I woke up this morning and ended up finding myself on the bed. The last thing I remembered was sitting on the couch in the living room with Liam laying on my thighs before I decided to fall asleep. The thought that it's him that carried me upstairs in his arms already got me blushing so hard and now I just want to lay on the bed all day cause going downstairs and seeing Liam is the last thing I want right now, how do I react after he carried me in his arms yesterday night.
I was still contemplating whether to go downstairs or not when my phone began to ring, I was surprised to see it's Kelly calling so early in the morning, I picked the call and he said that he's already on his way here and I should get ready cause he's taking me out on a date today and we will be spending the whole day together, in as much as I don't feel like going out today I know Kelly is going out of his way to help me, and I have to be grateful for my friend that is making out time to help me get rid of the unrequited love that I have been in.
I went into the bathroom and as soon as I saw myself in the mirror and seeing that my neck is empty which means that Kelly is definitely going to ask about the necklace, I sighed, I just don't know how to ask Liam about the necklace, not after the words I heard him mumbled that night, I know I can be called crazy or delusional but hearing my crush saying that he can get me any necklace I want with his name on it and not just that he also said he can even get me a customized one, I'm already allowed to be delusional, it's not everyday we get to hear things like that, especially from a tight lip person like Liam.
I also didn't ask him about the necklace he took from me because how do I tell him that I was awake when he took it, also I'm angry at Kelly. When Liam approached him or however they met I didn't care but one thing I'm against is him telling Liam that I confessed to him, why would he lie about me like that? I'm definitely going to let him know that I'm not happy with what he said.
I finished getting ready and my phone began to ring again,
“Hey Pookie, I'm sitting downstairs waiting for you”
“Alright give ten minutes” I said to him and hung up the phone, today I decided to apply a light makeup which I did, five minutes later I checked out myself in the mirror and I was happy with how I look, I took my purse and walked straight to my door, but immediately I opened my door the first person that greeted my sight was Liam, he was leaning against his door, smoking crazily, the whole place was almost filled with smoke at this point and this is one of the few times that I've seen Liam smoking, it's clear that he's upset about something, cause he kept on looking at me with a glare but I can't tell if he was glaring at me or if he's glaring at something else.
I know I should be shy about what happened yesterday but right now I don't even know how to feel or how to react,
“Good morning” I greeted nervously, he ignored me and just kept on smoking. I took that as a head on and began to walk away but then I felt a bump on my shoulder and it was Liam he just walked past me, bumping his shoulder on mine in the process. This is a part of Liam that I can never get used to, just yesterday we had our first ever good interaction and now he's back to his grumpy and cold self.
I angry went downstairs, but on seeing Kelly's happy smiles, my face lightened up
“Wow, Pookie, the fuck I've never seen this side of you” He complimented happily
“Really?” I blushed so hard, turning around,
“How do I look?” I pouted waiting for him to rate me,
“Perfect princess, you look so fucking perfect, now I'm wondering why you never show this baddie side of you”
“I know right” I laughed so hard as he continued to shower me with compliment, but I noticed he stopped and was staring at something behind my back, I turned to see what he was staring at, and it was Liam who stood by the side with a glass of alcohol in his hand, and cigarette in same hand as well while he leaned on the wall staring at us without uttering a word.
“Kel, is everything okay?” I asked tapping him
“Hmmm, I think we should leave already, I want to take you to somewhere first”
“Hmm, let's go” I nodded happily as he held my hand and we both got outside, we got into his car and we drove out, we got to the breakfast spot that Kelly has been telling me about for a long time, and I couldn't believe myself when I tasted the food cause it was so so fucking good, I kept on eating and eating forgetting that we have a lot to do today and by the time I realized it, I already ate so much and could barely lift a finger,
“Looks like you like the food Pookie,
“Hmmm, it's so good” I nod
“Now we can head to the first location of the day which is my favorite place to be and you're going to be the second person I'm taking there”
“Really?”
“Of course”
“Now I can't wait for us to get there” I giggled happily as we left the eatery and drove off. The drive to Kelly's favorite place was a long one. Kelly opened the roof of the car and the wind was so crazy and fun at the same time, I enjoyed the ride so much. I never expected that with Kelly's free nature his favorite place is going to be the beach, we had to take off our shoes and walk barefoot, the sand was cold and nice, the breeze was soothing and sizzling the whether here is so fucking cozy, I loved the atmosphere, we took a lot of pictures till we were tired, and I posted it with the caption *Out with my Bestie*
We were now seated on the sound enjoying the sound of the water, I noticed that Liam's mood has changed a little, I was about to ask him what the problem was when he called
“Pookie?”
“Hmmm?” I looked at him with smiles
“The necklace, what happened to it”
