Graham POV
I had walked into her room hoping to see her because Aaron wouldn’t stop bothering me about seeing her. “I need to see her not take her energy!”
I had even sided with her because I thought that her death would bring pain to my werewolf but when I got to her room, she wasn’t there and was also nowhere to be found. Her servant Miss Donna was also nowhere to be found. I frowned when I discovered that she wasn’t anywhere close. After searching around for a while, I caught a whiff of her scents and I followed it to the tree opposite the mansion.
“Hmmm, your mate was with somebody else,” Aaron said. “This testosterone is strong. Hmmmmm,” he chuckled. “Maybe they are even f*****g each other at the moment,” he commented and laughed like a maniac. I knew that he was trying to anger me but I didn’t care about that. The scent of the man who was with her was a smell that I recognized. It belonged to my friend Alistair who had come to the Royal mansion for the selection of the noble consort. I had invited him to the event not to mess around with my slave and mate.
“I can still smell them,” Monster said and lead me towards the forest opposite the mansion. As I walked in slowly into the forest, I dreaded the worst. I felt my heart beat like a mortal and my hands began to shake.
What is happening to me? Why the hell was I feeling this way toward her?
“That is because you have let her in your heart,” Aaron answered.
“How do you mean? I can never let anyone come to my heart. I could never let..”
Aaron laughed hysterically enjoying himself for putting me into torture. “Is either you let go of her or you continue to think about her and that would be pretty sad because once you are involved with her, it would be hard for you to let go, and do you know what that means…”
“Stop talking!” Monster said to him as we reached a spot. My eyes roamed around until they landed on Alistair and Celia. They were sitting closer to one another as if they’d known each other for a pretty long time. Alistair grabbed her hand and placed it in between them showing her something.
“Listen carefully to the sound of nature. Close your eyes and open your ears,” he instructed her as a good partner would.
“Wow!” I heard her exclaim as she opened her eyes. “This is amazing.”
“Just like you, “Alistair said and placed his hand on her cheek where my hands should be. ” you have such beautiful lips that I could beg to have a taste of it.”
How dare he said that? How could he try to kiss her Celia didn’t even bother to move backward as I could feel her emotions through our weak bond. She was getting excited to be touched by Alistair. That wasn’t supposed to happen because I should be the one to get her excited not him.
He leaned closer to her and I felt my blood boil. I clenched my fist until it drew blood and I could barely control my emotions at that moment. When their lips touched, Aaron laughed in my head.
“Your emotions are high!” He makes fun of me and it is the truth. I could barely control how I feel around her.
“Let’s go, claim mate!” Monster shouted but I refused to show myself. I walked away before I could see more but deep down, I was going to make life miserable for Celia.
“Let’s just go back and catch them red-handed. I am the Alpha king, not some crazy man who wants love from a s*x slave,” I said as I walked back to the mansion. When I reached the front of the mansion, I didn’t enter and paced around waiting for them to come but there was no sign of them after a moment. I should have been the one to show Celia the forest and make her smile but Alistair got to her before me.
How dare he?
“This is so miserable to watch!” Aaron sighed and remain silent after then. Maybe he was right about me letting my emotions control because it was the truth. I was starting to act as if I was under the control of Celia.
“They are here!” Aaron announced and I raised my head to look at them as they headed toward the mansion. I didn’t listen to their conversation but I could see by the way Alistair looked at her that he wanted to f**k her.
She was all mine! Not anybody else’s. When he kissed her on the head and she made no move to walk away, I knew that I had to show myself. I walked towards them and clapped my hands. “Amazing!” I said and they quickly let go of one another. They never expected that they’ll see me. “Now you are getting closer to Alistair too?” I asked as I walked up to her and stood beside her.
“You ..” She stuttered trying to hide her lies. “I…” I found her pitiful at that moment.
“Are you ever going to let go of my s*x slave Alistair?” I asked when he still held her hand.
“Graham, it’s not what you think,” Alistair tried to explain himself and he made it worse by letting go of Celia’s shoulders and placing his hand around her waist pulling me closer to himself.

I glared at them watching if they would let go of each other and when they didn’t, I grabbed her hand and yanked it off Alistair’s.

I felt her heart race and started walking again. I smiled when I realized that I was able to get a reaction from her. We bumped into Angelica but I ignored her as if she wasn’t there while Celia apologized to her.
