' Wooshik hyung!'
All the loud talks and laughters died down when they heard the name being yelled..
A tall man in his early 30s stood up walking towards the man who was now panting.. holding on to the door..his eyes fixed on him...
Sergeant Choi Wooshik....the drill instructor at the army camp...a well built and well mannered man whose voice holds power and eyes holds authority...but was the owner of a kind heart...he was the unbeatable soldier out on the training grounds and a loyal friend inside the camp...
' What happened Bogum?' He asked
' Hyung... Jungkook!'
That was all needed for Wooshik to rush towards Jungkook's room...he dashed in and saw some of the trainees in there...but what caught his attention was the loud sobs...
He walked in as the trainees moved aside...
' Jungkook please tell me what's wrong? Your hyungs are here.. just tell us' Seojoon kept on telling him as he ran his hand over his back trying to sooth him...but Jungkook's eyes were shut close as he kept on breaking down in Seojoon's arms
' Jungkook ah' Wooshik called softly
Jungkook was quick to lash himself into Wooshik's arm... Everyone slowly started leaving knowing that Jungkook will be fine now... Wooshik and Jungkook had a special bond..no knew why but Jungkook was clearly Wooshik's favorite...
' I was with Bogum in his room when we heard his cries' Seojoon.. Jungkook's room mate said when he saw Wooshik looking at him
' Hyung..he was calling Taehyung' Bogum said to which Wooshik sighed
Wooshik Seojoon and Bogum were on the only people in the whole camp who knew about Jungkook's love for Taehyung....they always felt bad for him when they got to know why he joined the army...
Jungkook had never planned to tell anyone anything..but on the first week of training.. someone got injured accidentally while handling the riffle... Even though it was a small wound a lot of blood was lost and Jungkook was witnessing all these in front of him... Wooshik had noticed the boy from the very first day..he had seen him flinching everytime the gunshots were heard..he had seen his shaky hands everytime they had their drill...Wooshik doubted if the boy was genuinely interested in becoming a soldier and the thought alone bugged him... because this field was not some place for anyone to pass their time... But his doubts were cleared when he saw Jungkook having a mini panic attack after seeing all the blood... Bogum was quick to cover for him as Seojoon helped him calm down
But Wooshik was not the one to let it slide so easily..he was a man of principles
So that evening he had asked the three of them to be in his cabin...he scolded Seojoon and Bogum but directly asked Jungkook to leave the camp
Jungkook was so shocked and scared that he didn't even had the courage to take in a breath in front of Wooshik..
Wooshik gave him a letter asking him to go back home and that's when Jungkook lost it... He cried..begged Wooshik to let him stay...but Wooshik didn't budge...the big teary doe eyes and flushed cheeks did soften his heart but his last string broke when Jungkook said that he will do any job that Wooshik will give him..but not to send him back
That caught Wooshik's attention...he demanded Jungkook to tell him the truth or else to leave and Jungkook told him the reason why he came there
The three of them felt too sad hearing his story... Wooshik's heart melted as he promised Jungkook that he won't send him back unless and until Jungkook wanted to... From that day onwards Wooshik had been giving him special training...he helped him over come his fear of loud sounds and guns..but he stilled freaked out after seeing blood... One time Jungkook was passed out for a whole day which scared the hell out of Wooshik that he promised to not send Jungkook to any border ever...he still doesn't know what he will do with the boy..but he was sure to not let him anyway near blood and dead bodies
' Hyung' Jungkook clutched onto his clothes pulling him out of his thoughts
' Tell me what's wrong?' Wooshik said softly
' He..he is going to m-marry her' Jungkook's voice broke ' But I love him too much...I should have just told him when I first knew that I love him'
Wooshik's eyes softened as he pulled him close...'Jungkook ah... We just have one life...that too a short one...so we should never do anything about which we will regret...It's still not late... Tell your sister everything..she will understand'
' She will hate me....'
' She won't..she might be hurt but she will be fine when she will see you happy... You are one of the best trainees here with the perfect aim..you one of the top snipers we have in this camp..but this is not the place for you Jungkook... you should go back'
Jungkook pulled back looking at him with a frown
' Jungkook ah... I had a younger brother...he might have been four or five years older than you... He was my life... We were orphans..it was me who raised him and he considered me in the place of our parents... He wanted me to be proud of him...and thus joined the army even though he never wanted to be anywhere near this job...he too was like you...too scared of loud sounds..too scared of blood...he too had panic attacks but me being the strict trainer.. didn't heave to any of his struggles... He wanted to drop out but the fear of disappointing me kept him going... It was the end of his first year when I lost my temper seeing him crying when someone got injured and the blood spilled on him... And I scolded him that night..called him a disappointment..a disgrace to me...and the next thing I knew was his body laying lifeless the next morning...blood pooling down on the floor from his slit wrist... That day I regreted everything... I regreted not letting him drop out.. I regreted not being there for him.. I regreted not telling him ever how much I loved him'
Wooshik wiped off the tears silently ' When I saw you having a panic attack that day it reminded me of him.. I didn't want you to have a similar fate and that's why I wanted you to go back... If my brother had talked out to me about his every struggle.. I might have let him gone from this field...but all I saw was him lagging behind the rest of the batch..he hid from me the fact that he was getting suffocated in here as he didn't want me to hate him...which I can never do...I might be have been hurt but I would never hate him for anything..his smile is all that matters to me... it's the case with every siblings Kook...you can never hate each other..and as far as I have seen... Yoona will gladly give her whole world if you ask her... Talk to her Kook..talk before its too late..'
Wooshik stood up patting his shoulder ' Think properly and do what you feel is right... I told you what I think about it.. now the rest is in your hand..but am still telling you this is not the place for you'

Three days passed by after Jungkook's break down...all these three days Jungkook was too sad... His didn't sleep didn't eat.. didn't even attend any of the calls nor the training and all this was making his friends worried...
Seojoon and Bogum... finally being done with the younger...took him for a day out... taking special permission from Wooshik.. and by the end of the day a small smile was lingering over Jungkook's face
Jungkook was currently lying on his bed listening to Seojoon and Bogum bickering when his phone rang...he saw the way Seojoon's face went pale... Jungkook gave him a weak smile as he extended his hand
' Pass me the phone hyung...It must be my Yoon' He smiled
Seojoon felt relieved seeing the younger coming back to his older self...he was happy seeing him talking to someone other than them
' Hey Yoon' Jungkook smiled
' How are you oppa' Yoona asked
' Am fine here...but what's with you? Were you crying?' Jungkook asked sitting straight which caught his friends' attention
' Are you happy there oppa'
' Why are asking all these dove?' Jungkook was confused
' Tell me'
' Yes..I a-am happy here' Jungkook lied
' Since when did you start lying to me?' Yoona's voice wavered
' Yoon?'
' I know you are not happy there oppa... Don't lie to me' She sniffed ' Oppa please come back'
' Yoona what's wrong?'
' Everything' Yoona bit on to her lips to control her sobs
' Yoon please talk to me' Jungkook's heart was hammering against his chest
' I miss you' Yoona breathed out ' Please come to me oppa..you promised you will be back...I miss you so much'
' I can't come Yoon' Jungkook sighed but just then Wooshik walked in...
' Why can't you come? Is that boy whom you love more important to you than me now that you left me for him?'
' Yoona!' Jungkook's voice hardened... startling everyone present there... ' Don't ever say that again... I didn't leave you for him...I can never leave you for anyone and no one could ever be more important than you... I left you..for your own good'
' What if I don't want that oppa?'
' Why do you even miss me this much? You have Yoongi hyung there..you have appa eomma..Jin hyung..Joonie..you have y-your Taehyung..you ha-'
' I don't have you' Yoona cut him off ' Am telling you oppa... I need you here with me...you have promised to be back no matter what... Come back before it's too late'
' Too late for what Yoon?'
' Don't ask me anything oppa... Come back or else you will loose your princess forever'
Jungkook's world stopped when he heard that 'Wha-'
' You coming oppa?' Yoona's voice was void of any emotion.
Jungkook took in a deep breath his eyes darting over to the occupants of the room as he said
' Don't worry dove...oppa will be there in two days'

' Two days? What do you mean in two days?' Jin exclaimed as he stood up
' Hyung.. What's wrong... Am just gonna propose to her in two days..am not gonna marry her' Taehyung laughed
' Yes Jinnie...let him do what he likes' Joongki said to which Jin just scoffed...
' Jin.. don't disrespect him..he is your appa' His eomma intervened
' Don't make me say anything which I'll regret eomma' Jin grumbled
' Guys..not now.. Tae wants to start his new life and he decided to inform us the first... let's focus on that now' Namjoon said making them all listen to him
' So Tae..what do you want us to do?' Hobi asked smiling as Taehyung started to explain his plan happily
No one except Jimin noticed the way Jin was squirming in his seat..his jaws clenched as his eyes held something deep..
What are you thinking off hyung Jimin thought..his eyes never leaving him

' Don't worry oppa... Jungkookie oppa is also coming in two days.. I'll make Tae understand his feelings before he propose me' Yoona smiled as she held onto Jin's hand
' You are so brave Yoon' Jin cupped her cheeks 'And am sorry that you are going through this alone... If there is anything I can do.. please let me know'
' No oppa.. You already did enough for me.....I had planned to just make my oppa and Tae meet and confess..but since he is planning to propose me...If you hadn't informed me about Tae's plan..it would have been too late...now I should do something before that' Yoona sighed.. ' I should get going now oppa.. Yoongi oppa will be waiting'
' Yoon' Jin called making her turn around towards him again ' H-how is Yoongi'
Yoona gave a weak smile as she said ' I think we Jeon's have a bad luck when it comes to our love life... He still loves you oppa...'

' You are gonna go back tomorrow right?' Seojoon asked sitting beside Jungkook eating their food
' No' Jungkook said as he kept on eating
' What do you mean by no?' Bogum asked ' Am sorry but I did hear you promising Yoona'
' But I can't go' Jungkook sighed ' I don't want to'
' You are going Jungkook...and I'll be the one taking you there'
They all turned around to see Wooshik standing behind them
' Hyung'
' Enough of this... You are going back tomorrow and that's final... You need to tell your sister everything...and no! No more arguments' Wooshik said leaving
Jungkook clenched his jaw as he got up making his way to his room

' Tae can we meet?' Yoona asked hesitantly
' No Yoon..am not in the mood' Taehyung said as he laid back on his bed..the phone on speaker
' But it's important'
' Yoon please...am already in a very bad mood.. please leave me alone now'
' What happened to you?'
' Am I too clingy? Or am I too talkative? I mean ok..if you have any problem then talk it out to me...why the hell would you ignore my calls and completely leave me... if I said something wrong scold me...make me understand...but just don't leave me like this' Taehyung's voice wavered towards the end
' Tae I-'
' When did your oppa call you the last?'
' What?'
' He is not picking up my calls nor replying to my messages..I have been trying to call him for the past three days..he is not even seeing my texts' Taehyung huffed getting frustrated
' He.. might be busy there Tae' Yoona reasoned out wiping off her tears ' You know how hard the training and all is there and even I didn't talk to him for a while...he didn't call me too' Yoona lied
' I don't know anymore Yoon... I'll call you later' Taehyung cut the call as he opened his contacts again

Jungkook was packing his bag when his phone rang...
' Hello' Jungkook sighed
' Where were you? Do you have any idea how much I missed you? I have been trying to talk to you for all these days and you haven't even replied to any of my messages..you didn't even call me for once.. You are hurting me hyung'
Jungkook wanted to scoff Hurting? I didn't call you for three days and you are hurting...You are going away from my life forever Taehyung...am dying here he wanted to tell all these but swallowed everything as he took in a deep breath ' You done?'
Jungkook waited for the other to reply but was met with a long silence...he was about to cut the call when he heard light sniffs
' Tae?' Jungkook frowned ' Tae what happened talk to me..are you crying?'
' H-hyung' Taehyung's broken voice was heard ' Do you hate me hyung? Are you angry with me? Am I too clingy..is that why you hate me?You don't like talking to me right?'
' I love you Tae' Jungkook closed his eyes
' I love you Tae' Taehyung could swear he felt a thousand butterflies swarm into his tummy when he heard it...a blissful flutter was felt as his cheeks burned...his heart beat like crazy as he stilled Why am I feeling like this... I never felt anything like this when Yoon tells I love you to me
' Tae?'
Jungkook's voice brought him out of his thoughts
' Yes hyung...'
' Taehyung ah... I don't hate you..nor can I ever ' Jungkook smiled lightly ' The training is too hard these days and I was tired... that's why I couldn't call you..Am sorry'
' No no..its ok hyung...I thought you hated me...Hyung I missed you'
' I miss you too Tae'
' Hyungie... Why did you say that you want to meet me in Paris?'
' How do you know that it was Paris'
'I am not that big of an idiot ok?' Taehyung said making Jungkook laugh 'I know that Paris is known as the city of lights'
' Ohh look at you... aren't you my genius fluffy' Jungkook laughed..he could already imagine the big pout on Taehyung's cute face
' Go you meanie' Taehyung huffed as Jungkook continued to laugh ' Hyung come back'
' What?'
'Come back hyung... I.. want you with me tomorrow'
' Why tomorrow?'
' Hyung... Am going to propose Yoona...but am too nervous...I want you to be with me'

Both Taehyung and Jungkook stilled... both their hearts now beating out of their chests as they registered what just happened.... Jungkook didn't know whether to laugh or to cry...and Taehyung was totally oblivious to what was even happening to him

' I'll be waiting for you tomorrow night hyung' Taehyung said 'Good night'

It was finally the day Jungkook promised Yoona and Taehyung that he will be back...he was all ready and got out of his room with his bags when
' Where are you guys off to?' Jungkook frowned when he saw Wooshik and Bogum all dressed up
' We are going with you' Bogum grinned

' I told you that I'll be the one taking you back home right' Wooshik asked as he walked out followed by Bogum leaving a sighing Jungkook behind
' Seojoon hyung was so sad that he couldn't come...' Bogum said they sat in the car 'But he can't skip his medicals too'
' It's fine... anyway I will be back before you guys know... ' Jungkook said to which the other two just shook their head in defeat
Why don't you guys understand that am not needed there anymore....that I don't have any place in their lives Jungkook leaned onto the window as he slowly closed his eyes

Soft sniffs were heard as tears streamed down his cheeks like a never ending brook...his eyes fixed onto the picture in his hand as happy memories pierced through his heart
' Why can't I have you Jin' Yoongi cried as he looked at the picture of him and Jin smiling with a grinning Jungkook on their lap
' How happy we were hyung...why did we had to break apart like this....' Yoongi asked as he trailed his finger over the picture 'I hate to say it but I miss you both...you both left me alone here... But I love you too much that I can't even hate you' Yoongi exclaimed...his pain and helplessness overtaking him as he tore the picture off into a pieces..
He stood up harshly wiping off his tears... and walked towards the window with the torn photo in his fist...
He was about to throw the pieces out when his phone rang....a low groan leaving him as he hastily emptied his hand... the pieces flew out of the window as he went to attend the call

Taehyung and Yoona were about to step into her home when many paper pieces flew down making them stop on tracks...
Taehyung extended his hand as some pieces landed on his palm...
' What's it Tae?' Yoona asked when she saw him looking at it
' It's some photo I guess.... It's Yoongi hyung's room up there right?' He asked pointing towards the window
' Yes' She walked towards him
' Who is this Yoon?' Taehyung asked as he held of one of the pieces out
Yoona took it from his hand only to see Jungkook's eyes and Yoongi's face ' Its Yoongi hyung... it's from two or three years before'
' Not that..whose eyes are those?' Taehyung asked as he took back the picture
' Its..my oppa's' Yoona said as Tae nodded..his eyes fixed onto the dark glimmering orbs inthe picture
' Hmm...those are beautiful' Taehyung said...lost in his own thoughts...
'Lets go in' Taehyung said as he dusted of the rest of the pieces down and tucked the one having Jungkook's into his pocket as he walked in.. missing the way Yoona's eyes glistened

' Sorry' Jungkook smiled sheepishly as he took his phone out just as the car came to a stop
' Jungkook ah we are here..this is the place right' Wooshik asked making both the males look out
' Yes hyung... this is my home' Jungkook had a warm smile
' Just a minute let me just check wat's all these texts are about' Jungkook said to which they both nodded
' What is it Kook?' Bogum asked when he saw the younger's smile vanishing
' It's Yoon...' Jungkook said still scrolling through the notifications 'She is asking me to go straight to Tae's home...'
' Let's go then?' Wooshik suggested
' No... what will we do there? He is going to propose her...I don't want to be there' Jungkook sighed
Just then his phone rang again
' Kook pick it up' Bogum said
' It's Tae'
' So what? He called just a minute ago too... Seeing that only I woke you up...Maybe it's something important ' Bogum said
' It's nothing important.e on let's go in' Jungkook said getting out of the car.. both of them following behind
' Just pick it up before it gets cut' Wooshik sighed
' Am not-Bogum give it back!' Jungkook yelled when Bogum snatched the phone out... accidentally putting it on speaker but the three of them stilled when they heard a loud scream followed by a gunshot
