Lunawyn's POV
Next day.
I slowly opened my eyes, seeing the bright sunlight emitting through the curtains. "I didn't close this window yesterday?" I said as I tried to remember if I had closed it.
"Oh, when I came back, I slept off," I said and shifted the duvet from my body, then a smile formed on my face as I remembered about today's party. It was going to be superb; it was going to hold from this morning till the next day.
I stood up from the bed and stretched my hands, yawning massively as my mouth opened widely like it was going to swallow someone.
I went into the bathroom and brushed my teeth, scrubbing the edges massively so that my gums almost injured.
I washed my face and walked back to my bed. Sitting on the edge, I didn't want to bathe now since the event was still going to start maybe around anytime in the morning but not now.
"Luciano has not even woken up yet," I said and reached for my phone, which was on the shelf close to my bed. I picked it up and took a look at the time, "8:59, approximately 9 o'clock already," I said and turned off my phone.
A wide smile was still fixed on my face. I didn't actually know the reason why, but feeling so content and carefree was sure to be the reason for my happiness.
I looked up at the ceiling, my legs hitting the bed frame simultaneously. "I have the feeling today was going to be good; I'll have the chance to flatter those expensive clothes Luciano bought for me," I said.
Then I heard a knock on the door. I tilted my gaze to the door with a confused expression on my face. "Come in!" I said, my eyes locked onto the door, waiting to see who was at the other end.
"Trini!!" I said in happiness,
She smiled at me and bounced towards me. "Lunawyn! she said, holding my chin. "We haven't seen each other in a while. She said.
"Nothing, I've been busy too," I replied.
"Oh, I remember that day I saw you in the hallway. You were busy, so I didn't bother you to disturb you," Trini said and sat down with a warm smile on her face.
"Ok, so when are you going to be at the party?" I asked, and Truni spun her head. "Uh, maybe 10 pm," she said. I opened my eyes in shock.
"10 pm?..." I said, "The party starts in the morning around the AM's, not the PM's." I said, with a cool tone, in my ex-pack, the party actually starts at night, but it is shocking to know that this pack own is different; they start in the morning and finish after the main event. That is when they obtain their wolf.
"Oh yeah, miss, in fact, not many people will still be there around that 10 pm; some people come to the party at exactly 12 pm," Trini said with a very sure and confident expression.
"Ok, then why didn't Luciano just take me to buy the clothes today?" I said, Trini's eyes lit up. "Luciano bought you clothes?" She asked, being really shocked.
"Wait, when?" She asked again, not even letting me answer the former one, "Too many questions; calm down," I said and giggled.
"He decided to buy me clothes, and we went to this luxurious boutique," I said, smiling.
"Can I see them?" Trin8 said letting her curiosity get the best of her. I shrugged. "No, I can't scatter my wardrobe again," I replied.
But her eyes looked so innocent; she rubbed her both hands together. "Pleas," she said, stressing the word.
I looked at her. Since she had a good sense of fashion, I could actually tell her to pick out my best outfit. I thought, "Okay, I'll show you, but you'll help pick an outfit," I said.
Sge nodded and stood up, dragging me up. We walked towards the wardrobe; I opened it and pulled out the bags. Trini's eyes widened. "This much clothes?" She said and dragged the bags from the wardrobe and dragged the ones that were in my hands.
She sat on the floor, bringing out all the clothes one by one. "These are really expensive," she said. As her eyes went through the clothes, she held one of the outfits and raised it to her nose and took a sniff. "Smells so luxurious," she said.
I smiled at her as I leaned on the wardrobe, "Don't forget the deal!" I reminded, "You'll have to look for an outfit for me," I added, and folded my arms.
"Ok, but the choice is hard to make; all of them are gorgeous," she said and continued looking at the clothes. "How much did they say this one cost?" She asked, showing me a multicolored gown. I looked at it trying to remember, "I don't know, actually; I was just busy picking, not checking the price," I said.
Trin8 didn't reply and continued looking. "The only way we can choose this is if you test each one by one," she said. My eyes lit up looking at the numerous outfits on the floor. "Ok," I said. She threw one gown for me designed with sparkling stones, but they were not diamonds.
I caught the cloth and walked into the bathroom. I wore the knee-length gown and came outside of the bathroom. Trin8 took a glance at me. "That one is in for the cloth tournament; keep it there..." she said, pointing at the bed.
I pulled off the outfit and dropped the outfit on the bed. "Take this one," she said, handing me another.
I came out of the bathroom after wearing the cloth; she looked at it with a disgusted expression. "Nah, that one is out," she said.
After a series of rejecting and accepting the outfits, the ones who were picked for the cloth tournament stayed on the bed. "Now for the semifinals," Trini said, making me chuckle softly.
