I placed a hand on her pale face and heaved a sigh when I noticed that her color was returning to her face. Unlike when I had bought her barely breathing, she could breathe fine after the doctor attended to her.

That’s right. I had been in the hospital for a day and a half. After rushing Celia to the hospital, I made sure that she was taken care of and it was when I knew that she was fine that Monster spoke to me.

I shook my head in response telling him that I was not thinking about anything. I just wanted to be by Celia’s side until she woke up. I had to ask her if she wanted to be by my side or walk away from being my s*x slave. I nodded in response and stood up from the chair beside Celia. “Stay with her until she wakes up,” I told him and he bowed in response.
“Yes, your Highness. I’ll be watching her until you return. ” Henris walked towards the entrance and opened the door for me to exit the room.
“I’ll be back,” I kissed Celia’s head and walked out of the room. “Make sure you don’t leave her side until I am back,” I ordered him and he nodded in response. Rotimi escorted me outside the Royal hospital until we reached the car.
“Idris will drive you back to the Royal mansion your highness,” He opened the door for me to enter and I tapped him on the shoulder as I walked into the car.
“Once she wakes up, make sure you inform me,” I said and laid my head on the car seat.
“Your highness,” Henris bowed his head as the car drove away.
I took a sharp intake of breath and thought about how I had acted when I saw Celia halfway. I was mad and had killed her assailant. At first, I thought that it was Monster who was responsible but then I realized that I had acted completely out of my own will.
It was all me.
I wondered if I had acted that way because she was my mate or because I was starting to get attached to her. “What happened to hate humans?” I questioned myself and rubbed my forehead.
“Is anything the matter your highness?” Idris asked.
“Just drive,” I answered and closed my eyes. I saw her in my head. I quickly opened my eyes and I saw her again smiling at me.
“Graham!” I heard said my name.
I reached to touch her but she disappeared as if she was never there.
Yes, she was never there.
“You are going crazy!” Aaron laughed in my head.
He shouldn’t be back but somehow he managed to get into my head again. “What the hell do you want?” I groaned.
“I never thought you’ll be acting lovesick for not seeing your mate,” he tutted. “It’s so sad to see you acting like this Graham!”
“Lovesick?” I scoffed and didn’t realize that I had said that aloud until Idris turned back to face me. “Just drive!” I shouted at him and rubbed my forehead as I felt a throbbing ache in my head. “Goodness!”
“I need my energy Graham!” Aaron whistled. “You haven’t had s*x with anyone in a long time and I believed it is why you are acting lovesick.”
“I am not lovesick!” I shouted at him.

“Fine,” Aaron laughed like a maniac and for the rest of the drive, it was in silence until I reached the Royal mansion.
“We are here your highness,” Idris announced. A few guards walked towards the car and opened the door for me to exit.
“Your highness!” They all bowed their heads as I walked out of the car.

“Right away sir,” Elba, one of the guards walked away while the rest accompanied me towards the Royal mansion. As I walked towards the building, I noticed that Angelica was standing outside under one of the trees with her maid by her side. When she saw me, she lowered her head.

“You are here,” I acknowledged her and smiled at her. “How are you?”
“Perfectly fine your highness,” she raised her head and gave me the brightest smile. “If I may ask your highness, where have you been?” she asked and when I didn’t respond few seconds, she bowed get head in apology. “I am sorry if I went out of bounds. “
I watched her and wondered why Celia couldn’t be like her. A submissive werewolf who wouldn’t give me problems and I couldn’t find any fault in announcing her as my mate.
“Your Highness,” Angelica called for my attention.
“I should take my leave now,” I told her and headed into the Royal building. Why can’t I get her out of my head? I thought about Celia and even compared her to Angelica.
Was Aaron right? I’m I going crazy?
