                    Bella POV
In the afternoon, we all gathered to pray to the goddess. We asked her to save the pack from evil eyes.
After the prayer, when everyone decided to take a break, a lady began to shake. This caused panic in the pack house. It was strange so we took her to a room.
I went to check on Jeff while everyone stayed with her.
"I will confess! I will confess!" I heard her say and immediately rushed to the room where she was kept with Jeff on my arm.
"Omega Seline!" People called opening their mouths, and I was sure it was because no one expected her to do anything.
However, when she cried, people mopped her face.
"Leave her alone," Jason said. "We need to hear her confession."
They all left her and I could see her gaze on me. Jason also looked at her and kept his hand across my shoulder.
"I was paid by those humans that came months back to poison the Luna's meal but I haven't been able to carry it out,"
I couldn't believe that an Omega could do this.
Catherine shook her head when Seline was speaking.
After telling us the truth, she kept quiet. Jason took his hand off me and I could see that he was enraged.
What was he going to do next?
"Bring her outside," he said and turned back.
She was brought outside and set to knee before Jason who was furious. I was also furious and wanted to judge her, but because Jason was around, I left it to him.
"Take her outside, hang her upside down, and only let her down when she is useless," he said.
I knew that by saying 'useless', he meant dead. I wasn't going to allow him to kill anyone. She didn't hurt me in any way.
"No. Forgive her," I said.
Everyone had their gazes on me and I wondered if I said anything wrong.
"Don't kill her," I said.
'She wanted to kill our Luna, but the Luna doesn't want her to be killed,' People murmured.
I knew that they were used to people being killed by the Alpha anytime they tried to harm me.
"She planned to harm me but was never given the chance," I said. "She couldn't prepare my meal and add the poison. That is more than enough."
Jason sighed, his hardened gaze was still on Seline. Everyone saw my point and was grateful to hear this from me.
"So what do you want me to do?" Jason asked. "She can't stay in this pack."
"Send her away from the pack," I said.
Seline began to tremble and got on the floor. She moved to my feet with her knee on the floor.
"No Luna, do not send me away. I don't want to be a rogue," she pleaded. "They will kill me if you send me from here."
"Would you desire to die then in this pack?" I asked.
Rogues still have a chance to live. Some are killed while some live to hunt.
"Forgive me, Luna," she pleaded.
"Take her out," Both I and Jason voiced out.
Seline had tears on her face as she was dragged out. I knew that she would be dragged to the outskirts of the pack.
Jason breathed in relief and held me close to his body.
"Let's forget about this and prepare for the evening,"
I smiled remembering that we were going to shop for clothes.
People hailed me and also did Mattie.
"You are meant to change Jason," she said. "Jack is not like him, but it seems Jack has begun to incorporate some of his attributes."
Not only does the pack need me, but also Jason. I would help the pack win and help Jason to change his cold behavior.
We sat as our meal was brought. Jason was the first to taste it before I did.
After eating, we walked into the room. I knew that if it was on a normal day, Jason would have either gone to his office or cabin but today was set aside to thank the goddess for the ability to see the new year.
"Hold on," I said as Jason was about to place me on the bed. "Where is Jeff?"
I smiled when I remembered that I had given him to Samantha.
Jason held me by the waist and I couldn't help but adore the beauty of the place.
"What serious conversation did you have with Max?" I couldn't help but ask.
Instead of replying to my question, he plastered my mouth with kisses.
"You shouldn't ask me that question because I won't reply," he said making me laugh.
We lay in each other's arms. I giggled and kept staring at him.
In the evening, Jason pulled off his clothes revealing his delicate skin. He walked to the wardrobe and got changed. I never could have thought that the next thing he would do was to throw a cloth at me.
"You should change to this,"
It was one of the dresses that I formerly wore. It brought out my curves and made me look sexy.
"This?" I asked.
"Yes, you should wear it sometimes," he said.
"Isn't it....?" I wanted to ask more questions but he stopped me.
"Just get dressed,"
I took the gown to the bathroom and got changed.
"Come here," Jason said and I walked to him.
I sat on the chair and he packed my hair.
"You look beautiful," he said when he was done.
I took up my bag, and together, we walked out of the room and told Max and Catherine, and then we left.
I kept singing as we walked.
We arrived at a shop, and Jason pulled on his mask when we arrived. A man tried to flirt with me but Jason was quick enough to twist his ankle. I got a new gown and a shirt for Jason before leaving with Jason.
It was only then I realized the reason he said that I should wear this cloth. The man didn't think I was their Luna.
