Bella POV
I smiled seeing that she had a lot to say, but not to worry, all her curiosity would be answered soon.
"Bella, don't mind this curious child," Abigail said making me giggle.
"It's alright,"
Abigail shook her head and told me that her sister was going to keep asking me questions if I answered her. This really made me want to speak with her. Speaking with someone like her would be good, but seeing that neither her brother or sister wanted that I had to leave it.
My mind drifted to Dark pilot pack.
What if Jason has found himself someone?
No, it can't be quick.
I knew that I had a duty to the pack and that may have been the reason the goddess made Argon save me. He must be a helping wolf.
In the evening, the sisters pulled Argon's shirt. They were playing while I sat watching them. I began to wish I had a brother who could play with me.
This thought made me remember my mother who was in the pack then Jeff. A smile appeared on my lips as I remembered Jeff.
"Who is teasing you, Bella?" Anna asked.
I squinted my eyes knowing that they noticed me smile.
"I remembered something," I said.
Anna was about to ask me another question but she looked at her siblings expression and didn't utter a word.
"Hey, she is free to speak. I love adorable fellows,"
The brother and sister laughed immediately they heard this and told Anna to go on.
Anna sighed and I knew that she was going to ask me a different question. With a smile on my face, I could see her spirit calm down.
"What pack do you come from? Your wolf would be as energetic as you are,"
Hearing this, Mattie giggled and I also did.
Mattie recovered earlier than I did and helped me in my recovery process.
"About my pack... It's no more in existence," I said.
"Crescent pack?" Both brother and sisters asked in unison and I nodded.
I could see Anna blame herself for asking such question. The question also made me sad. It made me remember how I used my power to destroy the pack. Good and Bad people.
The building was quiet. No one spoke.
An hour later, Argon gave us some rice to eat and washed the plates when we were done. He told us to get ourselves ready while he goes to prepare the car.
After he had gone out, Abigail and Anna got busy packing their clothes. Abigail also folded the gown I wore and put it into a little bag then gave it to me.
Argon walked in and we followed him out. He thanked his friend who hosted us and treated me for a month.
His friend, Doctor William kept looking at me and I knew it was because of what he knew about me. A female Alpha.
We left and Argon drove to the direction of Dark pilot pack.
"What pack do you now stay?" Abigail asked me, and I knew that it was because of what I said.
"You will know soon," I said.
I wasn't ready to let the cat out of the bag yet.
We left when the sky was still a little bit clear but when we reached Dark pilot pack, it was already getting darker. Maybe 6: 30 pm.
"Give her a mask," Argon said and turned to me after he had packed. "You will only remove it when the Alpha says so. He has been informed about our journey so he would be in the pack house."
I pouted my lips earning a laughter from the sisters. Argon started the engine and drove.
Within fifteen minutes, we arrived at the pack house. There were two guards at the door.
"Who are you?" A guard asked.
"Argon Fox," Argon replied.
Few minutes later, Jason and Max came out. I saw Jason behave cold. I felt like running to hug him, but for the sake of Argon and his sisters, I could not.
"Here are my sisters and this is the new person," Argon said.
Without mentioning my name, he began to explain how he met and saved me and how they had to leave the pack.
"It was a month ago. What date?" Max asked.
"I am not sure about the precise date,"
Jason looked at me, and with a cold voice, he ordered that my mask be taken off.
Without the help of anyone, I took off my mask. Jason's eyes widened immediately he saw me while the guards bowed and acknowledged me as their Luna.
Samantha, Catherine and some other people came out on hearing this. The siblings were stunned and exchanged glances.
"Lu...Lu... Luna Bella." Anna said and looked at her brother.
I walked to Samantha who took me to Jason's side.
With a smile on my face, I asked the sisters if they had received answers to their questions.
Anna almost collapsed but was stabilized by Abigail. I looked around and caught a glimpse of my mother who was smiling.
"Invite them in," Jason said holding me and I heard Anna say that I was young.
Jason turned with a stern face but I was quick to hold his face.
I have really missed this man for the past one month, and now with his arm on my neck, I felt emotions swirl.
Other people left leaving me, Jason, Catherine, Max and the siblings in the meeting room with few elders.
"We would like to thank you for your help," Jason said. "We've mourned her but were always assured by the goddess that she isn't dead."
"Thank you," I said.
Some gifts were brought in.
Argon expressed how he felt to have been led to save me.
"Who is responsible for this?" Jason asked.
Before Argon could reply, I spoke up.
"Has there been any death after I left?"
They all shook my head then I smiled.
"The one responsible for the deaths isn't a member of our pack. He isn't one of our own."
