Sophie hadn't anticipated anyone walking in and suddenly became aware of how compromising her and Hurley's position appeared.

"Hurley!" Sophie exclaimed angrily, "Get out of here!"

Hurley sensed that Sophie's anger was genuine. She was really angry, so he released his grip on her wrist and got off the bed without further teasing.
Rubbing her wrist, Sophie declared, "I'm going to freshen up and then leave the hospital."
Hurley nodded, straightened his clothes, and then sought out Chris.
"What's up?" Hurley inquired.
Chris felt a chill but sensed no anger. He quickly reported, "Ms. Walton, Ms. Jacobson, and Ms. Michaels have arrived and are waiting downstairs."
"Bring them up," Hurley instructed.
Chris immediately asked someone to bring the three of them up.
Hurley said yesterday that he was just punishing them and not forgiving them. It was Sophie's business as well as how to deal with them.
He'd refrained from bringing them earlier to avoid disturbing Sophie's rest last night.
While Sophie and Hurley slept peacefully, the three women spent a restless night.
Those three women, in particular, knew what women cared about most, so when they hit someone, they always scratched their faces. Their faces were marked with dried blood, particularly ruining Matilda's face.

However, they looked oddly familiar. One resembled Erika, another Stella…
And the most swollen-faced one did look like... Matilda!
