HALWRIGHT SCHOOL OF SUPERNATURALS - Chapter 30: Chapter 30

"They're back." Paige announced looking at the seven figures that appeared in front of them. "Luckily we're done no one is getting that monster out." Kyra announced standing beside Ben.
"We'll see about that brother." Declan argued waking forward his aura rolled out in powerful waves as did all the other six that stood behind him. "I told you we would be back and I want that sarcophagus." Esteban the fae exclaimed with a grin on his face.
"Little witches couldn't handle you seven so I brought those who could." Ben and his friends looked at the seven mystics in front of them. Each one of them rivaled his friends.
"This time I will kill you." Scarlett spoke up and Ben scoffed. "Sister let's not fool each other with words." The reply made Scarlett fume walking toward Ben.
"Let's settle this then." Ben announced flicking his hands making two swords appear in each one. The two siblings vanished from the ruins as did all the others except Esteban and Theo.

"Scarlett you're so hung up on revenge it's blinded you, both you and Kaiser are blinded by your ambitions." Ben argued standing in front of his sister. "Shut up!" She yelled back throwing her spear toward Ben, the witch kicked it back to her, it grazed her arm drawing blood.
"Flame Frenzy." Flames that seemed to have no control were released from Scarlett's palms toward Ben. A black shield appeared around Ben absorbing the flames. "3rd Circle: Flame Frenzy." Ben copied his sister's spell, it was stronger and more powerful than hers.
She made a barrier appear to protect her but it began to crack under the pressure of the flames which were being hurled by Ben. The oxygen around her began to burn away, panicking Scarlett vanished and appeared in the air barely breathing.
Focusing her magic Scarlett drew water from within the ground bringing it up till the water made a vortex. "Double-edge piercing ice shards." The water instantly turned to ice and the shards were sent toward Ben on the ground.
Ben dodged each shard perfectly, as more in hundreds came from above he began using his blades to cut them to pieces it shatter them. More and more came and his cheek was cut. Seeing no end to the shards Ben changed tactic.
His blades disappeared and he laid his hands on the ground. "1st Circle: Lava wall." The wall of fire erupted from the ground covering Ben, his sister's attacks were being nullified. He then vanished and appeared behind Scarlett delivering a kick to her back the girl crashed on the ground raising a massive amount of debris.
Scarlett got up and moved her hands in a circular motion making five spheres of mercury and sulfur appear. She launched the toward Ben, on impact the spheres were to explode but Ben held out his hand absorbing the magic.
"Summoning: Serpent King." A large snake appeared behind Scarlett, she smirked seeing the shock on Ben's face. "You're not the only one who can summon, not so special now." Ben smiled toward his sister. "Have you really become this stupid sister." The insult made Scarlett angry.
The snake hissed at Ben and from its mouth came burning acidic venom, Scarlett laid her hands on the ground making the ground shift and trap her brother. Unable to move the venom from the snake burnt Ben. "Melt away brother." Scarlett spoke walking toward Ben who was drenched in burning venom.
Ben's body began to glow, the golden glow became more fierce as the venom on his body was siphoned or burnt away. "You need to do a whole lot more than burn me in acid sis. Forbidden Circle: Lucifers hold, 1st Circle Inferno."
Chains sprouted from the ground piercing the serpent that had been summoned numerous times, and from his palms came flames that burnt away the serpent. "You should work on your summoning." Ben smirked looking at his outraged sister.
Her eyes turned to cat slits and from the ground came hundreds of golems, she herself wore armor much like the golems behind her. "Let's see you fight this." Scarlett challenged and Ben's eyes turned into cat slits also.

"Esteban I don't wish to fight you, but if I must I will." Theo warned the fae he stood in front of, both stood ready to fight. "Cut the crap Theo, you're trying to be a noble now, that won't work and you're not my king." Esteban spat making Theo sigh.
"As you wish, Dark Incantation: Fae Rite." Theo's wings turned black as did his palms."I won't hold back." He asserted. "Neither will I." Esteban replied with a smirk.

"Dark rage." A wave of dark matter appeared and attacked Esteban, his attempts to dodge were futile as the dark matter pierced his body making him scream in pain. "Elemental Devastation." Theo released bolts of lightning toward Esteban who was still recovering.
Typhons raged the fae, fire burnt him and lava flooded the ground he stood on. Esteban moved his hands in a circular motion creating a barrier. His body had been ravaged by Theo's attacks, blood trailed down his shirt and torn-up jeans.
"I won't make the mistake others do with you, Theo." Esteban announced making multiple weapons appear from the ground, he launched them toward Theo but there was no impact.
A whistle from above makes Esteban look up to see a massive blue sphere above Theo. "Saturns Upheaval." The sphere was sent toward Esteban. "Survive this." Theo mumbled as an explosion that shook the entire ruins was heard and felt.
Esteban emerged after the debris had settled with a broken arm and leg. "You're a lot stronger than before." Esteban spoke and with his free arm magic pulsed into his body from nature healing him.
From behind Theo vines pierced his body, each vine branched inside him breaking him from the inside."Scream Theo scream." Esteban sang as Theo's arm was broken off and his first set of wings were broken as well.
The fae crashed down in a bloody puddle. Esteban made spears appear from the vines which he used to impale Theo's body with. As Theo laid on the ground coughing out blood, Esteban moved to deliver a kick to his back.
The fae dodged Esteban's kick, grabbing his arm he placed it back and began to heal himself, he pulled out the spear which had gone through his stomach and smirked. "I've gone through worse." He asserts looking at Esteban. "Light Incantation: Supernova." The energy released from Theo destroyed the vines which wound around Esteban, he was burnt and broken laying on the ground.
"Fae Rite: Dark Incantation: Moore Wood Creatures." The tree like creatures summoned by Theo attacked the fae who laid on his back. Esteban screamed in pain as his body was broken further by the attacks.
Vines moved to protect Esteban, each of his vines branched out to attack the creatures summoned by Theo, the two powers destroyed each other in the process. "Let's settle this Theo give me your best shot." Esteban challenged as he took off.

Ben held his arm waiting for it to finish healing, his clothes were torn and dried blood stained his clothes. Scarlett was on her knees heavily breathing, wounds on her back were slowly healing and so were her broken legs.
"I will give it to you sis, you still got it." Ben chuckled looking at his sister. His body had finished healing and so had Scarlett. "Shut up!" She yelled lunging for Ben with her spear.
Ben dodged flipping over several times, his blades appeared in his hands just in time to block his sister's attack. The two glared at each other before falling back, Ben moved faster and cut Scarlett's stomach, she turned around to slash at Ben but he dodged.
"4th Circle Devil's muse." Ben's eyes changed from gold to crimson cat slits, Scarlett gasped noticing the change. She never expected her brother to be powerful.
Ben appeared above her and threw a blade at his sister. "Syre Weapon Manipulation." The blade he had thrown was multiplied into a thousand. "Syre Weapon Defence." Scarlett spun her spear making a shield that reflected the blades.
That's what Ben wanted her to do, he disappeared and appeared behind Scarlett. "6th Circle: Golden Ice Barrage." The long sharpened shards of ice appeared and he launched them toward his sister. Scarlett realized too late as the ice pierced her body, each part of her they pierced felt as if it were on fire and melting.
She clasped her palms together, creating a magical bomb. "Explode!" The magical bomb detonated clearing away the ice and weapons, it threw Ben away as well. Scarlett slumped to the ground heavily breathing.
Ben stood a distance further from his sister, heat and power rolled off him, his shield having protected him from the blast and after wave he smirked looking at Scarlett. "You're at your limit sister, and by the way don't fight angry it never works out in your favor." Ben exclaimed walking toward Scarlett. "I hate you, and I'm not weak you monster!" She yelled back.
Scarlett stood up and held up her hand. "Destructive Tempest." A sphere began to grow from her palm getting bigger as magic filled it. "So you've decided to kill me huh." Ben sighed. "5th Circle: 3rd Circle: 1st Circle: Uncharted Assault." A sphere much like a sun began to form in Ben's palm.
"You won't survive this sis, have your barrier ready." Ben spoke as he flew upward, a massive sphere with his flame, dark matter, and all seven elements inside above him. Scarlett had her own sphere its purple glow showed power.
A golden barrier appeared around Ben as released his attack toward Scarlett. "I hoped it would be different sis." The witch mumbled to himself as golden and purple clashed, the explosion of the two powers created a tremor for miles on school grounds.
Destruction is all that was left when the debris of the two powers settled. The golden barrier around Ben vanished as he settled on the ground to see his sister barely clinging to life, her body broken.
"I never killed your mate Scarlett, he left because he knew about you and Eli, and when he learned about you trying to kill me, that was his tipping point." Ben explained sadly. "You're lying Benjamin." She croaked out.
"Syre Bond: Memory of Old." The memories came from Ben, they showed in Scarlett's mind like a movie, she then realized Ben was telling the truth. "He came to me and asked for the spell I used to erase knowledge of my powers, because he was a Fuschia my spell hadn't worked on him, I told him I couldn't do it, so he did it himself." Ben looked away wiping a tear.
"He performed the spell and in the process erasing the bond you two had, making it seem as if he died." The witch sighed looking at the tears on Scarlett's face. "I'm sorry Scarlett." He spoke and his sister showed him memories of a past he should've known before she vanished from the ruins.
"Thanks, sis."

Theo had put up his strongest barrier to protect himself from the explosion that had occurred, he had seen the golden sphere before and knew only one witch capable of holding that much power.
"Scarlett was defeated, now it's time for you to go Esteban." Theo asserted looking at the fae. "Nature's Wrath: Fae Rite: Cataclysm." Theo released his final attack on Esteban as did he.
The two powers ravaged the forbidden forest destroying everything near sight. Esteban was caught in the attack, he screamed in pain until one last bolt of lightning had him unconscious.
When the debris finally settled Theo lay on the ground and Esteban was unconscious, barely alive. "You're strong but I'm not the kid you used to bully Esteban." Theo coughed out as Esteban vanished from where he was.
The fae looked up to see Ben waking toward him, his clothes were torn and bloody and his cat eyes were changing back from crimson to gold then to a normal colour without the slits. "Hey, let me heal you." The witch prodded and Theo did not argue.
"Thanks, Ben." He mumbled.
