' What are you on Jungkook?' Namjoon lunged forward grabbing Jungkook by his collar... A groan left Jungkook's mouth when the shirt tightened around his shoulder making his wound hurt
' Hyung' Taehyung tried to pull Namjoon back but he didn't budge
' It's the truth Joonie' Jungkook said softly...he was expecting this reaction as he knew how sensitive Joon is when it comes to his family.. specially when it comes to his Jin hyung
' It can't be K-Kook' Namjoon's voice broke ' He can't be...'
' Hey Joonie' Jungkook held his hand ' You need to be strong now..'
' Why? Why was he betraying us all this while?' Namjoon looked at Jungkook who sighed
' Tae... Joonie hyung... You guys need to listen to this carefully... It might be hard to take in all at once..but you need to know this atleast now' Jimin said looking at the Kim brothers whose faces were pale
' Hyung... ' Jungkook began ' Jin hyung..he is not your real brother...The eldest of the Kim brothers is Jung Hoseok'
' What?' Taehyung breathed out ' Ju-Jungkook?'
' Yes Tae.... When the first son of Kim Joongki was born the child was diagnosed with some kind of nervous disorder and would be different from other kids... Your dad was an ambitious businessman at that time and decided to abandon his son... But the news that the heir to the biggest company being born spread like fire...and to save his reputation he decided to go any extend... On the same night..one of his rivals...Jung Shinwo's wife gave birth to a healthy baby boy... But unfortunately his wife died after giving birth to the child... Shinwo was very angry towards his child as he believed that if the baby was not born then his wife would have been alive... Mr Kim's secretary Mr Lim knew about this and saw how Shinwo even refused to see his child..thus they planned something... Mr Kim thus swapped the babies in the hospital itself by bribing some nurse... Joongki happily took the baby home with his wife and they named the child Kim Seokjin'
' Shinwo was still unaware of this fact and anyhow took the child home... Some days before the child birth Shinwo and his wife had finalized a name for their child and thus Shinwo fulfilled his deceased wife's wish by naming the child Hoseok...  Things were going good with the Kims... Just an year after Jin hyung's birth Joonie was born but by that time Joongki had started a special kind of liking to Jin hyung even though he was not his real son...a part of him ached thinking of his cruel act in the past...he was so blinded by his greed that he didn't think before acting and that regret made him promise himself that he will love Jin hyung with his everything'
' That's why appa always wanted Jin hyung near him?' Taehyung suddenly asked to which Jungkook nodded before continuing
' Even though everything was going well in the Kims household...the Jungs were a different story.. Hoseok was abused by Shinwo..he used to beat the hell out of the boy...hated him with his everything whereas Hoseok used to crave for his appa's love... All this went on till a fine day when Joongki met the doctor whom Mrs Kim used to consult while being pregnant with the first child...the same doctor who told that the child was having some nervous disorder... The doctor suddenly apologized to Joongki telling how the reports got exchanged with some other child's and how perfectly alright their son was... Joongki' s world changed that damned day as he was slowly being eaten away by guilt...he wanted to see his own son... But it was too late... Jin hyung was already 23 and was announced as the next CEO by that time...yet again Joongki so badly wanted his son back.. thus he approached Shinwo and told him the truth who completely refused to believe everything... Joongki convinced him to have a DNA test without the kids knowing and finally the results came... Shinwo had to believe it but before anything Joongki had made a point very clear that no matter what he won't give up on Jin hyung even if he has to abandon Hoseok again... Shinwo just scoffed saying how he hated his son or the one whom he thought of as his son and asked Joongki to keep them both...but what they didn't know was Hoseok listening to their whole conversation... The years old yearning for love and the endured pain took over him when he heard the truth of his life... He hated how his real father loved someone else's child soo much that he was ready to leave Hoseok again... All these years of his life all Hoseok had known was pain and his heart broke completely on that day'
' One day Joongki got a message from Shinwo' Wooshik spoke up as he made Jungkook sit down ' Joongki left to meet him thinking that may be he will get his real son back but all he saw was a smiling Hoseok beside the bloodied body of Shinwo.. Joongki tried to apologize to Hoseok ans make him understand..but instead Hoseok threatened Joongki telling him that he will kill Jin too if he doesn't obey him...He said that Jin doesn't deserve to be the heir to the company and should be immediately removed from the position....Scared for his son's life Joongki agreed..And Hoseok's first move was successful when Joongki announced Taehyung as the next CEO instead of Jin...Joongki could never find it in himself to do that to Jin..he has seen how much Jin had worked for that all these years...he tried to make Jin back out from the position on his own by insulting him and scolding him but Jin just promised to work more hard... But one evening when Taehyung said how he wanted to be the CEO Joongki found the solution to his problem..he knew Jin would do anything for Tae and thus he announced Tae as the next CEO instead of Jin'
A gasp left Taehyung's mouth hearing that...
' But what came after that broke Joongki to the core... Joongki always had a special liking towards Yoongi...he had see the way Yoongi looks at Jin and knew that no one could ever love him like how Yoongi does but when Hoseok put forward his demand to marry Jin Joongki lost it..He had lashed out on Hoseok and the result of it was him being admitted to the hospital under the excuse of cardiac arrest..he was actually drugged by Hoseok... using a drug which could induce a cardiac arrest ... Hoseok thought that seeing Joongki like this Jin would get ready to marry him but what he never knew was about Jin's stubbornness and Yoongi's kindness...  Hoseok pulled his final card when he told Joongki to get ready to attend his favourite son's funeral.... Joongki literally begged in front of Yoongi to persuade Jin to marry Hobi...And with that Hobi won... Jin was married to him as he wanted...' Wooshik ended the story
' Then why did he do all this if he got what he wanted' Namjoon suddenly asked..his blood boiling
' That we still don't know' Soobin shrugged
' You knew this all the while?' Namjoon looked at his fiancé
' I knew how Jungkook hyung went after Hoshin and Hajin since Wooshik hyung had me take charge of both the cases... But I never knew that Hobi Hyung was behind all this until Yoongi hyung told me...'
' Yoongi hyung?' Taehyung frowned
' Yeah... It was the day on which Joon proposed me... I went straight to Yoongi's home wanting to tell him about the special day..but all I saw was a devastated Yoongi...he told me that Jungkook Hyung had just called him....he told me everything about Hobi hyung...' Jimin proceeded to tell how he managed to bring Taehyung back to Seoul and Jungkook into the company
' So you intentionally lied about your wedding?' Taehyung asked
' Am sorry for that but I didn't have any other way... And Tae its my wedding...and that to with the person I am in love with for years now so I'd I want it to be special right and not an event to be done in a week or something'
Taehyung just nodded understandingly ' Then...'
' Then... I met Jin hyung ' Jungkook continued ' That day at the interview when you left I had asked Jin hyung to keep my identity as a secret... One reason was that I was not ready to face Tae and another was that..of Hobi hyung knowing that am also a Jeon.. if so he will definitely do something which will somehow hurt Tae cz Yoona had told him and Jin hyung that I was in love with Tae.... At first Jin hyung didn't understand why I asked him such a favor but when I told him the whole truth he was broken... It was very hard for him but he had to accept the truth.He was never in love with Hobi Hyung but he had trusted him and accepted him as his husband. He then agreed to keep this a secret until I wanted'
' Tae...' Jimin looked at his best friend who was still in some kind of shock ' It was not Jin hyung who had locked Jungkook hyung's profile... It was me and Soobin... I knew you would dig up his details and to prevent that I locked it...'
' Why did you lie?' Taehyung's voice deepened
' I knew how you suspected Jin hyung when you saw how close he was with Kook hyung... And I needed to know what your next step was so I just...am really sorry for lying' Jimin apologized
' You locked up my Profile?' Jungkook asked wide eyed
' You never knew?' Taehyung looked at him
' No' Wooshik spoke up ' Jungkook didn't even know that Jimin was helping us with all this.... Even Jin didn't know Jimin was helping until he met Yoongi'
' It was just Yoongi and me from the beginning...' Jimin explained ' That day when you came to my office telling how Jin hyung asked you to leave his cabin what you didn't know was that Jin hyung did it intentionally'
' What?'
' He heard your argument with Jungkook and Jin hyung was scared that you'd find out about everything and just to avoid your questions he asked you to leave him.... ' Jimin continued ' Just before you came in I was talking to Yoongi and he said that we have to do something which will trigger Hobi and also distract you for sometime from going after Jungkook hyung... That's when you barged in and I suggested about going live... And that did hit the right nerve when I saw how Hobi's face changed when he saw how worried Jungkook hyung was for you..but that day unintentionally we did hurt Jin hyung'
' Why did you want to trigger Hobi?'
' He hated you the most Tae....and we knew that him seeing you happy will never be a good news...' Jimin sighed
' Oh... If that was the case then where was Joon hyung on that day' Taehyung asked again
'Oh god Tae Don't start that again' Namjoon turned towards his brother ' Jimin had dropped me at the office of our wedding planners before going for a hearing and when Jin hyung called me telling he got a call from Jungkook but all he heard was Tae's cries I just asked them to pick me up and that's why I came halfway'
Taehyung blinked..his guilt increasing when he remembered how he accused Namjoon who was basically the most clueless one among them
' That day our doubt got cleared and we were so sure that Hobi really did hate you... ' Jimin said ' Tae you remember the box of blood and roses you received... I have never seen such peacefulness on Hobi hyung's face all these years... I was scared thinking Jungkook would just lose his cool and do something but as always you were his priority...... And Joonie...even when you told me how badly you wanted to kill the one who is doing this to our Tae...I knew who was behind all that' Jimin drew in a breath
'Jin hyung got to know about my involvement in all these when he finally met Yoongi hyung... The day when Jungkook took a leave to take his hyung to hospital that day Jin hyung met Yoongi and they got back togethe-'
' They got back together?!!' Namjoon Jungkook and Taehyung exclaimed
' What?' Jimin turned towards Jungkook ' You didn't know they were together? You only made them meet'
' I made them meet doesn't mean that they can just get back together' Jungkook exclaimed
' So you expect Jin hyung to be with Hobi even after knowing everything!' Jimin rolled his eyes
' Yaaa am just offended that they never told me' Jungkook pouted
' As if you tell everything to them!' Jimin scoffed ' Why are you pouting like that? what are you 10? '
' Hell yeah! Look at me midget Don't I look like a ten?'
' Seriously now? You are unbelievable' Jimin looked bewildered
' No am Jungkook'
' Shut up both of you' Taehyung yelled making them shut their mouth ' Was this all? Or is there anything more?'
' There is something else too...On the day of the party I heard Hobi hyung talking to someone on the phone asking them to kill Jungkook'
'And you didn't even care to tell us?' Taehyung's voice came out harsh ' If you had told anyone he wouldn't have been in this state'
' I couldn't tell anyone cz Hobi hyung got suspicious of me and was sticking together....if he knew that I heard him I was scared that he would harm you Tae' Jimin said desperately
' But that doesn't mean you can just let Jungkook die!'
' It was my decision Taehyung' Jungkook spoke up ' I ordered them to protect you no matter how dangerous of a situation I'd be in'
' Who are you to order them around?' Taehyung took a step forward' You are not some god to grand me a life and let me live'
' I am not a god but at the moment I am the keeper of the underworld and it's me who decides on whom to take with me to the pits of hell'
Taehyung felt a shudder down his spine hearing the deep voice and dark orbs
' Why didn't you tell me anything?' Namjoon asked slowly
' Joon.... I didn't want to hide this from you..but we knew how protective you were of Jin hyung and the second you know about Hoseok you'd lash out on him' Jimin mumbled
' Since we all now know about this...am not letting Jin Hyung be his husband anymore' Namjoon declared
' Joon' Jimin called sheepishly ' About that....we did something actually'
' What now?' Namjoon asked frowning
' Hyung...' Jungkook spoke up ' Jin hyung and Hobi hyung are divorced'

' Divorced??'
A chuckle was heard as the male leaned back onto the chair... A smirk on his face as he looked at the furious man in front of him
' What did you think you were signing on the day Jungkook was officially appointed as Tae's bodyguard?'Jin snickered ' What?? Don't tell me that you really thought I was going to transfer half the company's share to your name....No no my lovely husband-oh...I mean ex-husband.. those were not property papers...they were divorce papers prepared by our Jiminie...who with the help of his connections helped in conducting the case without your presence...The day of hearing was the day Tae went live and it was some sort of a distraction for you too' A painful groan was heard when Jin felt a harsh slap on his cheeks
Hobi lied when he said he was going to Busan.. instead he had brought an unconscious Jin to the basement of his academy where he had tied him up onto the chair... He left him there for over a week...and returned only to hurt him... He even sent fake texts to the others telling how caught he is with work..He was mad at Jin for cheating on him..but he never thought that the tables will turn against him this soon
' You have me with you for over a weak now ..What are you trying to do Hoba? Hurt me?' He asked staring straight into Hoseok's eyes... ' Then you are wrong... No matter what you do..how you treat me.. nothing could ever beat what you did six years before... nothing can ever match to the pain you have made me go through'
Jin saw the way Hobi's eyes widened
' You knew?' Hobi mumbled
' I had accepted my fate and decided to live with you Hoba....but see where we are again.... When I got to know that I was living with a monster.. that I-I was living with the person who killed my parents..I just wanted to kill myself ' A tear left Jin's eyes
' They were not your parents!' Hobi smirked which faltered when he heard Jin
' I know' Jin shrugged...' When Jimin found the wounded bodies of our parents in Joon's house..appa was still breathing... Jiminie saw that and was about to take him out when appa stopped him... He asked Jimin to find and give me his dairy which he keeps in his room.... Jiminie had given me that but I never found the strength to read it until I met Jungkook.... Everything was in there...our truth was in there'
' You were playing with me all this while huh?' Hobi spat
Jin chuckled again.. ' Playing? Cut the crap Hoseok... Now tell me why did you do all this? You had your way when you finally married me... You wanted to see me suffer right? Then why did you hurt my Tae? Why did you kill my parents? Why did you kill Yoona'
' Oh Jinnie... trust me when I say that I loved seeing you suffer...but you know what when you told that you wanted to give us a chance I lost it... I felt like may be you are trying to be happy again and honestly I hate seeing you smile...I was thinking of doing something again when that stupid excuse of a brother came to us telling about his plans on marrying Yoona since he was going to be the CEO... now that irked me... Oh come on how could that old man just give his company to someone when his oldest son is all well and alive?' Hobi asked pointing to himself as Jin just scoffed as he tugged on the ropes binding him to the chair trying to let himself free
' So I did what was best... Family has always been our weakness Jin... You would die for them and I would kill for them... And I did kill for them Jinnie.. I killed the one who raised me and I killed the one who abandoned me.... And I tried to kill my own brother and that too on his most special day'
' You are sick!' Jin spat but Hobi just laughed
' You know Namjoon is such a lucky fucker... I had planned on killing him too but he just escaped them so easily...damn he does have a long life.. But poor Jeons...they were not even in my list and see what happened to them' Hobi sat down on the floor leaning back on his hands... ' Oh but Min Yoongi was always a target..he was the most important one you know... I was craving to see you cry rivers seeing your lover's dead body but no! That Bogum had to butt in just at the right moment and save him.. Poor Bogum... didn't know that Hoseok never forgives someone who gets on his nerves... And I really did want Taehyung dead but that poor girl found out that it was me behind the mask...now you only tell me Jinnie...how could I leave her' Hobi Laughed again ' And that's when something struck me'
Jin felt his heart stop seeing the sickening smile on Hobi's face as he leaned closer ' I understood that there is something more painful than death....And that is seeing your loved ones suffer right in front of your own eyes'
Hobi laughed as he walked around the room ' I was literally over the moon when I saw the broken state of Tae when I killed Yoona but what excited me more were your cries... I spent most of my time in the hospital with Taehyung enjoying seeing him lying there fighting for his life...For a while I thought my plan failed when Taehyung woke up..but I did solve that too with a mere death threat and you yourself send him away... getting the company all to ourselves .... I was living the best life..all the while seeing you craving for atleast a single glance of your brother... Everything was going perfectly fine..but that Jungkook had to come and ruin it...he killed my most trusted men...Hajin..he took Bogum out of there and that too without even getting caught by the police! I tried to kill him twice..but that also didn't work...'
' But you know what? He won't escape anymore.... because this time... I myself...is setting the trap for him!' Hobi laughed maniacally 'And as far as I know Tae have no idea that his dear Jungkookie is infact a murderer whose hands are stained with blood of peopl-'
' People who killed his parents! And you know what Hoba...soon his hands will be painted with your blood and this time I will be the one rejoicing ' Jin smirked when he saw Hobi's smile faltering before breaking into the biggest of grins
' You wish Jin...but this time it won't be me who will be doing anything to anyone of you....' Hobi tilted his head
'This time it will be his Amour against his one and only dear one'

' Jin hyung didn't know that Jimin was the attorney who was helping him with the divorce until he met Yoongi hyung' Jungkook explained
' But guys where is Jin?' Wooshik asked ' Kook told that he hasn't seen him for a while'
' He told that he is caught up with some work...we will just drop by at his place before coming back here' Jimin said
' You guys are leaving?' Taehyung asked
' Yeah... We have a hell lot of things to do...' Jimin sighed ' That Daniel is really something...I can't leave any loophole'
' I should also leave now... I can't be off duty for long... Just call me if needed yeah?' Wooshik said hugging Jungkook tightly ' Be safe kid... I don't want to keep that promise of mine'
' Even I don't want hyung...' Jungkook said looking at a puzzled Taehyung ' But it's for the best'
Wooshik just sighed before he took his leave
' Ok then' Jimin turned towards them ' Soobin...make your fake id fast and just upload it to the company's site... Take copies also of those and then call me...you can use my system here yeah?'
' Yes Hyung'
' And Joonie... Do whatever you can and prevent Jungkook hyung's photos from being released... He was seen with Tae a number of times..we have to prevent it from going viral before it reaches Daniel's hands... After that we will drop by at Daniel's..hand him over Soobin's Id and stuff and then will go meet Jin hyung and come back here... And Tae you might also be needed at the station for interrogation..but don't worry I will try my best to not let that happen..but if it does then don't go without me no matter what' Jimin said as all of them stared at the male... Taehyung and Namjoon couldn't believe that this was their cute Jiminie...
' Why do I feel like we are missing out something?' Jungkook suddenly spoke up
' We a-'
' You are missing out your much needed rest hyung' Soobin spoke up cutting off Taehyung
' Tae...can we talk?' Jungkook asked totally ignoring Soobin
' Go and rest Jungkook... I need sometime...' Taehyung said without even looking at Jungkook missing the way his eyes flashed hurt
' I'll take you in' Soobin said pulling Jungkook with him
' I'll start the car' Namjoon was about to go when Taehyung held his wrist
' Hyung...' He called softly ' Am sorry for not trusting you... everything was so overwhelming and messed up tha-'
' No Tae... If I was in your place I would have just shut everyone out... You have nothing to apologize.. And one more thing...I don't care what the truth is... Jin is our hyung...and nothing will change it' Namjoon said as Taehyung nodded eagerly.. ' I'll be down.. come soon'
Jimin took Taehyung's hand in his own ' I have lied a lot to you...but it was just for you and hyung... Hope you will forgive me'
' It's fine Jiminie... And...thanks for saving Jungkook' Taehyung smiled lightly
' Tae...' Jimin called in a serious tone ' Keep your promise ok... We can't let him go this time...nor can we get him exposed..or else we will never see him again'
' What do you mean?' Taehyung frowned ' Jimin...you know about the promise Wooshik hyung was talking about right?'
' Tae...I can't tell you that...' Jimin sighed ' I'll leave now..Joon is waiting'
Taehyung looked at his best friend leaving as he sighed and was about to go inside when Soobin came out from Jungkook's room... Taehyung gave him a tight lipped smile..he was not at all liking the way Soobin was clinging onto Jungkook
' Taehyung' Soobin called making him stop
' You want to say something?' Taehyung asked
' I know about the promise'
