                    Bella POV
"Don't you know who she is? Why this behavior?" Catherine asked.
"I don't care whoever she is." The lady said.
She smiled, looking at me, and charged towards me.
"What and who do you think you are?"
I sighed looking at her. She used a finger to push me, slightly.
"You are just pathetic." She said.
"I am not. Don't you dare hit me." I warned.
"Really, do you feel hurt?" She asked with a smirk on her lip.
She moved closer, whispering into my ear, "You do not deserve him as I do."
Hearing her say this made me smile at her words, but why would she be the only one to say it?
I could feel rage arise in me as I launched towards her, pushing her to the ground. I began throwing punches at her.
But she turned over, making me lay on the floor. She threw painful blows at me, hurting me to the core. I coughed profusely as she continued throwing the punches.
"You are so pathetic." She said pulling my hair.
I screamed as the pain was excruciating.
She got off me, throwing a spit on me.
"What did you just do?" I heard someone ask.
"I did what I had to do, after all, she started it." She replied.
Catherine moved close to me, helping me sit. I had tears on my face as I looked at everyone. I touched my hair and didn't feel the pain anymore.
They all looked at me in shock as it looked like nothing happened to me. I knew my power; it was a unique power that I hadn't told anyone of. My power can be used to heal or hurt, but I always avoided hurting people.
I had always hidden it from others because it could be used against me, and I may be termed a monster.
I have read many books on my power and decided to keep it secret.
"Don't you feel the pain? How is it that you look alright?" Catherine asked.
"Isn't it normal for wolves to heal?" I asked.
"Yeah, it's normal, but not as yours." She replied.
"Is anything wrong in here?" I heard an authoritative voice.
"She started it." The lady who punched me said, pointing to me.
I looked at my mate, who did nothing but just stare at me.
Has he always been this type of jerk?
Getting up to my feet, I tried controlling my angry face and thought of running away from here.
Immediately I walked out, I saw a man walk in carrying someone.
"What's wrong?" I asked, but he ignored me.
I silently followed him inside and stared as he placed the little girl down.
They all stood, staring at the little girl who was being laid. I stood, observing her then pushed my way through those staying by the way.
"I think I may be of help," I said.
They all stared at me for some minutes; I knew they were thinking of what help I could offer.
"Give me some space," I said, moving to the little girl. I wanted to heal her.
They all gave way, and I moved to the child, looking her up to get a close look at what was wrong. I could see that she had been badly injured. She sustained an injury where it hurts most.
Turning her over, I covered her injury with my hands, taking a deep breath. I closed my eyes and focused my power on healing her sustained injury. My eyes were tightly closed as I felt some sensation, but remained still.
Opening my eyes, I saw that she was recovering. The injury was closing.
I looked with surprise all over me. I never thought it would work as I haven't tried it before. Except for once, when my adopted mother's son got injured which has been years long.
I smiled and looked at the girl's face. It looked more relaxed though she was asleep.
Seeing this, I tried pulling myself away from her, but my hand didn't move. I relaxed my nerve and then tried taking it off, but all my effort proved fatal.
My energy kept flowing and I could feel life draining out of me. This didn't mean I shouldn't still pull away, but as I still tried, I felt myself falling into unconsciousness.
While I felt that I wouldn't be able to get away the next minute, a hand pulled me away from the girl. I still felt some power within me. I could feel some energy rush into me.
I could feel the rush of energy push us back. The hand that pulled me held me firmly, but the energy was strong enough, pushing us to the ground.
Falling to the ground, my vision darkened and I could feel myself lose consciousness as I didn't remember anything after that.
Next, I met myself in a place where there was nobody except me. The place was crystal clear and sparkling. I looked around, and it felt like I was in a world between life and death. Or maybe it was a world of the dead.
Fear took over me as I shook; I looked at the ground and then at what I wore. It was a pure garment that had no spot.
I sighed looking up and saw someone walking to me. The person was also clothed in a spotless garment like mine. Our only difference was that the person glowed while I remained natural.
"Hi, Bella." She said, looking at me with a beautiful smile. "I'm so glad you are here."
"Who are you, and why am I here?" I asked, shaking my head.
I looked around me and noticed it was only the both of us.
"You aren't dead," She said, walking to me. "You are between life and death. I am the only one who can make the decision for you."
"What decision?" I asked, bluntly.
"Whether you live or die," She said. "I only can decide."
"Alright," I said.
"Your power could have killed you." She said.
"Why is that?" I asked, slightly confused.
