Jungkook blinked his eyes staring at the person who was standing at the doorway with a wide smile on
' Who is it Ko-Soobin?' Yoongi rushed forward hugging the boy ' Its been so long'
' Yeah... I missed you both' Soobin said pulling back
' Get inside' Jungkook said walking away
' Don't mind him' Yoongi smiled lightly seeing the look on Soobin's face
They all settled down in the living room..with Jungkook back to scrolling on his phone
Soobin frowned seeing the elder's behavior...
' So what's up Soobs...how is college?' Yoongi asked sitting next to him on the small couch...
' College is going good hyung...am trying to sort out a project now... And its not working out in anyway' Soobin said sipping on the drink Yoongi brought for him
' What project?' Yoongi asked
' My senior Professor used to be in the national security forces...he was the head of the cyber security department.. Recently one of his friends from the military I guess..asked him for some special kind of tracker...so my Prof just chose me and one of my classmates to work with him on this and if we succeed..may be..we will get a place in the national security team.' Soobin happily explained
' Thats great' Yoongi smiled....he saw the way Soobin kept glancing at Jungkook... ' You wanna join me in the kitchen... I'll make jajangmyeon'
' Sure hyung...'
' Go change your clothes and come...' Yoongi said pointing to his room
' Talk to him Kook' Yoongi said to which Jungkook just nodded his head
Yoongi was boiling the noodles when Soobin walked in and seated himself onto the counter earning a chuckled from Yoongi
' Ummm...hyung?' Soobin called lightly
' Hmm'
' Is he still not over it... I mean I know its hard but its almost two years'
' Its not that Soobs...He... I don't know how to tell you all that... Its complicated' Yoongi sighed
' Its fine... Even I miss Yoona.... She didn't deserve it..she was still so young-'
' Shut it Soobin' Jungkook's loud voice made the said boy flinch as he jumped down from the counter ' If you are here to tell us how sorry you feel for our sister then you can just leave'
' Jungkook!' Yoongi warned
' No hyung..our sister doesn't need anyone's pity' Jungkook was about to continue when a knock was heard...he silently walked towards it opening the door and saw Wooshik and Sunghwan standing there
' You need to come with us Kook' Wooshik said
' What happened?'
' Bogum talked today.... ' Sunghwan sighed ' Nothing much..but just your name...and then he started thrashing around and finally passed out'
' He need you Kook...I hope you can come' Wooshik said hopefully
' I'll just pack my stuff' Jungkook turned around and saw Yoongi staring at him...' I have to go'
Yoongi just nodded knowing very well that Jungkook won't stop no matter how hard he tried
' Mr Kwon?' Soobin's eyes widened
' Oh... aren't you Prof Daewon's student?' Sunghwan asked
' Yes sir.. it's me..but you...here...' Soobin turned towards Yoongi hyung ' Hyung...this is the friend of my professor for whose project we are working on'
' The one which will get you into the security force?' Yoongi asked as Soobin nodded
' Who is he to you Yoongi?' Wooshik asked softly
' He is... My uncle's son' Yoongi shrugged ' You call just consider him as one of my brothers'
' Since you all are this close... I need to tell you something Soobin' Sunghwan spoke up ' You won't be send to the special forces for inventing this special tracker'
' What?' Soobin stilled
' Even though the tracker might become a success but it will just be considered a failure'
' What the fuck?' Soobin cursed but groaned when Yoongi smacked him
' Don't Yoongi... I would have reacted way too worser.. Soobin...the tracker is for your Hyung only...its for Jungkook' Sunghwan said
' For Jungkook?' Yoongi looked puzzled
' But why would you want a tracker for hyung? Why would you want to know if he is alive?' Soobin blurted out
' Alive?'What are you guys talking about?' Yoongi was on the verge of lashing out ' What kind of tracker are you working on?
' Hyung we are making a tracker which can trace a person's location but it can also show that the said person is alive or not...we are trying to connect the signals to the heartbeats of the person which can indicate the depth of danger the person's life is in' Soobin explained
Yoongi stared at them before something clicked in him ' Wooshik....why did you say that Bogum needed Jungkook? What happened to him? What happened to Jungkook before he came here? All I know is that one fine morning he came back telling that he found Bogum and will be living with me for a while but he never opened his mouth...he never talked never smiled..he was not himself anymore..it was like some dark secret was caged in him which he was trying to hold back in'
' He didn't tell you?' Wooshik frowned
' Tell me what?'
Sunghwan nodded stepping forward 'I know it's not my place to tell you this..but you should know about it....Yoongi..Jungkook nearly died'

Jungkook was buttoning up his shirt when the door to his room slammed open as a desperate Yoongi rushed in... Jungkook frowned seeing the horrified look in his brother's eyes
'Hyun-' Before he could complete.. Yoongi pulled his shirt off..the button falling to the ground as he turned him around
Jungkook closed his eyes when he heard a gasp leaving Yoongi...
' Ju-Jungkook' Yoongi's eyes started spilling tears when he saw the marks scattered around the younger's back ' What have you done to yourself Kook?'
Jungkook was quick to pull his crying brother into his arms.. holding him tightly... ' Am fine hyung'
' You never told me'
' I didn't want you to be hurt'
' How could I not see the pain you were going through' Yoongi sobbed ' Is it why you always were distant...silent?'
' Am not the old Jungkook anymore hyung...  I have killed someone..A-am not your brother...'
' Don't say that Kook...no matter what you do you will always be my brother..my Kook...' Yoongi hugged him closer ' It will be fine Jungkook...we all will be fine...'
'I too hope that hyung...'its just Hajin and him... about whom I still have to find out.. after that everything will be fine

' Hyung' Jungkook suddenly called.. making Wooshik look at him through the rear view mirror.. they were outside Seoul when Jungkook suddenly spoke up
' You fine?'
' Yeah' Jungkook nodded ' I want to go somewhere before we leave for Daegu'
' Where Kook?' Sunghwan asked
' Busan'

He walked up to the reception ' Umm... Can you please tell me in which room Kim Taehyung is admitted to?'
' Please tell me your name' The nurse said opening a register

' Am afraid I can't let you in... His family members have given a list of people who can meet the patient... '
' I won't go in... I'll just watch him from outside please'
' Am sorry sir'
' Here keep this' Jungkook took out his Id handing it over to the nurse ' You can keep this with you till I return... I won't touch him...I just want to see him once... Am leaving today and I don't know if I'll ever return... please'
The nurse looked at the pleading boy as she sighed... taking the Id from his hand
' You have ten minutes...Room 501'
Jungkook ran all the way there....his veins bubbling with an unknown rush of emotion as he finally stopped in front of a room with the numbers 501 in front of it..his hands lingered on the knob for a while before he pushed it open walking in...
He took small steps towards the lithe body lying on the bed..attached to the wires... His insides burned with painful memories as he sat down beside the bed
' Hey fluffy' He whispered caressing his soft pale cheeks ' Your Amour is here..'

' Attorney Park...thank god you are here' The nurse at the reception exclaimed when she saw Jimin taking the register to mark in it his visiting time
' What is it?' Jimin frowned
' Someone came to meet Mr Kim...he said he was leaving today and looked very desperate... I tried my best to stop him..but finally he gave me his Id telling me to keep it till he comes back'
' What are even talk about??Anyone can make a fake Id these days...how could you just send him in...You could have called me..' Jimin almost yelled ' Show me the Id'

Jimin released a breath he didn't knew he was holding when he saw Jungkook's Id.... A warm smile crept up his lips seeing the face which he had seen a million times in Yoongi's family pictures....the face which had impressed him beyond limits
' Am sorry Mr Park.. should I call the security?' The nurse asked
' No... Just remember this thing....next time he comes..let him in ok... remember his name and face...but don't write down his name here.. among the list of visitors' Jimin said giving the Id back
' But Attorney Park won't that be against the rules of the hospital?' The nurse asked
' And what you did was according to the rules?' Jimin tilted his head ' Miss....'
' Suzy'
' Yeah...Miss Suzy.. you are still young and beautiful... I won't want someone like you to spend the rest of your life behind the bars just for breech of rules at the hospital by allowing a random person to go into the VIP ward... ' Jimin smirked seeing her face going pale ' If you don't want that...then no one should know about this..also..make sure no one other that Jungkook can get in just like that... Am I clear?'
' Yes..Mr Park'
' That's good' The nurse nodded her head..
' Also you told that he is leaving?' Jimin asked
'Yes'
' Did he say where to?'
'No..but he said that he is not sure if he will ever return'
' Ok... You can go now' Jimin told the nurse off before slowly walking towards Taehyung's room Jungkook hyung is leaving? Where to? Did he find Hajin? I need to see Yoongi hyung as soon as possible

Jungkook pulled his mask up as he stepped outside the still open door...he wanted to look back at his love but he couldn't bear to see him like that... He sighed one last time before stepping out completely closing the door behind him....
Only if he had looked back would he have seen the way a pair of almond orbs were staring at his doe eyes peeking from behind the dark locks

Jimin saw Jungkook walking out of the room... He smiled as he opened the door to Taehyung's hospital room only to stop on his tracks..his hands flew to his mouth instantly as a joyful sound left him ' You finally woke up Tae!!'

Blood dripped down his forehead as his eyes shut in pain...a loud groan left his mouth as the pressure on his hand increased as the male stepped completely on it
' Pl-please leave me Jeon' He begged
' Not so soon Hajin.... I have waited for four years for this damned day...' Jungkook took his foot off the other's hand who cried out in pain
Yes Four years have passed since Jungkook left home to take care of  Bogum... He used to spend all his time with Bogum who slowly but steadily recovered.  Bogum started talking and interacting with his near ones... He let Wooshik and Seojoon near him as he talked to them bit by bit....even though his episodes were still there
It was one fine morning when Jungkook was arranging Bogum's bed when he suddenly spoke up..." The old paper factory on the outskirts of Busan" Jungkook had stared at him for sometime before Bogum again spoke up "I heard Hajin telling about his lo-location to Hoshin''
Jungkook, never in his life has felt this joy...he hugged the other who had a light smile on...He then ran to Wooshik telling him about Hajin...and his wish to go behind him..they had a heated argument and finally Seojoon had to call Sunghwan there... When Seojoon called Sunghwan what he didn't know was about Soobin joining them..who had finally developed the tracker as they had planned... Wooshik half heartedly agreed for the younger to leave..and here he is finally... counting the last minutes of Hajin's life
'Why did you do that?' Jungkook asked adjusting his watch so that his pulse will be read by it so his hyungs will be at peace... Oh...The tracker soobin made was in the form of a watch so that no one could even suspect it to have an inbuilt tracker ' Tell me or I won't hesitate to use this again' Jungkook growled lifting the bloody baseball bat
' My Target wa-was the Kims... The Je-jeons just happened to be there' Hajin coughed out blood
Jungkook's heart dropped hearing that ' What?'
' T-the whole Kim family was the target not the Jeons'
Jungkook felt his blood boiling... He knelt on the ground pulling up Hajin by his collar as he pushed his gun against Hajin's chest 'Tell me who is behind all this? Who made you do this?' He growled
' I..I can't tell that...He will kill me'
' Oh dear...you are gonna die either way... if you tell him name I'll give you a less painful death' Jungkook said darkly as a sickening smirk adorned his lips
' It's...'
Jungkook stopped breathing when he heard the name... But why His thoughts broke when Hajin called him again
' Je-Jeon let me g-' Three gunshots were heard back to back before Hajin's body dropped to the ground.. lifeless..with Jungkook walking out

' I killed Hajin just after he told me about him... I was way to confused and I called Yoongi hyung telling him about the person and that's when things started making sense... ' Jungkook sighed ' Tae..the day when we first met on the train...that was after I killed Hajin but I never expected to see you there...I so badly wanted to scoop you up and shower you with kisses and just wrap you up in all my love...but my hands were tainted with blood...I was not the old Jungkook anymore... I was not your Amour anymore.. And I ' He turned towards Jimin ' I never knew that it was you Jimin, who helped me out of my case...until today when you mentioned that you were with Wooshik hyung during Hoshin's case'
Taehyung wiped off his tears as he slowly took in everything.... ' So I was not dreaming'
' What?' Jungkook frowned
' You were really there when I woke up.... I h-heard your voice...I heard you saying that you won't return and I just wanted to stop you... and then I opened my eyes and I felt like I saw you near the door but you just disappeared and then Jimin came in' Taehyung said as he fiddled with his fingers
Jimin and Wooshik had a sweet smile seeing them both.... But that didn't last long when Namjoon spoke up
' You really killed them' Namjoon mumbled
' Hyu-'
' Who is it Jungkook?' Namjoon asked again
' Someone close' Jungkook sighed as he turned towards Taehyung ' Tae....do you remember what I told you on my first day of work...in front of Jin hyung's office?'
Taehyung frowned trying to recollect his words whenit struck him...his eyes widened as he stared at the floor
' You told that...there will be a time when the mask falls and the most l-loving smile will lurk over you....as your death...' Taehyung felt his heart beats soaring
Namjoon looked confused as he repeated those words in his head  The most loving smile?
Taehyung whipped his head towards Jungkook...his heart refusing to accept the conclusion he came upon.. Jimin and Wooshik looked at each other... both of them had a pained look in their eyes thinking of the way the Kim brothers are going to react to the betrayal
' You are thinking right Tae' Jungkook stood up taking a step forward... ' The least suspicious one... The most caring person who seemed to have the heart of an angel... The one who pretended to be the most selfless one in your family'
' No' Taehyung mumbled shaking his head ' It can't be'
' The mask finally fell Tae' Jungkook cupped his cheeks...his own glassy orbs locking with the bambi eyes of the younger...filled with pain..
