                    Lunawyn's POV.
I stood in the garden, waiting for Luciano to arrive. The cold breeze hit my face, but I felt warm inside, anticipating our meeting.
As I waited, I heard the sound of footsteps behind me. I turned around, and Luciano was standing there, a smile on his face.
"Hey," he said, walking towards me.
"Hey," I replied, smiling back at him.
Luciano stopped in front of me, his eyes locked on mine. "You look beautiful," he said, his voice low and smooth.
I felt a flutter in my chest, but I tried to play it cool. "Thanks," I said, looking away.
Luciano chuckled, and then he took my hand, leading me to a bench in the garden. We sat down on the bench, our hands tight on each other, and Luciano turned to me, his eyes serious.
"I wanted to talk to you about the pack," he said, his voice low.
I nodded, curious. "What about it?" I asked.
Luciano took a deep breath. "I know you've been wondering about the pack, and I wanted to tell you everything," he said.
I leaned in, my eyes locked on his. "I'm listening," I said.
Luciano smiled, and then he started talking. He told me about the pack, about the alpha and the beta, about the hierarchy and the rules.
I listened, entranced, as Luciano spoke. He was passionate about the pack, and I could see the love in his eyes.
It wasn't anything serious about the pack; he just wanted the night to be fun, as he had promised on the note he sent.
As we talked, the night wore on, and the garden grew quieter. But we didn't notice, lost in our conversation.
Finally, after what felt like hours, Luciano finished talking about the pack. We sat in silence for a moment, and then Luciano turned to me, a smile on his face.
"Enough about the pack," he said. "Tell me about your friends." He added, a faint on his face, to encourage me.
I smiled, happy to talk about Trent and Trini. "They're great," I said. "Trent is always there for me, and Trini is like a sister."
"What about you?" I asked,
Luciano nodded, his eyes interested. "I've known Victor since childhood," he said. "He's a great guy and more than a brother to me." He added
I smiled.
Luciano turned to me, his eyes serious. "What's really going on between you and Trent?" he asked.
My eyes lit up in despair. "What do you mean?" I asked.
"No, I mean, you said he was so close, so I think... Never mind," he said. I know why he didn't finish the statement; he didn't want to make me upset and spoil the night.
Seeing the disappointment in his eyes, I knew how it was not preparing for something, but you wanted to have the thing.
He didn't prepare anything for coming to this garden, but he wanted to see me at all costs.
"You can ask the question; I won't get upset." I said, "But if it's what I'm thinking... No, I don't have anything to do with Trent; we're just friends," I said, his face lit up.
Luciano's eyes narrowed slightly, and I could tell he didn't believe me. "Just friends?" he asked, his voice low and skeptical.
I felt a flush rise to my cheeks, and I looked away, trying to compose myself. "Yes, just friends," I said. "What's it to you?" I asked, trying to sound nonchalant.
Luciano's eyes locked on mine, and I felt a shiver run down my spine. "I just want to know," he said, his voice soft and gentle.
I felt a flutter in my chest, and I looked away, trying to break the spell. But Luciano's eyes seemed to bore into my soul, and I felt like he could see right through me.
Suddenly, Luciano stood up, and I felt a sense of relief wash over me. "I think that's enough for tonight," he said, smiling.
I nodded, feeling a sense of gratitude. "Thanks," I said, standing up.
Luciano walked me to the edge of the garden, and then he turned to me, his eyes serious. "Be careful, Lunawyn," he said, his voice low.
It's like he didn't want to come inside yet; he wanted some time alone. I was very sure he wanted to ask something apart from what he had asked, but he didn't know the right way to put it, but he wanted to start a conversation first.
As I walked back to my room, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. "He had something more in mind." I said,
I walked back to my room, my mind racing with thoughts. What did Luciano mean by "be careful"? And what was really going on between him and me?
As I entered my room, I saw Trini sitting on my bed, waiting for me.
"Hey, girl," she said, smiling. "How was your meeting with Luciano?"
"I hope you had a great time." She said, smiling.
I walked towards the bed. "I wished," I said, and I sat down next to her, feeling a sense of relief. "It was weird," I said, shaking my head.
Trini's eyes widened with curiosity. "What happened?" she asked.
I took a deep breath, trying to process everything. "Luciano told me about the pack," I said. "And then he asked me about Trent."
Trini's eyes narrowed slightly. "What did he want to know?" she asked.
I hesitated, unsure of how to answer. "He just wanted to know if Trent and I were just friends," I said. "But I was sure there was something more he wanted to ask, but he didn't just know how to put it."
Trini's expression changed, and she looked at me with a knowing glint in her eye. "And what did you tell him?" she asked.
I felt a flush rise to my cheeks, and I looked away. "I didn't tell him anything," I said.
Trini nodded, smiling. "Good," she said. "You don't owe him any explanations."
I nodded, feeling a sense of gratitude towards Trini. She always knew how to make me feel better.
But as we sat there, chatting and laughing, I couldn't shake the feeling that Luciano's question had left me with. What did he really want to know? And why did he care so much?
As the night wore on, Trini and I talked about everything and nothing, laughing and joking together. But even as I was having fun, I couldn't shake the feeling that Luciano's question had left me with.
It wasn't until Trini left and I was getting ready for bed that I realized why Luciano's question had bothered me so much. It was because I wasn't sure of the answer myself.
Was Trent just a friend to me? Or was there something more between us?
I lay in bed, staring up at the ceiling as I thought about Trent. I thought about the way he made me laugh, the way he always knew how to make me feel better.
And then I thought about Luciano. I thought about the way he looked at me, the way he made me feel like I was the only person in the world.
As I drifted off to sleep, I couldn't help but wonder what the future held for me. Would I end up with Trent, or would I end up with Luciano?
Or would I end up alone?
I didn't have the answers, but I knew one thing for sure: my life was about to get a lot more complicated.
