                    Lunawyn's POV
Next day.
Now I had realized that if I continued staying here, there were a lot of circumstances and challenges I was going to face. People would die. Once my enemies saw me alive, they would attack and stop at nothing to get to me.
I’m the only evidence in this case because, right now, my killers have hidden the truth, with my kinsmen not knowing that I was murdered by my sister and betrayed by my ex-fiancé.
I couldn’t sleep. My eyes were wide open, thinking of the best decision to make. And I already knew the decision:
Run away.
I wanted to be a wanderer, moving from one pack to another until I fulfilled my revenge on my enemies.
I stood up from my bed and went to my wardrobe. I brought out the largest bag I could find.
I began packing my belongings, my movements mechanical. Each item I packed felt like a piece of me was being ripped away. I was leaving behind the only home I had known for months.
But I had to do it—for the safety of this pack.
I walked towards my door and opened it. I came out without even shutting the door and walked to the pack's exit door.
I stood outside, my bags packed, and my heart heavy. I took one last look at the building, memories flooding my mind.
As I gazed up at the familiar facade, a pang of sadness struck me.
"I didn’t even get to say bye to Trent," I whispered, my voice barely audible.
I scanned my surroundings, ensuring I was alone. The early morning mist still shrouded the pack's territory, casting an eerie silence. I was grateful for the solitude; I couldn’t bear the thought of facing anyone, especially not Trent.
I took a deep breath, shouldering my bags. I had to leave before I changed my mind. With one final glance, I turned and walked away, disappearing into the mist.
I walked towards the gate and opened it. I slipped through the gate into the unknown. The mist swallowed me whole, concealing my departure from prying eyes. I was gone, leaving behind only memories.
The pack's territory seemed to shrink, becoming smaller and smaller in the distance.
I was now on the pack's private road. I walked into the unknown, with the eerie silence shrouding my surroundings. From a distance, I could see the reflection of car headlights heading toward me.
They reached where I was and parked. Soon, I was gripped by four men. I struggled against their grip, but they were too strong. They pulled me into the van and injected me with a knockout serum.
I felt drowsy as my eyelids became so heavy. I struggled to ask,
"Who are you?"
Victor's POV
I sat on my chair, staring into nothing with an expressionless face. Even though I had to glue my eyes to my laptop screen to watch Lunawyn, I would do it.
The laptop was placed on the table in front of me. I dragged the table close to me and opened my laptop. I typed my password and opened the tracking device app.
I saw my tracking device number on the app, and I synced with it, letting the tracking app show me everywhere that the host of the tracking device was going.
"There you are," I said, looking at the beeping light. "Uh?" I said as I saw the beeping light moving.
"So you’re truly up to something," I said, my eyes following the beeping light. I clicked on the beeping light using my cursor.
"Raphael!" I shouted his name. He came and bowed slightly. "Sir, what’s the matter?"
"Look at the screen..." I said, pointing the screen to him. He looked at it, and his eyes widened in shock.
"Where is she going?" he asked me.
"I don’t know yet... but all I’ve been saying about her is true. This girl is our enemy. Ready two men and yourself; we are going after her... even though it reveals to the entire pack that I’m still alive," I said.
Raphael nodded and walked away. I continued to stare at the screen. I was so disappointed in her.
"You Trojan horse," I said.
Maybe she wanted to reveal this cabin so the men would come attack me, and I wouldn’t bother her anymore, I thought.
How I wished Alpha Luciano was here to see this. But anyway, we’ll make videos for solid evidence.
Just then, the spy I sent to watch over Lunawyn came, breathing rapidly.
"Sir... Sir... Lunawyn has been kidnapped," he said, stammering.
"How? Did you see the guy’s face?" I asked.
"No, sir... but they dragged her into a van. She was holding a big bag. Looked like she wanted to run," he replied.
"Even though she was kidnapped, why did she still want to run? That still makes her a suspect," I said and stood up from my chair.
I went outside and saw my crew; they were already ready.
"Okay, let’s go!" Raphael yelled.
I went into the cabin to take the laptop. I took out a smartwatch and connected the laptop with the smartwatch using a USB flash, so all the information would be transferred to the smartwatch.
When it was done loading, I dropped the laptop and wore the smartwatch on my wrist. I came outside the cabin and saw the crew waiting for me.
"Sir, I’ve called a van to pick us up at the pack’s private road," Raphael said.
"Okay, let’s move!" I yelled, and the four of us on the crew started running towards the pack's private road. It was far, but if we ran, we would be able to get there on time.
Every step I took, my eyes were fixed on the watch, looking at where they were.
Soon, we were at the pack’s private road. We saw the van. It was a black bulletproof van. We entered the van and drove off.
I looked at the watch as the sun began to rise. They had already stopped, and the location they stopped at was a hidden area.
