Xayden
“Who did it?” I growled standing slowly from my seat.
The nurse immediately backed away in fear.
“Who the fuck did it!!” I yelled as I approached her.
“Renee Diego, the Alpha’s chosen Luna.” She said while shaking like a leaf.
Renee?
That bitch again!
I had let it go when I got to know that she was the one who kidnapped Paula, after all she returned her safely. Besides, I already had plans in the works with her brother, Frankie’s beta and so the thought of going after her for kidnapping Paula didn’t occur to me in anyway.
But she freaking killed my baby!
I had let it go when I thought it was Frankie, thinking I would just have to put another baby inside of her.
That bitch killed my heir and I’m definitely not letting this go.
That bitch is not getting out of this and dare I say…… alive.
“Alpha, we have our eyes on her” My beta said through the speaker phone placed on my office table.
My insides churn in anticipation of seeing the bitch’s face in a few minutes from now.
Oh, the wicked thought of the horrible things I’ll do to her fill my head and blind my senses like a fog.
“Good. Bring her to me now!” I said as I ended the call.
In just moments of what Renee did, I had dug out everything about her life. Every single thing and that was how I knew when to lay an ambush on
It only took about half an hour before I heard the loud, screams and struggles of a woman.
Good, my prisoner was here.
She was already carried all the way to my dungeon when I left my office. She was blindfolded and gagged with a rope and a dirty rag respectively. Her mouth was stuffed with something that made her screams come out muffled.
I gestured to them to ungag her and then leave and they did so immediately. Her screams had already subsided into a low sob as she struggled to be free of the binds.
Pathetic.
She should have never messed in the first place.
It made me chuckle darkly and she shifted away from me almost instantly.
“Who are you? What exactly do you want from me? Let me go now! ” She screamed obviously trying to put up a brave front but to me she would die either way.
“Tell me Renee. How does it feel to be the one bound and helpless after being kidnapped?” I asked as I slowly approached her.
“What do you want from me? Please let me go” She pleaded as I took off her blindfold
As soon as she saw me, her eyes widened and she immediately scooted backwards as if to escape me.
News flash, you can never escape.
I flashed her my best evil grin.
“Surprised?” I asked.
“A…Alpha Xayden…” she stammered while shaking.
“Happy to see me?” I asked and she just tries to move further away.
” I guess not” I said as I stopped grinning.
” Time to get down to business, right?” I said as I picked up the knife that had been left burning in the small stove besides me.
I had asked for torture instruments to be prepared for me before hand and God knows I plan to use it all extremely well. I went towards her and pressed the knife on her forehead and immediately a loud scream erupted from her mouth as a sizzle from the hot knife hitting flesh accompanied it.
She tried to crawl away from me but I was quicker as I grabbed her hair and dug the knife into the sides of her stomach. She lets out a blood curling scream and I watched as the crimson color of blood trickled down her sides and it made me thirst for more.
“How dare you kill my child? You fucking bitch! You had the audacity to kill my child and you thought I wouldn’t find out, didn’t you? Now tell me how does this feel?” I dig the knife in deeper as she screams “tell me bitch!!!!”
“P…p…plea…. please” she manages to stutter as blood flows from her mouth.
“It’s too late bitch, I’m sending you up there with my unborn and dead baby!”
After a few more minutes, my knife had penetrated her body in different places. Bruises, blood and burn scars were littered on her previously perfect skin but I was yet to be satisfied.
The dungeon now reeked of her blood and my whole body was stained with her filth. Her body grew had grown weak and she could barely hold herself up but I wasn’t fazed.
Finally, after I made her suffer for a few more minutes, I reached for a syringe that had previously been placed on a torture table.
“This is what you get for messing with what’s mine and this will definitely teach your brother not to mess with me too. Goodbye and good riddance.” I said as I slowly injected the contents of the needle into her battered body.
She immediately started convulsing as the scent of wolfsbane that I had injected earlier filled the room. Soon her body went still as she breathed her last breath.
I called my beta in and commanded him to get rid of her body.
“Send her to her brother and give him my message. He shouldn’t dare mess with me!” I said while cleaning my hand with a napkin which I later tossed on the body.
With that, I left the dungeon wanting nothing than to get that filthy blood off of my body.
ALPHA Frankie
“Are you ready to do this?” I asked Hawke as we make our way to the meeting room.
He nodded as we neared the room.
The agenda of the meeting was to reveal the crimes of the elders who colluded with Xayden and have them punished for their unjust behaviors.
“I don’t deserve a time to be ready Frankie as I wronged you and I have to make it right no matter what” He replied.
His confidence somewhat boosted mine too because frankly I didn’t know what to expect.
After I told him that Paula hadn’t lost the baby, I proceeded to tell him why we had to lie in the first place.
After the doctor tested Paula following her drug induced mini coma, he had found that the baby was fine. He figured the culprit was among his team so he made up his mind to lie that the baby was dead so as to throw them off Paula’s back.
He had also told Paula the same thing so as to make it very realistic till we were sure there were no threats anymore. When we sent everyone out of the room that time, he had explained everything to I and Paula so we kept it under wraps.
When Hawke had confessed to me and even sold his sister out, I realized he was trustworthy enough to tell.
As we entered the hall, all the elders stood immediately and bowed to me. I acknowledged them before going to take a seat on my throne.
My eyes immediately found all the elders with one crime or the other standing on the left side of the hall. They’re all Xayden’s allies and they make me sick to the stomach. I can’t even help but look at them with disdain.
“I’m sorry to summon you all out of the blue but was something that needed to be addressed” I said.
“It had come to my notice that some of the elders here have been involved in various nefarious acts which are nothing but shameful and disrespectful to this council.” I said and low murmurs immediately ensued.
“The meeting today was held to reveal this as well as the plans these elders have hatched with my brother, Alpha Xayden. Hawke please step forward” I said not giving them a chance to react.
Hawke came forward and I nodded at him to continue with a reassuring smile on my face.
He nodded back and cleared his throat before speaking.
“Firstly, I, Hawke, son of the great Delta wolf Diego and the beta to the powerful King, wash my hands clean of every of the plan that was hatched by those elders and Alpha Xayden to pull the Alpha king down. I had made the truth known to my Alpha earlier and I would rather die than to continue working for such thoughtless and unjust men.” He pronounced loudly.
Hawke’s eyes were set on the left side of the hall where the elders were and I could see the shock and disbelief in their eyes even though they tried to hide it.
“Could you please give the names of this rebels?” I said to Hawke and he nodded.
Slowly and with a strong voice, Hawke called out their names as well as the various crimes they had committed asides from working with Xayden.
I commanded my guards to push the guilty men forward as gasps of disbelief filled the hall.
They tried to deny it but I immediately silenced them. The shame displayed on their faces was more than enough proof of their criminal acts.
“You all are disgraces to this council and the packs as a whole as you were entrusted to keep the justice instead you tainted it. I am the Alpha king and you pay your reverence to me and only me! You all know the price for corruption and rebellion so I will proceed to uphold that law”
I paused for effect as I let my words sink in. It was about time I commanded respect among these filthy old men and showed them who was boss.
“By the power vested in me as the Alpha king of the packs, you are hereby stripped of your titles and all your worldly possessions and dismissed from the werewolf realm, never to return.” I pronounced.
They started to go down on their knees in an attempt to plead but I stood up from my throne and began to make my way out of the hall.
This should send a message to all the others, Xayden included, that I am the one and only Alpha King.
