ALPHA JASON'S MATE - Chapter 87: Chapter 87

Bella POV
I managed to open my eyes and saw that it was a new day. My head was hurting and I remembered what happened the last day.
Why did I faint?
The door flew open and I saw Catherine walk in. I knew that Jason was no longer in the room. Maybe he told Catherine to come into the room.
Catherine walked to me and placed her hand on my head.
"How are you feeling?" She asked and I nodded my head. "Yesterday, you fell because you were stressed."
Stressed? Why would I be stressed? I haven't done anything.
"Where is Jason?" I asked.
"He is on the terrace with my husband."
I rolled my eyes and then smiled.
I was still feeling weak, but I had to show that I was strong. I tried raising myself up, but all effort seemed futile.
Noticing my struggle, Catherine walked to me. She helped me to get up from the bed and then asked if I wanted to see Jason, but I gave a negative response.
I walked into the bathroom, had my bath and when I was done, I saw that Catherine had already picked a gown for me.
After getting dressed, I sat down and Catherine fed me like I was a young girl. After the food, she gave me a drug to use then we walked out.
I decided not to be bordered about Jason so I walked happily not knowing where Catherine was taking me to.
Soon, we were on the terrace, and I saw Jason speaking to Max.
"Did he tell you to bring me here?" I asked and Catherine nodded.
Our eyes nodded and my heart skipped a beat. He stretched forward his hand and I walked into his arms.
"Good morning," he said looking at my face.
I looked at his face, which had been getting more handsome, and replied to his greetings.
My gaze went to Catherine who was with her mate. They were chatting happily.
Looking at Catherine now, her stature was changing.
Could she be expecting a little one? Before I could say anything, Jason pulled me with him.
"I would be going out, and I want you to take care of yourself," Jason said.
"Why can't I come along?" I asked.
He sighed and told me that I was weak and stressed. I tried to tell him that I was fit, but I knew that it would be best if I was observed for one or two days so I agreed.
Hours later, I saw Jason leave the house and I felt sad.
"Luna!" I heard Samantha's voice and giggled on hearing it.
"Do you know that you have a nice voice?" I asked, and turned around.
My eyes met with Philip and her. Why did they come together?
Before I could ask them a question, Philip cleared my confusion and made me understand that their being here together was nothing but a coincidence.
"Alright, why are you here?" I asked.
"Alpha Jason made me to polish this gold and give it to you," he said and gave me a gold.
It was shining and this made me smile then I asked them for how their relationship was going.
"I know that she is my mate. The one our goddess chose for me, but we can't do a wedding because it's not in our position. We can always be together," he said.
After he had left, I decided to tease Samantha a bit.
"You were blushing all the while Philip was here,"
Samantha expressed her gratitude and when I asked her for the reason, she made me understand that if I didn't meet her, she wouldn't have met Philip.
This made me remember months ago, but who am I to take the glory?
The goddess does whatever she wants at any time she wants. Who am I to take the glory for such?
Samantha followed behind me gently and I decided to check on Jeff since I was told to rest. I was informed that Jeff was with the other children. This made me happy, and I went to check the playroom, where I saw Jeff with some children of his age and some a little bit older than him.
I only prayed that Jeff wouldn't start trouble because he was favored by me.
I continued walking with Samantha, and at one point, I felt dizzy.
"Bella, you need to relax," Samantha said and found a nearby couch for me to sit on.
"What happened?" Catherine asked then sighed when she got an explanation from Samantha.
"Get a glass of water and a glass of milk," she said and Samantha immediately sprung into action.
I was made to drink the milk then I was given some water to drink. After drinking this, I felt relieved and laid my head on the back of the couch to rest a bit.
My mind went to what Jason might probably be doing right now. Where he could be?
The realization dawned on me that I was worrying too much, and this might be the reason I was stressed. I tried to think of other things.
"Would you like to go to your room until Alpha Jason comes back?" Samantha asked.
When would he be back? I knew nothing about the time he would be back, so why should I go to the room to wait for him?
"No, it would be better if I can see all that is going on,"
"Alright, I would advise that you do not get up from here," Samantha said.
"Do not worry, I will be by her side," we heard Catherine, who left to attend to a matter.
Samantha nodded and left while I held Catherine's hand and asked for the reason she said that.
"What if Max needs you?" I asked.
"He would need to come here," Catherine said. "He isn't weak. Moreover, Samantha would be back soon, so by then, I would be able to see him for some minutes."
Catherine smiled and playfully tapped my cheek.
