THIRD PERSON POV
Arielle, on the other hand, just woke up. After she was doing her morning ritual, she felt dizzy. At first, she just decided to not mind it since maybe it was because her emotions were unstable for these few days. She couldn’t understand herself these past few days. Her temper had gone to the highest peak of the mountains.
There are times that she felt sorrowful, then right after that she felt happy. Once again she felt like crying until her tears would turn blood, but same, she felt ecstatic again.
In other words, she felt moody these days and she can’t find the reason why she felt these days.
Maybe it was because she missed the Alphas very much that’s why she felt these unexplainable emotions.
Arielle let out a heavy sigh before she went downstairs to cook, but she was surprised to see Elijah who was standing in a chair while cooking, at the same time, listening to the instructions of the online teacher who was teaching about cooking.
“Good morning, Elijah.” Arielle softly said as she walked in his direction.
Elijah turned his head at her and the corner of his lips curved as his eyes brightened.
“Good morning, Sister! I already cooked breakfast today.” He said while grinning from ear to ear.
Arielle let out a soft chuckle as her hand reached out to rub his hair. “Wow, Elijah is good at this. You seemed to have a lot of fun cooking. Do you want to be a chef someday?”
Elijah smiled and shook his head. “I still don’t know if I want to be a chef since I only cook as my hobby and I still want to be a CEO someday.”
Arielle couldn’t help but laugh at how adorable she is. “Don’t worry, whatever you want to do in the future, I will support you.”
Elijah chuckled and nodded his head. “I know, that’s why I am confident in choosing what I will like in the future.”
After that, Elijah urged Arielle to eat what he cooked with a smile hanging on his face.
However, the moment that Arielle sat on the dining chair, facing the table that was filled with the dishes that Elijah had made for her and took a small bite when she felt her stomach churn which made her pale as a sheet of paper as she clutched her stomach while her other hand covered her mouth.
Elijah’s brows furrowed as his eyes filled with worries when he saw Arielle react this way. Just when he was about to open his mouth and ask Arielle when suddenly, he saw her stand up and directly went to the sink and vomit.
“Sister! Are you okay? Is the food not to your taste?” Elijah asked out of worry as he ran in her direction.
Arielle vomited everything until she couldn’t vomit anymore and took the glass of water and used it to gargle after she brushed her teeth.
When Arielle heard his words, she weakly glanced at Elijah and shook her head.
“It wasn’t because I hate the food you make nor it had problems but rather it was because of my condition these past few days and I can’t explain what’s happening to me.” Arielle softly said while looking at Elijah whose eyes reddened as he looked like he was about to cry.
When Elijah heard Arielle’s comforting words, although he felt relief that it was not because of the food that he made, he was still worried about his sister who seemed to be uncomfortable with the changes in her condition.
“W-We should go to the hospital and get a proper examination so that we can determine what’s wrong with your body these days.” Elijah proposed as he looked at Arielle.
Arielle looked at him and let out a soft chuckle. “Okay, then we will go together later okay?”
Elijah shook his head. “No, we should go now. I can’t rest assured if I don’t know what’s going on with your body.”
Seeing that Elijah was serious, she nodded her head and let out a sigh. “Okay, but you should eat first and change your clothes be fore we go.”
Elijah reluctantly nodded his head as he immediately ate and went to his room to change his clothes in a hurry.
Seeing him like this, Arielle let out a soft chuckle as she also went to her room to change her clothes. Right after, she just took a piece of bread and ate it to fill her empty stomach despite that the bread she had eaten was tasteless.
Both of them were already ready to go to the hospital for a check-up when suddenly, their eyes widened when they met a familiar figure who appeared in front of them.
Elijah was the first person to react. “Brother Drake, Brother Ishid, and Brother Lawrence!”
However, Drake noticed something about the two. His brows furrowed and curiously asked, “Where are you two going?”
Just when Arielle was about to answer that they will just go outside because she doesn’t want her mates to worry about her, especially since they just come back from their work and for sure that they were tired too, that’s why she didn’t want to worry about them.
However, Elijah answered energetically before Arielle could.
“We are going to the hospital to get a proper check-up for Sister!”
When the Triplet Alphas heard this, their brows furrowed as their eyes set on Arielle.
“Is something wrong with your body? Were you injured?” They all looked at Arielle with widened eyes and with eyes filled with worries.
Arielle let out a sigh as she glanced at Elijah who was looking at her with pure innocence.
In the end, Arielle had no choice but to tell them about what was wrong with her body. “Yeah, I felt moody and nauseous these days and I can’t explain why so I decided to go to the hospital for a proper check-up.”
The three Alphas immediately reacted as they sent Arielle for a check-up when they found out that there was something wrong with her condition.
However, after they arrived at the hospital, facing in front of the doctor who was treating Arielle, suddenly glanced at the three Alphas who were looking at him with worries, which made the doctor let out a soft chuckle upon seeing these big Alphas filled with anxiety while looking at him.
The doctor push up his glasses and answered then calmly. “There was nothing wrong about her body. She’s healthy rather.”
Alpha Drake’s brows furrowed when he heard what he said, “Then why did she feel that way?”
“It was normal.”
“How could that be normal?! Are you a doctor?!” Lawrence this time was snapped while frowning at the doctor.
The doctor let out a sigh as he looked at Arielle. “I’m sure that you already know what’s going on with your body. You’re two weeks pregnant.”
After the doctor dropped the bomb calmly, the three Alphas were frozen on the spot.
Before they could shout from happiness but when they remember the condition of Arielle, they pursed their lips as their eyes were trembling from worries.
They all looked at Arielle who was just calm and gave them a soft smile before she stood up.
She faced the doctor with a smile. “Thank you, doc.”
Although the doctor didn’t know why the atmosphere suddenly became cold he just nodded his head in answer.
When they left the hospital, the three Alphas glanced at Arielle and said, “S-Should we…” abort it…
They couldn’t continue their words after all Arielle was the mother of the child and she has the right to choose but they can’t afford to lose her just because of a child. Of course, they love the child inside Arielle’s stomach but they cared about Arielle more.
Just when Arielle was about to open her mouth to tell them that she would keep it, when a woman who was wearing a cloak, handed a letter to Arielle and after she got her purpose, it disappeared, making them look shocked.
“Witches are still alive?” Lawrence asked.
“I don’t know either but it doesn’t matter now. As long as they won’t attack us, we won’t attack them.” Drake coldly answered as his eyes were set on the paper that was handed to Arielle.
Arielle on the other hand glanced at the familiar handwriting on the paper and couldn’t help her tears from falling.
