“Liam is my brother, am I not supposed to get close to him?”
“Fuck don't give me that bullshit Taylor, the deal was to forget him, you don't get closer to someone you're trying to loose feelings for”
“I know what I'm doing Kelly you don't have to be worried about me, is that why you have refused to talk to me?”
“Are you saying I don't have the right to be mad, I'm your best friend Taylor..” He groaned,
“Of course I know you're my best friend and that's why I'm trying so hard to make up with you okay”
“I don't want to talk to you yet” He stood up and began running again,
“Come on Kelly, I already apologized….!” I yelled but he already ran further, I sighed and slumped down on the long bench, and watch him run, he run for a long time, even when he was tired he refused to take a break till he was so exhausted and finally gave up, he sat on the long and laid his head on my thighs just like Liam did this morning but Kelly was lucky my hand fan is specially for him so I gave him water and used the fan on him, I watched him breath so hard till he finally calmed down.
“Are you still angry with me?” I asked him and for a while there was silent, he didn't say anything to me just staring into space,
“I can't even stay mad at you even if I want to”
“Does that mean I'm forgiven?” I teased him and began to tickle him
“Fuck Pookie you better stop” He groan
“Stop or what……” I teased harder and continue to tickle him, we laughed so hard that the both of us ended up on the ground, we didn't know there were people watching us until we began to hear camera clicking and turned to see those that looks like the university freshers taking pictures and videos of us,
“Shit!” I cuss and stood up immediately, but before we can even blink they were all gone, and they all took the pictures and videos that they want, I instantly became worried immediately, what if they upload it on the school site,
“Are you okay?” Kelly asked
“Hmm, just worried that they might upload it on the school site”
“Why are you so worried even if they do upload it on the school site we are dating there's nothing to be afraid of”
“Come on Kelly, have you forgotten that this is fake dating? People might get the wrong impression”
“People like who? Are you talking about Liam? Is he the reason you're so worried, cause you don't want him to get the wrong impression of us, did you tell him it was a fake date?”
“Of course not I didn't”
“Then you don't want him to see us as that, but you two were sitting that way this morning, why is it okay for you two to be like that and not us”
“Have you forgotten Kelly, we are best friends we don't even love each other in that way”
“Then what makes you think that Liam loves you in that way?”
“Can we not talk about this Kelly, please”
“Fine” He groan and began to leave,
“Are you done with the exercise?”
“Hmmm, let's go back” He said to me, I carried the bag I came with and every other thing as we began to leave, we got into his car and he drove off. The atmosphere throughout the drive was so awkward that I kept on trying to bring up a conversation but Kelly was not giving me attention, I could feel that he's angry and I'm trying my best to brighten his but he's not even sparing me a glance, it's more like he's beefing with me right now and the craziest part is that I don't know what I did wrong.
We finally got home and he stopped in front of the mansion, he didn't say anything to me, he didn't even turn to look at me,
“Kelly?”
“Kelly?”
“I thought we were cool a few minutes ago, what did I do so wrong that you won't even glance at me?”
“Did I say something wrong at least tell me”
He didn't say anything to me, he kept quiet and at this point I didn't know what to do so I just came down from the car and made my way into the mansion, but on entering the mansion I met Liam with a bag more like a travelling bag
“Liam, are you going somewhere?”
He stared at me for a while and without saying anything he walked past me and left the mansion, I was so shocked that I could not even say anything, my phone began to beep so I checked and saw it was a notification, on the university website a picture of Kelly and I was posted when his head was on my thighs, I tried calling Kelly to know if he's seen the picture but he wasn't picking up.
I couldn't even go upstairs to my room cause I was so confused and could not understand what's going on, no one is talking to me, I could feel my tears building up at this moment,
Thirty minutes later I heard footsteps of someone walking into the house, thinking it was Liam I stood up immediately but it was just Eden,
“Hey Taylor” He waved at me in smiles
“Hey Eden, uhm have you seen Liam?”
“Liam?”
“Hmmm”
“He's traveling to Tokyo”
“What? Why?”
“Uhm…..I'm sorry I don't know” He smiled and pointed upstairs,
“I need to get his passport” He said and made his way upstairs, Liam is traveling to Tokyo and he didn't even tell me. I tried calling him but he didn't answer and when I called the third time, my call kept on diverting to voicemail. Eden came downstairs and I could see the passport in his hands
“Uhm are you guys going with him?”
“Sure, see you” He waved at me and left.
I spent the whole day in the living room almost crying my eyes out because I don't know what I did and no one is willing to talk to me, two hours later Liam posted on his IG story, I quickly went to check what his posted only to see him with a strange girl and they were putting on a couple outfit, they are both traveling together to Tokyo, worst is that she's the same girl I saw Liam with the other day cuddling on the couch. He promised me, he really promised that he would never go close to another girl, he fucking did……..
I didn't what I was feeling at the moment, I could feel my tears, my heart was pierced so hard, I felt used, I felt dumped, I felt played, I felt fooled, I wanted to tell, I wanted to scream, but for some reasons I felt numb and just let my tears flow.
He's doing this to hurt me, he knows how much I love him, and he knows that whatever he does would surely get to me, why don't I show him that I can actually do without him, and I can be happy without him, I wiped my tears and made up my mind that Liam Mayor has hurt me enough and it's time I learn my lesson and stop being a complete fool for him.
I got upstairs and took my bath after which I laid down and sleep, evening came I dressed up and decided to go for a walk, I put on my headphones and left the mansion, I got to a traditional noodle and ordered a bowl as my ordered arrived I took a picture of me eating and posted it with a tag on IG
“Having the nicest evening ever with a plate of hot noodles”
Immediately my picture got uploaded, I noticed that someone has already viewed it, and it's no other than
Liam Mayor.
“Liam is my brother, am I not supposed to get close to him?”
