing out a yellow gown.
She placed it on my body to see how good I would look in the dress.
"Beautiful," she said.
Mattie swirled around my head, and I smiled, knowing how much she missed being close to Jack.
Samantha told me to get changed into the yellow attire she brought out of the wardrobe and I obeyed.
I walked into the bathroom to change and saw this as a chance to communicate with Mattie.
"Would Jason accept me?" I asked.
"Yes, he would," Mattie said assuredly.
I took a deep breath and wore the cloth.
"Luna, are you ready?" I heard Samantha ask.
After putting on the clothes, I walked out with a smile on my face.
Catherine was also in the room which surprised me.
A chair was pulled out for me to sit on. There were different makeup kits on the table, making me smile. I suddenly became shy.
After wearing the makeup for me, I was amazed by how much beauty it brought. I had worn makeup before but none of them made me look like how I looked.
"We are done," Samantha said after damping makeup with soft foam making it beautiful.
I got up to my feet with a blush on my face as I stared into the mirror.
"Perfect,"
I walked to the bed and took up my phone.
I was given heels that perfectly fit the gown and wore them.
"I think I have seen a lot of you," Catherine said, making both Samantha and me smile. "I should take my leave."
After she left, I hugged Samantha who warned me not to ruin my makeup.
"Your meal would be brought here," she said and added with a whisper, "I would feed you."
I nodded with a bright smile.
My meal was brought and Samantha fed me. She wiped away the stains in my mouth from ruining my dress.
"Now, we are done," she said when she was done feeding me and I asked if we were ready to go out.
She shook her head and told me to exercise a little patience.
Taking a bun, she packed my hair and then looked at me from head to toe.
"Wow, Bella. You are beautiful," she said making me blush harder.
She made me wear some bangles and a necklace. Only then did she notice the chain on my neck. I told her the significance of the chain.
"Alright,"
After all the formalities were done, Samantha received a phone call and excused herself.
Getting back, she held me as we walked out of the room.
To my surprise, Jason just came and stood by the entrance where Catherine and Max went to greet him.
I was given a fan to hold across my face. I was only to open it when I got to Jason's front.
Samantha guided me to the front.
Minutes later, I was told to remove the fan. I stared into Jason's blue eyes while he looked at me from head to toe then looked into my eyes with a smile on his face.
I was told to stand by his side while the eldest woman came to bless us.
"You are beautiful," Jason said when we were going to our room.
There was going to be a welcome ceremony the next day. The ceremony was to welcome the Alpha back to the pack house.
I wondered why the makeup was done on me for such a short period.
In the room, Jason held my chin and I hugged him. I wanted to cry but that would mean ruining my makeup.
"You are beautiful, and I must praise the one who did this for you," he said, and I raised my head and looked at him with a shocked expression.
Here I was with flusters in my stomach when he touched me but I could never show him that I was shocked.
"It was done by Samantha," I said.
"Samantha!" He called like he was trying to remember her. "Who?"
"My personal Omega," I said and he nodded.
"It brought out more of your beauty," he said. "You are beautiful but now you look more beautiful."
These words made me blush and I hugged him.
"Should I clean my makeup?" I asked and he shook his head.
After changing his clothes, we walked out of the room holding our hands together.
People who saw us smiled while some gossiped. I knew that not all of them liked me or accepted me as their Luna, but seeing the way Jason protected me, they could do nothing but gossip.
"We would be going out," he said to Max who smiled.
We sat in the small cab and the driver drove us around. We stopped at different locations, and then Jason and I got down and greeted the people.
Everyone who knew that he was away was happy to have their Alpha back.
Hours later, we headed back home and Jason held my hand. This action made me smile and I looked into his eyes.
"I heard of your ruthless nature," he said and my heart began to beat fast. "It was good of you to have punished them but I can't want you to be like me."
I shook my head and asked him why he said that.
"You have a tender heart and the Pack needs you to be their Luna. I have a reason for being like this,"
Yes, he had his reason, but can't I have my reason?
