                    TAEHYUNG'S POV
It was time. Time for Jungkook to come home and have dinner with us. Mom and dad reminded me a hundred times that he was coming over.
I looked at the set of clothes which was laid out by mom. All were too formal to wear. So I threw them back in the closet and wore an oversized tee shirt and shorts. I grinned at what I wore. Mom will surely kill me when she sees this.
"Taehyung! Come down fast and help me with the dishes," my mom yelled from downstairs.
I groaned and went downstairs and saw my family shuffling around, cleaning the entire place. Even the twins were involved with cleaning. I stood there watching the show and suddenly someone hit my shoulder.
"Ouch!" I looked behind and saw my mom holding a huge spoon in our hand. My shoulders!
"What is with that clothes you are wearing?" she pointed my baggy shirt and I shrugged, "No. No. you, young man, are to change immediately to something formal."
"No. It is just my classmate, mom. Not the president of the country," I said and she frowned at me.
"No way am I letting you wear those silly clothes. Go up and wear something decent," my mom tried to force me to go upstairs, but I didn't budge from my place. I am not going to wear formal clothes!
Ding dong
All of us stared at the front door. Suddenly my mom squealed with joy and ran to welcome the guest. I rolled my eyes and sat down on the couch to see what they will do to him.
"Oh my god! You look pretty handsome," my mom commented Jungkook. I stared at him and I could agree with my mom right there. He was wearing a white oversized hoodie with blue jeans. He was...pretty good! I realized I was staring at him too much and looked somewhere else.
"You look pretty too, Mrs. Kim," he said and my mom blushed with embarrassment. Weird.
"Come on in. Dinner is almost served. Taehyung, why don't you take Jungkook upstairs?" she said and every single word that came out of her mouth sounded wrong to me. I sighed and went upstairs with Jungkook trailing behind me. I opened the door to my room and moved aside to let him in.
"Welcome to my humble solitude place, your highness," I said and he laughed.
"That's how you welcome your guests?" he asked me and I nodded. He looked around the room while I laid down on my bed.
"I thought you live in the basement along with the rats," he said and I scowled at him. I don't have a shitty life!
"What's this?" he said. He was holding a jade stone in his hand and I smiled.
"That was a gift from my grandparents before they left Korea," I said and recalled all the memories that we had. Then suddenly, out of nowhere, I saw it. That dreadful time. I shivered and got up. He looked at me and I snatched the stone and threw it in one of my drawers.
"Don't touch anything without my permission," I said and went back to my bed. He nodded and went back to inspecting the place. I sat down and was deep in thought. That time. Those people. Those laughs. Why were they all coming back now?
"Taehyung! Jungkook! Dinner is ready!"
"Let's go downstairs," I said and he nodded. We both left the room and went to the dining room where the table where filled with so many dishes. If I was in a good mood, I would have jumped around and hogged down the entire thing. But right now, I wasn't hungry.
"Sit here," mom pulled a chair and he sat down. I sat opposite to him while mom and dad sat at both ends of the table. The twins sat beside me.
"Thank you for the food."
We ate our food silently and I was feeding the twins who were having trouble with the fish.
"So, Jungkook. Tell me what you want to become when you grow up?" my dad asked him.
"A business man. Just like my dad," he replied. I noticed there was something off in what he said. It's like, he was forced to say that.
"Oh I see."
"I was wondering what Taehyung will become when he grows up," Jungkook said and grinned at me. I rolled my eyes and received a kick from my mom.
"Anything is fine as long as it pays," I muttered.
"He still has no clue what to do," my mom said and she glared at me from the corner of her eyes. Scary!
"Oh. Taehyung, when are we going to do the project?" Jungkook asked me and I shrugged.
"Today?" he asked and I shrugged.
"Give me an answer," I shrugged.
"Okay then, how about tomorrow?" he asked and I shrugged. I was legit dancing in my mind when I saw how annoyed he was.
"Seriously Taehyung. Give him an answer," my mom said and I rolled my eyes.
"We will do it tomorrow," I said and he nodded.
"So how is the food?" my dad asked him.
"It's wonderful, sir," he replied back and my parents beamed with joy. We talked for some more time, or more like they talked with him while I was busy feeding the twins. I didn't mind that actually. It's not like I had great things to tell anyone of them.
We finished eating and placed the plates back in the sink. My parents and Jungkook went to the living room to talk while I took Hikaru and Kaoru back to their rooms.
"Nii-chan?" I looked behind and saw Hikaru staring at me.
"What is it?" I walked towards him and sat down on their bed.
"Nii-chan. Is that guy your friend?" he asked me.
"I guess so," I chuckled and he sat on my lap. I looked behind him and saw Kaoru already sleeping.
"Nii-chan, why are you sad?" he asked me and I sighed. Was it so easy to read my expression? Well they were kids and they have known me longer than they know my parents. So, maybe they could see what was wrong.
"You go back and sleep now. Your Nii-chan is fine," I smiled and kissed both their foreheads. He smiled and jumped beside his brother and slept. I closed the door and went upstairs to my room, when suddenly my mom called me.
"What is it?" I asked them and judging by their expression, it was related to Jungkook. Don't tell me he is going to be my boyfriend?
"We have decided that Jungkook will be tutoring you from now on," my dad said and suddenly the entire universe stopped. Jungkook? Me? Tutor?
"WHAT?" I yelled and they scowled at me while he smirked at me. So this was his plan. But why was he even doing this?
"The principal called me last week and told me that your performance was the worst and you were in need of a tutor," my mom said, "Since most of them have faced difficulty with you, we decided to go for someone who understands you. Jungkook is willing to sacrifice his precious time for you, so you better accept it."
"Well, what choice do I have? You guys make all the decisions and then, make my life even more miserable," I yelled and they stared at me like I had gone mad, "Taehyung do this. Taehyung do that. Am I some doll or something for you guys to play with? I am a human and I too have feelings. You know what? Do whatever you want. Because in the end, I am just a loser in your eyes."
They were all to startle from what I said. When I realized what I spouted out, I slapped my hand to forehead. Great! You lost it! I saw Jungkook was also shocked.
"Taehyung," my mom said and she pointed up, "Go to your room."
I sighed and walked upstairs. I went inside my room and banged my door shut. Ugh! Why did they have to do that? Now he is my tutor, what else are you guys going to throw at me? I laid down on my bed and looked at the ceiling. What the heck is the time? I grabbed my phone which was on the nightstand and switched it on.
11:11 p.m.
Suddenly my head started to pain and I gasped when all those memories came back. No. Not again.

JUNGKOOK'S POV
"Thank you for the dinner," I said and they patted my back and asked me to come back next time. I nodded and was soon out of their house. This was the first time someone actually invited me home for dinner. I smiled and walked back to my home. My cycle was broken and I couldn't drive. So I had no choice but to walk. I looked back at their house. Something doesn't seem right. Why is that so? I shrugged and walked away.
Taehyung was pretty shocked when he heard his parents say that I was his tutor. Well who wouldn't be. I was his archenemy and I never knew I would be doing so much just for him to become my fake boyfriend. If my family was normal, then probably none of this would have even happened. Well, he is stuck with me. The weird part was, his family was willing to pay me. I settled for a lesser price because I am already rich and they need the money more than I do.
But why was he down, like he was really sad and exhausted the entire time? Was it because of the jade stone? He looked sad and frightened when he saw me holding it. Was he fine now?
Wait, why am I even worrying about him? I saw my house and my eyes grew wide. There was a black Mercedes outside the house and I gulped.
Father is back.
I walked up to the front door and knocked on it thrice. It opened and I walked inside. My dad was sitting on the couch and my mom was standing beside him. He saw me and I walked towards him.
"Where were you?" he asked coldly and I shivered a bit.
"With my friend," I replied back.
"Was it Namjoon?" he asked and I shook my head.
"My new friend, Taehyung," I said and suddenly, he stared into my eyes from above his glasses.
"I see. Go to your room now and I want you up by four in the morning," I nodded and went to my room. I closed the door and buried my face in my hands. Four in the morning?! Are you insane?!
I quickly changed into my pajamas and laid down on my bed. I bet he is going to make me learn the business stuff. I better be prepared. And in a minute, I was fast asleep.

That dreadful time. That horrible time. I realized it had already been ten years since that incident had happened. The whole night I couldn't sleep. Even watching anime didn't work.
