                    Luciano's POV.
"Can we leave now?" Victor said, and I shoved my hand into my pocket and looked at him. "Okay, we'll leave now," I said.
Clara left the door, walking towards us with a faint smile on her face. "Good job, mister," she said, referring to Henry, seeing that we were not ready to leave. Now Victor groaned and went to sit.
I looked at him, anticipating his next move, thinking he was going to shove his hand into his pocket and continue his game, but he just sat there with an expressionless face as he stared into the nothingness.
Henry smiled looking at Clara. "Thanks, beauty," he said, looking at her in awe. Seems like Henry has found himself a girlfriend, I thought. And stared at the way their eyes met and their hands were still holding each other like they were glued
Actually, Henry was handsome, with a whopping height of about 6'5 and a sharp jawline, his gray eyes and blonde hair, which were cut sharply above his broad shoulders.
They finally let go, and Clara's expression immediately turned professional again. "So sir, you still have 3 more," she reminded me. I turned my gaze to look at my watch; the time was 4 o'clock, and meetings sometimes take up to 2 hours, and we were having a party tomorrow, so I couldn't go to those meetings again.
"I can't attend those meetings again... cancel them too," I said with a firm voice, making Clara nod. "Ok, sir, I'll just reschedule them to other days," she said.
We all left the room, including Victor, as we walked towards the elevator. "Let's go home," I said as we stepped into the elevator. "First floor," Victor said, and I pressed the button, but then I remembered something. "Wait, I left my suitcase in the office," I said and pressed the button for the last floor again.
We all groaned, but Victor just rolled his eyes. "Come on, let's go," I said as the elevator dropped us on the last floor again. We rushed to my office, except for Victor, who just walked slowly behind us.
As we grabbed my suitcase, Henry and Clara exchanged numbers, and Clara insisted on escorting us to the car lot. "I'll walk you guys out," she said. Just then Victor reached the room and leaned on the door.
"I think I've forgotten something," Henry said, looking at Clara. "What's that?" she asked. "That I'm just a normal worker, so it's not yet my closing hours," he said, smiling. Clara's face lit up. "Oh, I forgot," she said and patted her lips.
My eyes lit up as I turned to them; I actually haven't even promoted Henry despite all the food work he's been doing just in about one day. "Actually, Henry, I think it's time for a change," I said, and Henry's eyes widened in anticipation. "What do you mean?" he asked. "I'm promoting you," I said with a smile. "You're going to be the new vice president of the company."
Henry's face lit up with excitement, and Clara clapped her hands in congratulations. Victor's eyes lit up in confusion, but his expression quickly wore off. "Congratulations, Henry," he said with a forced smile.
We all expressed the office and walked towards the elevator; we entered into the elevator and pressed the button for the first floor.
After about a minute, the elevator door beeped open. Seeing the busy workers, my face lit up as a smile formed on my face.
We all left the company building. Victor and I walked to the parking lot and entered the car, and I saw Henry and Clara telling me bye from the car glass as we drove away.
As we drove home, Victor and I didn't say much to each other; we were both lost in our own thoughts. I was thinking about the party tomorrow, and Victor was probably thinking about Henry's promotion.
As we reached the pack house, we were both surprised to see it all decorated. "Wow," Victor said, his eyes wide with surprise. "Good work with the decorations, Victor. So this is why you've been on your phone," I said, but Victor shook his head. "I didn't do it," he said.
My eyes widened as we reached the pack's exit door and I saw Lunawyn telling the guard where to put the decorations as they arranged it. "Lunawyn," I said, my voice filled with surprise and delight, with a smile on my face.
She turned to gaze at me at the pack house exit door, and she smiled seeing me and Victor. "Hey guys," she said, and gestured for us to come. We walked towards her, and I hugged her tightly. "Thanks for decorating the pack house," I said. "You're welcome," she replied.
"I just saw some decorations at the pack's exit door. When I woke up, I asked the guards, and they said you bought the decorations, even the paintings for the party decorations," she said with a smile.
"And guess what? All the paintings have one name…" she added. "Yeah, he knows... his grandfather's brother drew them," Victor replied. I smiled as her eyes lit up.
Victor and I complimented her for what she's done, and we stayed with her in the lobby as they arranged the decorations. "You did a great job, Lunawyn," Victor said, smiling, and Lunawyn blushed. "Thanks, Victor," she said.
As we stood there watching the decorations being arranged, I felt grateful for my family and friends who always supported me and made me feel loved.
I looked around the lobby and saw how beautiful it looked; the decorations were amazing, and the lights were shining brightly. "This is amazing, Lunawyn," I said, and Lunawyn smiled. "Thanks, Luciano. I'm glad you like it."
Victor checked his watch. "We should help Lunawyn with the decorations," he said, and I nodded. "Yeah, let's help," I said. We joined Lunawyn and the others in decorating the pack house.
As we worked together, I couldn't help but feel happy and content. I was surrounded by the people I loved, and we were
