                    JUNGKOOK'S POV
I lied. Lied to Taehyung that I had gone to school. I couldn't tell him that my hyungs forced me to go to the hospital after they saw my bloody finger. So I skipped school and went to the hospital and on my way, I received a text message from my mother saying that she was visiting a friend who was admitted to a hospital and that was the same hospital I was headed towards. I couldn't let her see me so I went back to school, but sadly to my luck, the gates were shut and there were no security guards around to let me in.
I thought of heading back home, but then the butlers and maids will inform my parents and then I will be screwed to hell. So there was only one person's place that came in my mind. Taehyung. I headed to his house and I saw his mom standing outside and shouting at someone on the phone. When she cut the call, I went up to her and asked whether I could see Taehyung secretly. She gladly accepted it and immediately drove to her workplace, leaving me behind in the house. That's where I bumped into the twins.
Jimin told me before about two adorable people in Taehyung's family and he was right. I literally melted at the sight of their big, shiny eyes staring right into my heart and soul. When I introduced myself to them as their mom's friend, they immediately dragged me to play. And after sometime, I met Taehyung.
And now here we were, fighting because of the tiny glass piece. He was pissed and so was I. it's not like it is his hand and he can do whatever he wants.
"I said I don't care. If I don't want to go, I don't want to go. Like I care what happens to my finger or my life." I said and looked away.
"Wait, what did you say?"
I suddenly felt something cold run down my spine. I touched my back and it wasn't wet or anything. I looked at Taehyung and he looked...dead. His face was pale and it was expressionless.
"I said that I don't give two shits about my finger?"
"And your life," he said and there was something about the way he told those words. It was cold and icy.
"Tae, you okay?" I asked him and placed my hand on his shoulder. But he pushed it away and got up.
"So, you don't care what happens to your life do you? Nor do you care where the bloody glass piece goes? Right?" he looked at me and I suddenly shivered. It was still noon and yet I shivered. Was it the temperature or the way he spoke to me? It was icy cold and emotionless and his gaze at me was making me feel uncomfortable. The words he said right now felt like a slap on the face. Was he always like this? Maybe it was the first time I have seen him like this.
"Uhmm...Tae—"
"How would you know?" he chuckled and he sighed, "You wouldn't know how it is to have a glass run down your spine and get embedded right inside of you and it becomes a part of you. Life is not a joke and you can't simply say that you don't care. There are many who beg to have a proper life. Like..."
"Tae, what are—"
"I was just concerned about you Jungkook. At least be glad that it is a tiny piece and not a knife that has stabbed you," he chuckled. I saw his legs were shivering and his hands were trembling.
"Taehyung. What is wrong with you?" I asked him and I got up to hold him. He pushed me away, but instead of me falling, he fell down.
"My head," he groaned and I ran to him. I placed my palm on his head and gasped. He was literally burning like fire.
"Tae! Get up!" I yelled but he was clutching his head. He shut his eyes tight and started to pull at his hair. He began to kick his legs widely in the air and rolled on the floor. It looked like he was in pain. But I didn't even touch a strand of his hair.
"NOOO!! PLEASE STOP!" he suddenly yelled. I heard a door bang open and I looked up to see the twins.
"NII-CHAN!" they yelled and ran to his side.
"Call mama!" Hikaru said to me and I nodded. I ran upstairs to Taehyung's room and saw his phone on the table. I picked it up and typed in the password and dialed his mother's number. In a second, she picked it up.
"What do you want?"
"Uhmm...excuse me Mrs. Kim. I—"
"Ahh! Jungkook! What is it dear? Is Taehyung acting weird towards you?"
"Actually—"
Suddenly Kaoru snatched the phone from my hands and held it to his ear.
"MAMA! NII-CHAN IS DOING IT AGAIN!"
I don't know what did they talk about, but it got over soon. He threw the phone on the bed and raced downstairs. When I went downstairs, I saw Taehyung crouched in a corner and he was crying. His eyes were red and his lips were bleeding badly.
"What's happening to him?" I asked them.
"Nii-chan has anger problems," Kaoru said.
"So, he acts like that?" I said and pointed to Taehyung who was still crying and whimpering. I have seen people act like mad creature during the times when they get angry, but never in my life have I seen a person crying, screaming and biting his lips.
The front door banged open and his father rushed in. Looks like his mom couldn't make it.
"Tae. Tae. Are you fine?" his dad held his hand. Taehyung slightly nodded and his father heaved a sigh of relief. He saw me standing there and he smiled.
"Uhmm...right now Taehyung isn't feeling well. So..."
"I will be going then," I said and picked up my bag. His dad nodded and went back to taking care of Taehyung. I went to the door and turned back to look at Taehyung. He looked exhausted and...scared. What happened to him?
I sighed and left the house. Now where to go? I looked at my watch and saw that there was still two more hours before school closes. Should I got to the hospital or not? No need.
I headed towards nowhere and then suddenly stopped. I looked at my hand and it still had the cream on it. He forgot to put the bandage. It was my fault he did not put it. I stood for there for a minute and sighed. That guy! I headed in the opposite direction. In ten minutes I reached my destination. The fricking hospital. I went in and met my most, trusted doctor who immediately sighted me. I smiled and rushed towards her.
"Yo! Whassup?" I said and she shook her head.
"What are you doing here?" she asked me and I showed her my finger. She raised her eyebrows and gave me the annoyed look, "Seriously? You came here for a paper cut?"
"Not a paper cut, Dr. Su. There is a glass piece stuck in there." When I said that, she gasped and her widened in shock.
"You dumb boy. Come with me now," she took me to her office and I followed her like an obedient kid. We reached her office and I sat down on a chair which was in front of her desk. She took my finger and wiped the cream which Taehyung had put on it earlier. She began to examine it and began to poke around the area.
"It's not so deep. That means I can remove it. If you had left it for another hour or something, it will have gone too far." I gulped and looked away as she tried to remove the piece with her tools. For once that kid was right. But why was he so pissed just because I said that I didn't care?
"Hey doc," I said and she hummed, "When people have anger problems, how do they exactly react?"
"Well, funny you should say that," she chuckled and I rolled my eyes, "People with those kind of problems tend to release their anger in the form of violence, breaking things and sometimes inflicting the pain on themselves."
"What about those who start screaming, yelling, crying, panting, sweating and suddenly talking rubbish?"
"I don't think that is related to anger."
"Huh? Then what do you think it is?"
"There are many people who act like that, but it is not because of anger. Maybe they are drunk? Or they have issues."
"Issues?"
"Yeah. They might have some issue to some kind of a topic and because of that they tend to get scared or frightened or they might even hyperventilate."
"What if the issue is uhmm...what do you say, death or life? Why do you think a person reacts to it?"
"It might be that they experienced something dangerous before or they might have been close to death, like in an accident or they might have seen someone die in front of them."
Die in front of them? Can it be that reason?
"Why do you ask all of this?" she asked me.
"Simply."
"Really?"
"My friend suffers from it."
"Then you better get your friend treated."
"Huh?"
"When the person has seen something that has traumatized him forever, it is better to consult a psychologist. He might suffer in the future if he doesn't get the thing out of his head."
"Okay. I will think about it."
"Good. There, it is done." I looked at my finger and saw a deep cut, and the blood was pouring out of it. The glass piece was on a bowl and I looked at. It was so fricking tiny, almost like 2 mm!
"What's the price?" I asked her and she shook her head.
"No price. It was just a tiny thing. Come here. I still have to bandage it."
"Do I need to pay for that?" she laughed and shook her head.
"No need for that. I told you it is a small thing. Don't fret over it." I smiled and held my finger out to her. She began to clean the blood and carefully applied the cream and bandage
"Do your parents know about this?"
"Yeah."
"Liar," she smacked my shoulder and smiled, "Don't lie to me."
"They don't know. Are you going to tell them?"
"Do you want me to?"
"Nope."
"There. It is done." I looked at the bandage and frowned at it, "Why? You don't like it?"
"It looks ugly," I said and she laughed.
"Your fault for being in such a situation."
"Thanks doc."
"You're welcome, boy!"
I left the stinky hospital and was out in the fresh air. I didn't see my mother and I was thankful for it. I looked at my watch and groaned. Another hour left. I still had the money left which I had brought for the hospital fees and headed to a café to eat something for I was starving. I entered the place and the scent of sweet cakes and freshly baked bread reached my nose. I inhaled it all and was satisfied with the scent. Now to satisfy my tummy. I went to a table which was near the window and took a seat there. I picked up the menu which was on the table and skimmed through the list of goodies. Chocolate lava cake...sounds delicious. That is one. Next...
"Well, what do we have here?" I groaned when I heard that person, "If it isn't my favorite buddy, Jungkook. What you doing here, kid?"
