Juliet sat next to me with a faint smile on her face. I felt a chill in my heart.
"Laurel, no... I should call you Mrs. Herrera, shouldn't I? Shouldn't you thank me for avenging you?" Juliet asked. Her voice was crisp but ear-piercing in this lively atmosphere.
"What do you mean?" I stared into her dark eyes and frowned slightly. An ominous feeling surged in my heart.
"Not only did I help you get rid of Rosemary, who gets in your way, but I also kicked away the annoying Austin. How are you going to repay me?" Juliet tilted her head slightly.
A hint of surprise flashed across my heart, but I instantly understood.
I had mentioned many times before Amanda that the relationship between Rosemary and Austin had gone far beyond that of siblings. They were even closer than real brothers and sisters.
