By the time we got back to class it was already full and filled with different students, and it turned out that everyone was talking about the basketball girl. Every girl wanted to take a picture with the basketball players, especially the captains because basketball players are considered handsome and rich. Immediately Kelly and I got to our seat and sat down girls rushed to our table immediately dropping different kinds of gifts while they pushed amongst themselves trying to get to Kelly
“Kelly please can I be the girl you take the picture with?” The first girl asked, but shortly she was pushed aside by some other girl
“Kelly please I want to be the one you take the picture with” The second girl muttered,
“Shift bitch” Another one pushed the second girl aside, and this time this girl wanted to touch Kelly but he withdrew back immediately and in front of everyone,
“I'm sorry girls but I'm taking the picture with my best friend” Kelly said proudly holding myself
“Aishh……” The girls groan and left,
“Yuck….” The last girl made a disgusting face and also left. It was the first time I felt so proud of myself, the first time I felt like I'm living. Beauty stood up and flipped her hair to the side,
“Are you seriously pairing with this nerd?” She asked Kelly,
“Beauty sit down” Liam groan at her, and I almost laughed, but I held it back
“Babe can't you see he's making her feel important, I mean she's just a nerd”
“I said sit the fuck down and if you continue talking about her then we are done” He threatened and Beauty reluctantly sat down, I was so surprised, did Liam just threatened Beauty his girlfriend for my sake? Nhhh I might probably be thinking too much again, I guess it's none of it. School was finally over and Kelly took me to the basketball court cause he said his friends were there and they will be doing a little practice when we get there.
So this time we walked to the basketball court while we talked about random stuff, on getting there the court was empty except for two guys who were sitting in the middle, unlike Kelly the both of them has black hair,
“Yoo man!” They yelled out on him
“What's up guy!” Kelly waved at them as we got closer, I observed that they are just as handsome as Kelly, wow this is one group of handsome men,
“Is that your fine shawty?” One of them pointed at me, and Kelly nodded with a proud smile
“Hi guys” I waved
“Come on Taylor, no need for the formalities, this idiot here has told us a lot about you” He winked at me, I almost laughed seeing how close they are, that they even got to playfully insult each other, now that's one hell of a healthy friendship. I looked at Kelly and he was just scratching his head, looking like this is the thousandth time he wanted to give up on his friend,
“Come on baby don't look at him, his view will destroy your eyes please look at me” He winked
“Get out” The other guy that was sitting down before stood up and pushed the funny one aside
“Don't mind him Taylor, he's usually not mentally okay” The second one doesn't seem the first one, I began to laugh this time cause I could not hold it anymore, I thought the first one was more funny but looks like this one is crazier
“The fuck you guys should go ahead and introduce yourself” Kelly groan at them
“Shut up!” Both of them lashed at him, and Kelly was shocked immediately and stepped back,
“My lady he's going to destroy your sight please look at us” The one that was pushed aside before said to me, I turned to glance at Kelly and he was now sitting on the floor looking tired of his friend,
“My name is Ben” The first one that talked to me said
“Nice meeting you Ben” I said to him as we both shakes hands but surprisingly he kissed the back of my palm
“I'm more pleased” He winked, but was pushed aside again by the second guy
“Don't you dare flirt with her, my lady I'm Chris”
“Oh nice to meeting you Chris”
“My pleasure” He smiled
Right now, Kelly is driving me back home after practicing with his friends
“Your friends are so funny and warm”
“I know right, we have been friends for ages and they are the best thing that happened to me”
“Hmmmmm” I nodded, thinking about how close he is with them. They literally looked like brothers just like Liam and his friends.
“How long have you guys known each other?”
“From senior year in highschool”
“Wow not that long”
“I know right? But we literally looked like we have known each other all our lives”
“You look so happy with them”
“Hmm, we are literally brothers at this point, we know a lot about each others and we are even in the same basketball team”
“But they are in different department”
“Hmm the both of them are doing computer science”
“Ohhh okay” I nodded, we finally got to my home and I wanted to opened the car door when Kelly stopped me, and just when I thought he was going to come down to do it, he opened it from the inside,
“Taylor?”
“Hmmm”
“Thank you for being my friend”
“You too” I smiled at him, I came down from the car and waved at him til he drove off, I was smiling so happily walking into the mansion only to meet Liam seated in the living room, I wanted to walk past him
“Taylor?” He called my name surprising the hell out of me, I was shocked that I stopped for a second, but then I might be hearing things, I proceeded to walk again
“Taylor?” He called for the second time, and I turned to look at him,
“The Basketball picture, why did you agree to take it with Kelly?”
