                    Luciano's POV.
Henry took a deep breath. "I know I've messed up in the past, Luciano. But I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make things right. And I think this new strategy is the key."
Victor looked up from his phone, his eyes narrowing. "I don't know if this is a good idea, Luciano," he said, his voice skeptical.
I held up a hand, silencing him. "Let Henry finish," I said.
Henry nodded, grateful. "Thanks, Luciano. As I was saying, I think this new strategy could be a game-changer for us. And I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen."
I leaned forward, my eyes locked on Henry's. "I appreciate your enthusiasm, Henry. But I need to know that you're committed to this. Can I trust you to see this through?"
Henry nodded, his eyes shining with determination. "You can trust me, Luciano. I won't let you down."
I searched his face, looking for any sign of deception. But all I saw was sincerity.
"Alright, Henry," I said finally. "You've got a chance to prove yourself. Let's make this happen."
Henry grinned, looking relieved. "Thanks, Luciano. I won't let you down.
Victor stood up from the chair he was sitting in and went to sit on the couch, so he could spread his legs and hands as always. He sat down on the couch, still looking at his phone. "So, what's next?" he asked, not looking up.
"She hasn't come yet; maybe she'll soon be here," I said with a reassuring smile on my face. He nodded and continued playing his game.
"Sorry, sir, for being late. I was rescheduling some other meetings because some were canceled, sir." She said and adjusted her glasses, "Ok?" I said unsure as I stood up from my chair and straightened my suit.
"I'll start the other meeting now," I said. "Ok, sir, I'll take you there now," she said and walked towards the door. As I took a few steps, I turned to look at Victor, who just shoved his phone into his pocket and stood up.
I walked towards Clara, following her with Henry by my side and Victor in my back. We reached the elevator and stepped into it, the door closing as the elevator moved downwards, taking us to the 24th floor.
"Seems like this is an important meeting?" I asked, with a warm smile on my face, as the elevator door slid open. We all walked out of it before Clara turned to look at me. "Yes, sir, it is an important meeting," she said with a faint smile on her face.
"And sir, not only that, you still have to attend a number of meetings too, sir," Clara said.
My face lit up. "I'm not sure I'll be able to attend all, so we'll have to cancel some.... I have a party to prepare for," I said, "and how many do we have to do today?" I asked with a serious expression.
"Sir, let me check," she said and gazed at the board. "Sir, 5 more after this one," she said. My eyes lit up, 5 more, I thought.
"Cancel 3; let's do 2," I said. She nodded and brought out a pen from her hanged on a small pocket on her shirt and stroked on the board twice.
We reached the room, but we were able to see the people inside the room before reaching the room because of the bulletproof transparent glass that the engineers inserted in the room, about 67 centimeters in length.
I could still see the door from a distance; the eyes of the men and women inside the room turned to look at us from inside. They were all in their seats.
We reached the door, and Clara pushed the door open as we all entered inside. I kept my head straight with my hands shoved into my pocket.
"Good day, everyone," I said and sat down. There was no seat left for Henry to sit in, so he stood close to me. I turned to look at Victor, who straightened his tie.
Actually, I should have loved Henry to sit there because he brings more ideas than Victor, and I and Henry have discussed that he was going to bring more ideas to the board meeting we were going to attend. I turned to Victor and whispered.
"Victor," he turned to look at me, his eyes lit up. "Yes, what's the problem?" He asked, his voice low.
"Can you switch places with Henry? We have to strike our new strategy to get a win for us again." I said, Victor's eyes lit up in confusion; I didn't want to stress the matter because the meeting ought to have started as we came in, so I begged, "Please.".
Victor narrowed his eyes. "Okay, fine," he said, and stood up from the chair. He walked to where Henry was and tapped him and whispered into his ear.
Henry walked and sat down on the chair and straightened his suit.
I raised my gaze to look at Victor, but his head was straight and expressionless. "Ok, let the meeting begin," I said and turned to look at Clara, who was standing by the door, and gave her a wink.
About two hours later we were done. "Well done, Alpha Luciano," the men and women said in unison as they all left the room except for a woman who was arranging her briefcase.
She walked towards me and extended her hand for a handshake. We shook, and she extended her hand to Henry, and they shook. "Well done, mister, you really outdid yourself," she complimented. "And AlphaLuciano, these are the type of people you have need in this company to start working with you," she said and left; a smile formed on my face.
"Well done, Henry," I said, and I extended my hands to him for a shake. We shook, and Victor couldn't just hide his expression; his eyes lit up with a wild smile on his face.
