                    Third person's pov
The night was unnaturally quiet, a blonde girl was walking through the alleys. Her happy mood after coming back from her friend's house is replaced by a strange feeling as she felt someone's presence watching her every move.
A sudden chill ran down her spine, and she quickened her pace, glancing over her shoulder. The street was empty, but the feeling of being watched was undeniable. She shook her head, trying to cool down.
Then, without warning, strong arms grabbed her from behind, a rough hand clamping over her mouth, trying to stop her scream. Panic surged through her veins as she struggled against the strong grip, her heart pounding wildly in her chest.
"Stop fidgeting or you'll see worse," a low, calm voice whispered in her ear, sending shivers down her spine. The voice was unfamiliar, devoid of emotion, yet it can't be described.
The blonde girl tried everything to get out of the strong bruising grip but couldn't match the man's strength. She was picked up by her feet. Her head rested on the man's shoulder and was thrown to a luxurious car.
She felt the rough texture of duct tape as it was hastily wrapped around her wrists and mouth, her cries for help reduced to muffled pleas. The car's door slammed shut, enveloping her in darkness. Her mind raced with questions and fears. Who was this man? What did he want with her? And how would she escape this nightmare?
She could feel the car starting, leaving behind the quiet street. In the suffocating darkness, Bella was afraid of what's going to happen to her. Little did she know, this was only the beginning of a journey that would change her life forever.
“Dad! At least give me a little bit of freedom. Why can't I live a normal life, make friends and enjoy myself?”
“Because you are from a different family background, Bella. You will be in danger if you roam here and there carelessly. Especially when V is behind us.” Bella's father Harry said blankly.
“Oh, I don't give a damn of who the hell is this V or whatever. I wanna meet up with my friend tomorrow!”
“Watch your mouth girl! And now I am definitely not allowing you to get out of this mansion! Lucy lock her down!”
Bella was dragged by her mother and servants. They locked her but she was determined to get out of this.
Bella always thought her parents gave more priority to their mafia business than her. She hates this business involving drugs, murders of innocent people, even if the people did something wrong their family are nowhere at fault to lose their loved one.
She hated the people involved in this more. She thought all are selfish bastards who are involved in this.
She vowed that she will never get involved in this hellhole and chose the medical field so that she can heal people instead of killing people mercilessly.
And she hated this person V the most as he is the reason why her father took away her freedom. She has always been restricted to make friends, and to fake her Identity which she hated. But this time her father was terrified of this person V and he seemed like a ruthless mafia, who was a mere criminal according to Bella.
She sneaked out of her room and met her friend whose birthday Bella wanted to celebrate.
Aria was the only best friend Bella made. They met in high school. Bella had no idea what she wanted to pursue but Aria guided her. Aria knew about Bella's family and kept it a secret. Aria always told her that Bella is the angel born in a devil family.
Bella hates the fact that her family is also one of the ruthless people whom she despises.
But she never hated her family. Even if their main priority is their business, they at least cared for Bella. Her mother always used to say that Bella is a mistake, her mother never actually wanted a child but she knew about her pregnancy too late that abortion was not possible.
Her heart broke to pieces whenever she heard this line.
Now Bella is kidnapped by V.
She fluttered her eyes open after all these scenes replayed her mind. Oh how much she regrets sneaking out of her home. She is being seated in a dark room.
Her parents must be finding her. Her hands are tied by duct tapes.
“You woke up, beautiful.” the same man's voice who kidnapped her. The shadow of the man looked intimidating and scary.
The light was switched off. Bella covered her eyes by the sudden brightness. She rubbed her eyes to adjust her eyesight and opened her eyes. Everything was blurry at first but things became clear.
And the first thing Bella saw was the hazel eyes. And she remembers those hazel eyes clearly. She could never ever forget those pairs of eyes but the eyes that held innocence are now blank.
Her eyes then drifted to the man's face. Hazel siren eyes, waxed hair exposing his forehead, pink lips, chiselled jawline. The arms were tattooed with many chained structures.
The man had an intimidating aura. Flashbacks started swarming through her brain.
“Chris.” She muttered whisperingly but the man clearly heard that.
“Promishh me Bella, you'll marry mee.”
“Okay I promishh to marry you, Chris.”
