I waited for his reply, praying silently for him not to turn me down, cause he kept on staring at me, I clasped my hands together as I gave him the puppy look
“You finally said it I thought it was going to take you ages” He blurted out surprising the hell out of me
“Huh, what do you mean by that?” I asked in confusion looking anxiously at him, he smiled at me and sip from his mug of coffee
“Cause I thought you would have asked me that a long time ago even before your diary issue”
I pulled back and stare at him,
“Wait, don't tell me you've known of my feelings for Liam even before my diary got leaked”
“Who wouldn't, it's not like you're good in hiding your emotions” He smirked,
“Kelly!” I yelled slamming hard on the table,
“Yoo!” He pulled back in shock
“How can you let me make a fool of myself in front of you” I pointed accusing fingers at him
“Come on princess what would you have me do, I couldn't do anything, I could only support you in my little way by being your friend” He said calmly caressing my hand, he's right, he couldn't have done anything because I don't even want anyone to know in the first place,
“It was hard for me back then watching you in silent as you hurt by yourself, especially when you sees Liam with someone else, I thought so hard but there was nothing I could do, and that's the only reason why I try to take you away from him, and put a smile on your face in any possible way I can”
I smiled knowing he's telling the truth, actually all these time I don't know what I would have done if I did not have Kelly by my side.
“It's okay so when are we starting the class”
“Class?”
“Of course class on how to make me forget Liam”
“Actually we won't be having a class”
“What, are you going back on your promise?”
“Of course not pookie, not when it has to do with you, actually I have a better option”

“Then what is it?”
“Easy, you're way too fast”
“Come on, I'm anxious to know what it is so spill it already”
“I'm going to tell you but that would be after basketball practice you have to buy me lunch”

“Are you asking for a bribe?” I asked folding my two hands under my boobs
“Come on princess nothing is free these days”
“Alright fine that's a deal but your plan better be worth my money”
“Of course Pookie, so are you now ready to go to class?”
“Of course” I replied and brought out few dollar bills from my purse
“No, you don't have to pay, this is on me” Kelly stopped me immediately and dropped our bills on the table plus a tip he left for uncle,
“Uncle, we are out!” He yelled
“Oh okay, you two have a nice day” Uncle replied from the inside,
“Okay!” I screamed as we made our way to the car, we got in and Kelly drove off.
“You made a new friend?” Kelly said to me as he was driving
“A new friend?” I asked trying to grasp who he's talking about,
“Of course, the one you posted on Instagram”
“Oh, yes that's Charles my friend”
“He doesn't look American”
“Yeah causes he's not actually from America, he's a Korean”
“I thought as much cause he looked Asian”
“I know right, he's such a sweet soul, one of the sweetest people I've met”
“Do you like him?”
“Of course, as a friend”
“No I mean would want to date him”
“Date him?” I bursted out laughing so much,
“Of course, he must have seen you and liked you that's the only reason he's trying to get close to you”
“Trust me when I say this, even if I like Charles it's never going to work out between us”
“But why will you say that?”
“Cause Charles doesn't like girl” I smiled,
“Wait, he's gay?”
“Hmmm, so you don't have to worry about him, besides it's not a bad thing dating someone like Charles he's so sweet”
“Wow” Kelly smiled,
“What are you smiling for?”
“Cause I never expected that”
“I know right, most gays finds it hard to open up to their friends but I'm happy he's open and trust me enough to tell me that”
“It means he's proud of his sexuality, that takes lots of courage I'm actually proud of him”
“I know right” I smiled
“You guys look good together in the picture, no one would have guessed that he's gay”
“Hmm, people actually thought we were couple, they were all complimenting us throughout our outing, it got to a point that Charles and I got tired of correcting them and just received the compliments”
“It's cool that he's gay”
“Yooo, you sound weird saying that”
The rest of the school day passed by so quickly, they ended up cancelling the basketball practice because a heavy practice is coming up next week against the big match that involves a golf medal and this time, Liam and Kelly's team will be teaming up as one to compete against another basketball team, so they were asked to go home and boost their energy can practice is going to start getting tough from next week.
Now Kelly and I are currently having lunch in some restaurant, I do not have appetite cause I was waiting for me to tell me whatever it is that his plan is
“Taylor you haven't even eaten anything”
“That's because I'm so anxious that I cannot think about food right now so you have to tell me whatever it is that your plan is”
“Are you really not going to eat if I don't tell you?”
“No I won't”
He sighed and dropped the fork he was holding,
“Okay, so I'm going to tell you what my plan is but you better get ready cause it's not an easy one”
“What is your plan I'm ready for whatever it is”
“Are you sure?”
“Hundred percent”
