All their gazes fell on me in awe, with questions racing through their minds.
They started murmuring among themselves. I didn't know the reason. The noise became too disturbing so I said. "Hush, what's the murmuring about" with Authority and command etched in my voice.
The noise instantly stopped as they stared at me.
"Continue with your work I'm leaving" I said and walked towards the door. With both hands in my pocket.
I could feel their gazes they always stare at me. Every time I pass their offices.
I passed through the door. The sunshine was already dimmed. That meant that it was already evening.
I raised my hand to my face to check the time on my wristwatch.
"4:35 pm" I muttered and walked out of the stairs. To the parking lot.
I reached the parking lot and entered my car. I turned on the engine and left.
After some minutes I was home, I came down from my car and went into the pack's building.
Several maids and guards greeted me as I passed through the hall way.
"Good evening, alpha Luciano. How was your day?" A guard greeted, and I wave. Some came across my mind that made me call him back "Wait" I said.
"Yes my lord what should I help you with" The guard said.
"I'm hosting a party at the pack's Town hall tommorow. Help me pass the message and make the preparations." I said. The guard nodded and slightly bowed before leaving.
I walked away I didn't want to get to my room now so I went to the drink closet. Taking out a wine and a glass cup. I walked to the balcony and sat there.
Gazing at the city from a distance. I turned the wine into the glass cup And held the cup in my hand. I took a sip from it and dropped it on the table.
I was bored, but I had nothing to do. Just then a maid came "sir I'm here to inform you that your food will soon be ready" she said and bowed slightly.
"Ok, if you are done bring it" I said.
She nodded before leaving. Looking at the way I was bored I should have called her to talk with me, but no my pride didn't let me.
I took another sip with my eyes dimming. I felt sleep waving at my eyes. I was tired as I closed my eyes to sleep, I was interrupted.
"Sir this is your meal" the maid said, seeing that she had interrupted me from my slumber she quickly apologized "sorry sir, I didn't meant to wake you" she apologized.
I stretched and sat up right. I beckoned for her to put the meal on the table.
"Ok no problem" I said and she bowed slightly before leaving.
I started eating, using the fork to pierce the chicken and using my other hand where I held a knife to tear it.
Minutes later I was done eating. I was already full. I drank water as a large burp escaped my mouth.
But I didn't finish the food. I had no appetite to eat again. I know after this meal it will take one and a half day or two before I eat again. That was how I eat.
I stood up from the chair feeling sleepy. I went to my room and opened the door. It was already arranged. I shut the door behind me and lay on my bed. I adjusted the pillow before putting my head on it.
I pulled off my suit jacket, my belt and my wristwatch before putting it on the ottoman.
I closed my eyes and slept.
Few hours later I woke up. And checked the time on my phone "7: 45" I muttered to myself.
"Time for night jogging" I said as I stretched before getting up from the bed. I went to my wardrobe took out my jogging clothes and wore them before leaving my room.
I exited the pack's building and went to the private road. It was long enough for me to jog.
This private road was the Royal family Road. Only them pass through it. So I was alone in the road as I jogged.
As minutes passed I jogged back and forth. It made me at ease with my self but the constant sweat and leg ache made me uncomfortable.
I went to the grass and sat down there. Watching the street lights as they shined beautifully. I shifted my gaze to the moon and my eyes shined red. Those eyes are the eyes an Alpha gets when crowned but it only shows when worshipping the moon, or when ready to fight.
I got distracted by the chirping sounds of insects. I got up from the grass jogging back to my home. And then I got tired of jogging, I wanted to use wolf speed.
I bet down like someone running for a race.
"On your mark. Go" I said and ran. I was very fast. Actually an Alpha is the fastest wolf of his pack.
Within a minute I was home. I quickly stopped in front of the exit door. I quickly rushed to my room, so that the workers won't notice my sweaty face.
I opened my door and entered it before shutting it behind me.
I went to the bathroom for a quick shower. When I was done I pit on my night clothes. And went to the window. I continued to worship the moon with my eyes shining red and my thoughts deep.
I prayed for tommorow party. For the Moon Goddess to grant the purpose of me hosting the party and bringing me and Lunawyn back together.
I went to my bed and lay on it. I stared at the ceiling expressionlessly. I thought of how tommorow was going to be.
I checked took my phone from the bed and checked the time "8:12". I muttered.
"I have to sleep I'm having a party tommorow"
