Ethan's Point of View
"We already know that you helped Jane escape and that you know the witch that helped her. Tell me who the witch is and where Jane is," My dad said, using his Alpha Command.
"I am not talking," Linda said.
" Tell me who the witch is and what coven she is in,'" my dad said again in his Alpha Command.
"No, I won't say anything," Linda said. I was surprised she could fight through the Alpha Command, but then I realized why. The witch must have put a protection spell on her so that the Alpha Command wouldn't work on her for a while. That must have been what they did to Jane as well.
"The witch must have cast a spell, so your Alpha Command won't work," I mind linked my dad.
"I know. That is the only reason she would be able to fight it," my dad replied. I know the witch cast a spell, so my Alpha Command won't work, but you should tell me what you know. It would be best," my dad said, and Linda laughed.
"I am not speaking. I have already lost my mate and son. I will not tell you where Jane is or the witch that helped me. You might as well kill me," Linda said
"That would be too easy. I know a way to make you talk. "Guards," I said, and the guards walked into the cell. "Inject her with Wolfsbane, and don't give her any food," I said, and they looked at my dad to see what he would say.
"Do what my son says," My dad said. My dad knew that once the wolfsbane was in her system, she wouldn't be able to resist his Alpha Command.
The guards left to do what I said. "You will speak whether you like it or not," I said, and my dad and I walked out of her cell.
"I almost forgot to tell you, King Lestat asked to stay on our territory. Now that we have the new treaty, he asked if he could bring some of the vampires to the school. I thought it would be a good idea so that werewolves and vampires could get used to being around each other. He is going to be teaching history at the high school," My dad said
King Lestat was the oldest living vampire. He looked to be around my age. Werewolves and vampires have never gotten along. So many Vampires and werewolves had lost their lives for dumb reasons. When my dad took over as Werewolf King, he had a meeting with King Lestat and came up with a treaty. We all agreed that it would be against the law to kill each other for no reason. Since then, there have been fewer fights between werewolves and vampires, though there are still a few that don't want to follow the rules.
"When did you talk to him?" I asked
"Earlier this morning, before I called you to my office. He will be here tomorrow. He is bringing some of the vampires, and they will be staying in one of the mansions in the territory," My dad said
"How long will they be staying?" I asked
"I am not sure, but I think it is a good idea. King Lestat will be a great history teacher. He has been around for a very long time," My dad said
"Yeah, I guess," I replied. I wasn't so sure that it was a good idea for him to come to our territory. I had a bad feeling that he was up to something. I would definitely be keeping an eye on him.
Sofia's Point of View
"Thank you for agreeing to go to lunch with me. I really want to get to know you," Stacie said
"Of course. I would like to get to know you, too. I am happy you asked me. To be honest, I am kind of shocked you wanted to get to know me. I thought you would hate me," I said
"Why would I hate you?" Stacie asked
"Because of what my mom did. She drugged Don and ended up getting pregnant with me. I know you felt a lot of pain from what my mom did," I said as I looked at my hand not wanted to look her in the eye. Suddenly I felt her hand on mine and I looked at her.
"Sofia, I would never blame you for what your mom did. You are innocent and I am happy that you are in my life and so is your father. When he found out about you he was shocked and he feels bad that he wasn't there for you. We will always be here for you," Stacie said
"You have no idea how happy that makes me, Stacie. You are a great woman," I said
"Thank you, Sofia. There is something I would like to ask you," Stacie said
"What is that?" I asked
"Please give Don a chance to be your father. He is worried that you won't accept him since you don't know him. Just know that he really wants to be in your life, and so do I," Stacie said
"Okay, I will give him a chance," I replied, and Stacie smiled
"Thank you so much, Sofia. You know you are a great woman as well," Stacie said
"Thank you," I replied. "I thought Lacy was supposed to come with us to lunch," I said
"I told her I would like to go to lunch with you alone so we could talk. I know I am not your mother, but I hope one day you will see me like your mother. I meant it when I said I always wanted a daughter. I am so happy that I finally have one," Stacie said, and I couldn't help but smile.
I was so happy to have Stacie in my life now.

"I told her I would like to go to lunch with you alone so we could talk. I know I am not your mother, but I hope one day you will see me like your mother. I meant it when I said I always wanted a daughter. I am so happy that I finally have one," Stacie said, and I couldn't help but smile.
I was so happy to have Stacie in my life now.
