Matilda fainted, and Sophie sent for the others to take her to the hospital.
Then she went to the place where she had agreed to meet with her three brothers to explain the situation to them.
They had agreed to meet at a coffee shop, but when Sophie got there, she found that only Preston was there.
"Where are the others? Where's Pietro? Where's Pierre" Sophie asked.
Preston said, "They're off in search of that Walton guy."
Sophie placed a hand on her forehead.
After ordering coffee, Sophie received a call from Damon. "Mommy, where are you? I've returned to Tbilisi as well."
"Was it Hurley who brought you back to Tbilisi?"
Although Sophie had suspected that Hurley would return, she had not expected it to be so soon.
"Yes! We were the first to return home and to find that you were not there. Mommy, where are you right now?"
Sophie gave the location of the coffee shop and asked Damon to come over to her.
Damon only said that she would be there soon!
After hanging up, Sophie said to Preston. "Damon has been brought back to the capital by Hurley as well. When he sees you, he is going to be very happy."
Damon's favorite thing is to play with his three uncles, especially Preston, because Preston can have fun with Damon.
"Hmph, I know that, aren't you confused, how can you let that man take the child away? What if he has bad intentions?"
"He won't."
"How do you know that? My brothers had a conflict with Hurley in the market. They were competing for a project before. Hurley's company is clearly focused on the domestic market, but his reach is so wide that he even wants to grab foreign projects."
"Pierre couldn't beat him. It's not that he couldn't, but that he's not as ruthless, so that project was snatched away by Hurley."
Sophie rubbed her forehead. "That...that doesn't mean anything, it's just how it is in business."
"Sophie, you're really confused, you're too confused! You don't need to worry about this! Let your brothers deal with it!"
"How could you defend that man over your own brother? How could you do this to us, Sophie?" Preston clutched his chest and winced in pain.
Sophie watched as Preston put on an act that she did not find very convincing.
"Have you ever considered acting? I know someone who could be a great help to you in refining your skills," Sophie suggested.
Preston sat up straight and asked, "Didn't you come back early this morning? It's already afternoon, have you had anything to eat or drink?"
Sophie shook her head, admitting that she had been preoccupied with trying to find Matilda when she returned.
"I'm going to get you some desserts then. I had a look at some nice options earlier," Preston offered.
Preston returned with a selection of sweets, which he carefully cleaned and sanitized before he handed them over to Sophie.
"Thank you, brother," Sophie smiled gratefully, appreciating his thoughtfulness.
Sophie couldn't help but think of the special bond she shared with her brothers, especially with Preston, who had always been there for her, even when her grandfather had disapproved of it.
Meanwhile, outside of the café, Hurley was watching the scene unfold, growing more and more irritated with the moment.
"So is it true that you and Hurley are going to have another baby?" asked Preston, startling Sophie at the sudden question.
Preston quickly realized what a mistake he had made and tried to cover it up, but it was already too late.
Hurley, who had been watching from outside, couldn't take it anymore and burst into the cafe.
"Sophie," he called.
Sophie was stunned for a moment, not expecting Hurley to be in front of her. She looked back at Preston, who was coughing even harder out of fear.
Hurley pushed Preston to the side and gently patted Sophie on the back in a caring gesture.
"Sophie, who is he?" Preston looked at the man who had suddenly appeared and who had dared to push him away. Yet the appearance of the man seemed familiar. Why did he call out to her in such an intimate manner? And he looked decent. A short time before, Hurley had been seen outside, helping Sophie with the utensils. Could a normal person do that?
How could he not have known that there was such a person at the side of Sophie? A feeling of jealousy ignited in Preston as Hurley's sharp aura took over and created a tense and oppressive atmosphere in the room.
Sensing the tension, Sophie sighed quickly and then grabbed Hurley in an attempt to get him out of the room.
"Why are you here?" Preston, who already had his reservations about Hurley, felt like a lamb going into the den of a tiger. Hurley seemed unaware of the gravity of the situation, daring to barge in so recklessly.
"Damon came alone and I was worried, so I brought him here," Hurley stated.
So was Sophie in such a hurry to be back in the capital for the sake of a meeting with this man?
"Sophie, is it him?" When Preston saw Damon standing next to them, it finally dawned on him why the face looked so familiar to him. Wasn't this guy the spitting image of his little nephew?
"No..." Before Sophie had a chance for a word, she was on the receiving end of Hurley's introduction.
"Hello, I'm Hurley," he said.
Hearing that name, a hint of wildness appeared on Preston's face. All right, this was the man he was looking for! Before Hurley could say a word, Preston's fist slammed into his face in a powerful punch.
When he saw how this man was picking on his sister, Preston was determined to teach him a lesson today! After getting hit, Hurley reacted and managed to block Preston from trying to hit him again. Using his strength to counter Preston's aggression, Hurley was ready to fight back. The two ended up grappling in front of the public.
