Arthur and I walk into school. Him holding my stuff and his stuff as we come in. Yet he's still not talking to me, but he still does the same things he was doing before...
Helping me out, greeting me - when necessary, and doing shit like this.
"Give me my book bag." I order almost, taking my book bag from him as he hands it to me. From there, he'd usually follow me, but this time he just walked away. Going the other way and confusing me.
"Arthur is pissed at you." Dylan states, and I glare at him as he shrugs.
"I think I can see that."
"What'd you do this time? It looks worse-."
"I apologized."
He frowned, confused just as much as I. But when I explain how I apologized he snorted.
"That's why he's not talking to you. You literally told him that you wanted to make his life hell here."
I sigh, shrugging." I can't take back my words. I was telling the truth-."
"Sometimes, dude, you gotta go around the truth and say it in a kinder way."
I sneer, shaking my head.
"We aren't girls. I'm gonna be blunt and if I hurt your feelings, grow bigger balls." I say bluntly, and he shakes his head.
"That's your problem." He sung, walking around me as I just decided to walk along.
"You're my friend, you should be siding with me on this and backing me up." I sneer, and he laughs, only making annoying girls giggle.
"I can back you up, but I'm not one to bully people or be mean to someone without a reason. You, you don't have a reason-."
"Yes I do!"
"Which is?" He asked, stopping at his locker as he went through it. Pissing me off since I was practically being lectured by him.
"He appears out of nowhere. People just like him immediately! He has bigger muscles than me and is taller than me! I just...hate him!" I exclaim, getting a few stares in confusion.
But Dylan is smirking, shaking his head at me as he closes his locker.
"What?"
He shrugs, looking around to see if anyone's listening, them steps closer," It sounds to me like you're jealous-."
"Don't even finish that sentence!"
"I kinda did." He whispered obviously, and I shoved him back.
"I hate his guts." I growl, popping my fingers as he just shakes his head.
"You got issues. I don't see what you see. I think he's chill-."
"Of course you do! You don't live with him!"
We continue to argue until the bell goes off to go to class. Rolling my eyes, I know that we're just going to finish this conversation later.
He doesn't have a choice.

"You place the pig in the middle of the tray and grab the scalpel, Arthur."
I shake my head as the science teacher is trying to use Arthur as a lab partner. It's obvious he's never dissected an animal before because he's looking at this pig like it's the worst thing he's seen in his life.
"I never do such to animal." He complained, setting down the scalpel as he shakes his stupid head." I not understand."
"It's because the pig anatomy, or the Sus Domesticus, is similar to humans, Homo Sapiens. So, instead of dissecting a human, pigs are the closest thing to learning about the structure of our bodies since they're so similar."
All he did was shake his head, resulting in snickers as he frowned.
"That torture-."
"The animal's dead." She interrupted, and he narrowed his eyes at her. Making her back up as he scooted the tray to her.
"I not want to be a part of this. Ask someone else."
He left the front of the class, people snickering as he stood up to the infamous science teacher. She's known for having crazy outbursts when a student doesn't follow through with her creepy dissections.
I was waiting for her to insist for him to come back. But she just giggled as he sat next to Talia...the school bitch who sleeps around with any good looking guy she finds.
The teacher begins the dissection by herself and I watch as Talia is giggling and sticking herself to him. Shaking her head like a damn wild animal as he tries his best to coax her off him.
"Cut the midsection." My partner orders, and I sneer at him.
"Cut the damn midsection!" I mock, beginning to do so as I begin to smell the coppery smell of blood. Shaking my head in disgust, I keep going until I reach the other side and stop.
My partner takes the pig and does his thing. Making me look back over at Arthur as he seems to be arguing with one of the guys. Nathan I believe, and I shake my head as now it looks like he found a hater.
"You gonna defend your Exchange Bro?" Dylan asks, and I snort.
"He's ignoring me, so why the hell would I want to help him. You know what, get back to your stupid pig." I growl, and he rolls his eyes as he faced back forward.
But from the side of my eye I see Arthur backing up, even though he's the taller one and the bigger one for sure. The little midget enjoying the fact that Arthur won't stick up for himself or start a conflict...
The teacher is too busy dissecting her damn pig to notice that these two were arguing. More like Nathan was arguing at a brick wall. A tall, brick wall.
When I saw Nathan though, flick his pig blood covered fingers at him, I stood up as I walked over. Nathan still flicking his fingers at Arthur and Arthur wasn't doing anything.
"Nathan you midget ass bitch-." I gasped as I felt something wet slap across my face, and I knew exactly what it was. I was practically dry heaving as I felt the pig blood dripping down my face.
"I've been wantin' to do that to your spoiled ass for a long time." He sneered happily, and I saw the teacher rushing towards us.
"Nathan-!" I hear the teacher scream until he was falling to the floor. Seeing Arthur had...punched him in the face." Arthur what are you doing?!"
He shook his head, grabbing my arm as he rushed me out of the class. Hearing everyone arguing in the class as I knew my parents are going to have to talk to the principal, probably.
We went into the bathroom as he grabbed a paper towel, wetting it. I watch as he comes towards me and grabs my wrist.
"Stop I can do it my-."
"Just let me help." He interrupted, yanking me forward as he started wiping my cheek. The pig blood just beginning to get sticky as he wiped it off at the perfect time.
Getting soap on his hand and he start rubbing the soap on my cheek.
"You are taking it to far. You don't need to do this-."
"Quiet." He interrupts again, and I for some reason do as I feel his hand go down my neck. Wiping away the blood streaks, but I was focusing on how it felt.
Oddly enough it felt good to feel his fingers wipe at the blood and the soap becoming pink. And when soap touches my lip on accident and I purposefully gag he chuckles.
"Sorry." He let go of my wrist and began to wash his other hand. And I stepped closer as he looked at me." Want to wipe soap off yourself?"
I look at him and he looks at me, making me sigh." Just keep going."
Arthur nods, wetting his hands as he comes back towards me. Wiping it away and I found myself wanting to close my eyes. It felt that good that I was succumbing to how good it felt.
By the time he finished he was washing his hands again and I was rubbing my tingling skin.
"I can't believe you punched Nathan." I say in astonishment, smirking as he shook his head at himself.
"You were hit and I were pissed. So I defend." He says, and I roll my eyes.
"I can defend myself-."
"You look mortified." He interrupted again, shaking his head." I not like see you like that."
I grin, appreciating that someone actually cared and defended me.
"Well, thanks." I murmur, and he smiles.
Now there was quiet.
Especially since we were originally mad at one another and now we are here. With him washing pig blood off my cheek and us being cool with one another now it seems...
"Well, I go." He says, walking around me and I followed as we went back to class. When we entered the principal was there and when he looked at us. His creepy finger pointing at the both of us.
"You two come with me-."
"I defend William from Nathan. He do nothing." Arthur said, and it was quiet as you saw Nathan behind the principal. Holding his cheek as if something was broken.
I shake my head but Arthur steps in front as he smiles.
"I sorry. I wrong." He apologizes to Nathan and for some reason I see him blush. Arthur smiles when he sees his face getting pinker.
"Since you're new...I will put this aside. It looks like you two are fine." The principal nodded, then glared at him." But I don't want it happening again."
"Yessir." Arthur says, and then the principal leaves. Right when he does the bell goes off, meaning the first class is over.
We all pack up, and everyone surrounds me as they ask what happened. I don't know why, they were literally there.
"I can't believe the principal let him off!"
"Arthur is so cool for sticking up for you!"
"He's such a sweetheart!"
"Nathan and him are talking like nothing happened."
I looked, seeing Nathan and him leaving the room together. Confusing me considering everything he just did to us.
I follow, seeing Nathan's short ass saying whatever and Arthur smiled at him. Immediately he was blushing like a freak and Arthur was laughing.
"Is Nathan gay?" I ask Dylan and someone just appears out of nowhere.
"You didn't know? He's Bi." A girl informs us...nosy bitch.
But that shocked me.
Arthur may be Bi as well - or whatever he is...
But Nathan so far...it seems like-.
"Ooh do you think he's flirting with Arthur?" Bella asks out of nowhere, and I look at Dylan as he shrugs.
"It looks like it. But who knows, I'm guessing...? Do you think Arthur can tell?"
I sneered, shrugging.
"I believe so?"
Man too much damn questions! I can't even tell if he knows or not.
He was talking to me and all and now he's flirting with the school shortie who thinks he can boss around the big. He tried fighting me and I beat his ass.
Now he went after Arthur, Arthur beat his ass as well, he talks to me and is being kind, then here he is with Nathan... As if nothing happened.
"He pisses me off."
I sneer, folding my arms as I decided to go to class the other way around.
There is no reason why he should be talking to him. It's not cool whatsoever!
...why isn't he talking to me instead...?
****
I sit at home, curious as to why I hear Arthur on the phone again.
He's been using his phone more and doesn't even bother talking to me. So the fact that I'm about to go to his room and see him hat he's doing... I've hit rock bottom with this one.
I open his door, seeing him looking around and not seeing him anywhere. He's not speaking anymore and I am confused on why he stops when I enter.
Once I'm all the way in I close the door, looking behind me and seeing him in the corner. He has hand over the speaker of the phone and looks annoyed.
"It rude not to knock."
"This is my house." I say, and he sighs.
Going back on the phone as he walks around me.
"Yes, I back. No, just William - yes I live with him."
I fold my arms, watching as he seems to be flirting with this person on the phone. Completely ignoring the fact that I'm in here.
Just to see if he'd notice, I begin to walk into his closet. Seeing that he still had his stuff in the suitcase. But his shoes were in a row against the wall. Confusing me as to why he has yet to unpack after being here for so long.
"William what are you doing?" He asked, and I look over my shoulder as he still is on the phone.
I nod at it, reaching for it," Who's that?"
"Nathan."
I freeze, glaring at him as he grins.
"Why? He slapped me in the face and he flicked blood at you."
"People make mistakes. That what you told me about you, so he can do too." He mocks, and I fold my arms.
"That doesn't count."
"How? Same to me."
I sneer, watching as he was about to go back out the closet. But instead I take in my football techniques, tackling him to the ground as we hit with a loud thud. His phone talking out his hand as it happened to go to the other side of the room.
So I hopped up, going to it as I picked it up and ran.
"William!" He shrieks, and I smirk as I go in my room. Locking the door as I see that Nathan is still on.
"Bitch?" I say, and I hear him laugh.
"I'm not surprised that you took his phone. Jealous much?"
I snort, pissing me off that he'd say I was jealous... Jealous of what exactly, I'm not gay!
"Jealous? You realize who you're talking to right? I can't be jealous of him because I'm not into guys. Unlike you, I learned your Bi."
He chuckles, disgusting me.
"And? Isn't everybody?"
"No! I'm not. Your parents aren't. Get it right."
"Oh I am getting it right. And since you're doing exactly what I did when I was confused about what I like, I wouldn't be shocked if you fell for a guy soon. Maybe...Arthur-."
"Take that fucking back or I'll beat your ass at school-."
I watched as the door flew open, seeing a pissed Arthur as he stomped towards me. But I ran to the bathroom and slammed the door again. Locking it as he banged his hand on the door.
"Why're you being so difficult. Just let us talk."
"No."
I pout, not wanting them to talk. Instead I mute him, facing the door as I know Arthur's still there.
"Arthur?"
Hearing him sigh in annoyance he says," Yes?"
"I want you...I want you to talk to me again like you used to."
I don't know what his expression is so I'm not sure if I should continue. But I do.
"I like when you complimented me and all and I know I may sound like a girl, but me just saying this doesn't mean I'm gay. It just means I miss the attention."
"You spoiled." I hear him mumble, making me grin.
"I know-."
"You mean, not nice, not considerate, not cute, not kind, not sweet, not anything!" I flinch at each insult." But one thing you will always be is beautiful."
I immediately blush, taking in his compliment to its full extent.
"That seems to be all that I'm good for." I chuckle, and he laughs.
"I thought all you were good at was football." He asked, making me remember what I said not too long ago. Making me laugh at myself and remember that I did say that.
"Don't mock me when I'm down."
"Down? Why?"
"You know why. Cut the jig and admit it."
There was silence, and I looked at his phone to see Nathan was still there. But he wasn't on mute anymore... Okay than.
"If someone not good in my life, I cut out." I freeze at what he said." But something about you that I not cut you out. Impossible."
I smile, unlocking the door as I open it. Seeing him crouched in front of it and now looking back up at me. Handing him his phone, he stood putting it to his ear.
"I see you on Monday. I have to go." He says, and then I watch as he hangs up.
Throwing his phone over onto his bed and I grin. Facing me, shocking me that he had the softest grin. His hand extended, making me frown. But I'm not stupid, so I grab it for some odd reason.
He then pulls me into a big bear hug, and I blush as I feel his hand caressing my back.
"You miss me." He says, and I snort as I shake my head.
"No I didn't-."
"Why deny? If you not you not have bothered me so much. You miss me."
I bite my lip, wondering what got me in this position in this in the first place. But I don't say anything, making me hear him chuckle.
"Forget not cute part. You cute when want to be." He whispers, and I blush again as I suddenly hear the door open.
Making him and me yank away as we see my parents. Both dressed up and looking at us in confusion. And the fact that I'm still blushing is the worst part.
"Are you serious?"
