Lunawyn's pov
As the morning sun shined through the curtains. I opened my eyes, and stretched on my bed.
My yawn echoed in the room. I got up from my bed still feeling so drowsy. I entered the bathroom washed my face. And I reached for my brush which was at the sink.
I brushed my teeth, scrubbing it throughly. I came out from the bathroom and went to my drawer and took my phone and I checked the time.
In this Palace I was not a worker but I stayed here base on the influence of Alpha Luciano.
I paused thinking of the good things he has done for me.
"I wished I could see him" I muttered to my self raising my face up.
I heard a knock on the door. I thought it was Trini so I excitedly ran towards the door and opened it.
It wasn't who I was expecting it was a guard.
"Good day, ma" the guard said
"Good day" I replied looking at him.
"The Alpha is hosting a party, he is inviting everyone" he informed and left.
"Okay?" I said unsure if I Will be attending the party or not.
I closed the door and went back to what I was doing. I entered the bathroom and I took my bath.
Few minutes later I was done bathing I wore my clothes and sat on my bed contemplating if to go or not.
And just then I heard another knock I stood up from my bed and went to open it.
It was Trini she was already dressed for the party. "how are you girl?" She asked.
"Fine" I replied
"Are you going to the party?" She asked concerned. I shrugged.
"No don't tell me you are not going" she said.
I furrowed my eye brow and looked at her "I actually found no need in it" I said.
She looked at me surprised. "Don't lie to me, this is a means of you seeing the Alpha" she said. She saw I didn't respond so she continued "or do you want to tell me that you haven't developed a liking for the Alpha" She raised an eyebrow.
My cheeks flushed red and I bent my head not to let Trini discover the blush, as I shrugged.
She smiled looking at me waiting for me to turn my head.
"I Don know" I replied shaking my head.
"Uh whatever you are coming to that party and I know you like the Alpha it's so obvious" She said.
Maybe I like him. But I had no hatred for him. My heart always skips anytime I see him. Is that the feeling for having a crush?
"Ok, OK I'm coming" I replied.
"But you are not going to go with those are you" she said pointing at my clothes.
I felt a little bit of shame but it quickly wore off.
"I think so?" I replied
"Let's change this outfit you need to look gorgeous for the Alpha" she said dragging my hands towards the wardrobe.
She opened it dragging all my clothes out from their position.
She paused as she raised up a gown and took minutes to scan it before throwing it on the bed. She took others and did them like that.
She went to the bed and threw a cloth for me "Take try it" she said as I caught the cloth from mid air. It was really pretty.
"Try it on, let's see how it looks!" Trini said, bouncing up and down.
I hesitated but Trini was so excited. I put on the gown and Trini helped me zip it up.
"Wow, Lunawyn! You look amazing!" Trini said
I blushed, feeling a little shy. But Trini just laughed.
"Come on, let's see the whole look!" She handed me some heels.
I put them on and looked in the mirror. Whoa... I barely recognized myself.
"Trini, you're a genius!" I said, grinning.
Trini beamed. "Told you, girl! Now let's go knock 'em dead!"
She arranged the clothes back into the wardrobe.
We exited the room and I looked the doors as we stepped out of the hall way. I heard my name. It turned to look at who it was only to find trent running towards us.
"Hey Trini it's Trent" I said. Trini turned. Trent had already catch up with us.
We greeted and his eyes widened in awe as the words escaped his mouth.
"You look gorgeous" he said and we exchanged deep glances.
"Ok you two let's move" Trini interrupted us.
"Ok after you" Trent said to me. I left the building and trent followed our back.
We walked to the pack's building gate and opened it. We came out of the entire pack's building premises and continued our journey to the pack's Town hall.
Soon we approached the pack's Town hall. There was alot of chatter and partying and music.
We entered the building and I searched everywhere for Alpha Luciano there was no sign of him. And I muttered to myself
"Where is him?" Still searching around I started dancing not to make was I was doing obvious. If not Trini will start teasing me. And I didn't want any of that in front of Trent so I danced.
With the look of things this party was going to last till dusk.
I swayed to the music, in the stunning gown Trini had picked for me. Trent couldn't take his eyes off me, I could feel his gaze on me. Trini, noticing, playfully rolled her eyes and grabbed my hand, and lured me to dance
As we twirled, my eyes scanned the crowd, still looking for Alpha Luciano. I didn't want to make it obvious, so I followed the beat.
Trent joined in, his moves fluid and carefree. We all laughed and spun, drawing attention from the other people. My cheeks flushed, but I felt alive, the music and laughter intoxicating.
Between dances, Trini leaned in, her voice barely audible over the music. "Girl, you're killing it! Luciano's gonna go crazy when he sees you!" My pulse quickened, but I tried played it cool, smiling nonchalantly.
"You're stunning, Lunawyn," Trent whispered, his eyes locked on mine. I was unsure how to respond so I did like I didn't hear him.
As the day commenced my eyes everywhere in search for Luciano.
"Where is he."
