"Sir Benjamin, we have finished, I'm sure it's to your liking." One of the school staff who was helping the faction leaders prepare the hall announced and Ben nodded toward him.
"It's perfect, and the sign is just right, thank you." When he replied the fae bowed in respect and left, Ben had gotten used to people bowing to him, it wasn't because he unmasked his power, it was because they had seen him fight.
"Sugarplum I'm hungry." Hayes whined placing his head on Ben's shoulder, the witch chuckled and flicked his fingers. "This is from last night, your wine is there, go eat I'm sure Robin would like the company." The demon took his food like a giddy child and walked to where his vampire friend was.
"He's like a child." Devin commented making Ben laugh. "You have no idea, oh goddess." Ben exclaimed as Alarion and Lucian sat down with Hayes eating their food. "Now that's a sight." Carter asserted and the three mystics laughed.
"The hall is done, we need to place fire hazards, extinguishers, and protection magic on each building on campus, except the demon dorm, that building wouldn't even shake when I punched the barrier." Theo expressed as he walked toward the others.
Ben smiled smugly knowing it was his doing, the barrier on the demon dorm was strong enough to reflect or absorb any assault made on the building. "That shit eating grin on your face says it all bitch." Carter asserted and everyone laughed.
"It's not that hard but with help from Devin, we can create the modified barriers for each dorm building and the rest of the campus buildings." Devin was excited to see how they would do it. "Babe can you finish up here!" Devin yelled toward his mate and the angel nodded.
"Hayes don't eat the shrimp, you know what they do to your appetite." The demon had been caught wanting to bite down on the shrimp, he scowled and everyone laughed as he gave it to the vampire.
Ben walked out with Devin and Carter, they were headed for the study park, it was more of a center point for the school than any other, as they passed students, they would bow for the three letting them pass.
"No longer annoyed?" Carter exclaimed and Ben nodded. "Nothing I could do about it anyway." He responded with a smile as yet again a student bowed for him. "You have strong earth magic, and you have ghostal manipulation, I will need both your powers to combine so we can create the barriers, I wish Kyra were here." Ben mumbled and instantly Kyra appeared having been summoned by Devin.
"You needed something?" The curly headed witch asked the three mystics. "Yes." Ben replied motioning him to hold hands with Devin and Carter. The four stood in a circle and Kyra's gauntlets appeared, Ben began to siphon from the three mystics, a circle appeared on the ground, inside it were overlapping pentagrams each a representation of the four.
From Ben was the golden flame, from Carter was a skull creature made of metal, Devin's representation was dark swirling energy, and Kyra's was blue lightning, they all stepped back and the circle began to merge on its own, as it became one the circle spread apart like roots in every direction.
At each building a golden barrier appeared, those who tried to strike it would be shocked by electricity and the dark inscription on the barrier would make it stronger. The students knew this was the work of the faction leaders in hopes to protect the school from any attack that may happen from Vastorway.
The four walked back to the hall, Devin much like the rest of the faction leaders wanted to rest, though he was completely fine, he hadn't had time with his angel, therefore he wanted the rest.
"I believe we are finally set, the festival starts next week, so this weekend feel free to relax and soak in some goodness because once next week comes, we're going to wish we were dead." Devin announced to the others and they all agreed.
"Babe lets go." Ben exclaimed taking Hayes's hand, he waved off Robin and Kyra before they vanished. "I need to check on Lario first then I'm all yours." Hayes left headed for their bedroom and Ben walked into his workroom.
Lario and OL were busy adding ingredients and mixes to liquid titanium, Ben only chuckled as he watched the witch work hard to create a weapon for his mate, it would be a birthday present for Carter.
"Need help?" Ben asked and Lario happily smiled toward him. "Please." The witch pleaded in response. Ben flicked his hand and a circle of candles appeared. "Chanel the flames, also I did tell you that you need sorveil vine." Ben asserted making Lario realize what was missing.
"It's on the other end of the workroom, where the forge is." The witch added and Lario immediately ran to get it. "OL how is home and how are the newborns?" The neo beast smiled toward Ben placing what he had in his arms on the table.
"The new pods are working perfectly, we're able to heal and detect any malnutrition, disability and fix it before they are even born, so its wonderful Ben." OL replied making Ben smile, he always wanted to know the well being of his beasts.
"Good, I will visit when I'm free to check if there is anything else I can do, or you come tell me." Ben ordered the neo and he bowed his head in response. "I found it!" Lario cheered walking toward Ben and OL. "Did you put his blood in the mix?" Lario was questioned by Ben.
"Yeah, I took some from before, I hope it works, I really want to give him something unique for his birthday." Lario confessed and Ben chuckled. "This is as unique as you can get, you're creating a weapon and completely eradicating a weakness in his body, I'm sure he'll love it." The witch reassured his only coven member.
"Now let me help." Ben exclaimed as pure white smokey waves gathered in a sphere on top of his palm, Lario added the last of the ingredients as white threads moved into the mix, the liquid titanium absorbed the threads and changed back to its original color.
"Now it's complete, all he has to do is drink." Ben stated and Lario grinned happily. "Thanks Ben, I'm going to leave it here so I can give it to him tomorrow." The witch responded with a nod leaving Lario to clean up the workroom.
"Everything go alright?" Hayes asked his witch his body completely bare with a hardening member. "Yes." The witch replied trying to take his eyes off Hayes's leaking rod. "On your knees."

Paige moved through the halls of the main school building with a smile on his lips, he was happy and nothing could change that, his sister and her mate wouldn't be a problem anymore, as he walked past the main doors he came face to face with Tate at bottom of the stairs.
"Paige." Tate whispered and the siren held his head high and moved past the were, a barrier appeared in front of Paige making him groan. "What do you want Tate?" The were had wanted to apologize, to beg for forgiveness because of what he did.
"I'm sorry." He muttered, the proud were had finally said the words Paige wanted to hear. "You're what?" The siren questioned again. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done that to you, I should have treated you better, loved you better when I had the chance but I lost it, I'm sorry Paige." Tate was on his knees as tears trailed down his cheeks.
"I don't have anyone anymore, I pushed them away, and I lost you in the process, I know you have a mate but please can we try this whole friendship shit out, I need you, Paige." The siren had finally let down his walls knowing Tate was finally broken.
He knew Tate had no one, he had deluded himself with the idea of having everything when in hindsight, he had nothing. So Paige knelt down in front of him and hugged him. "I'm here for you, but it's going to take time for me to forgive you, remember that." Paige had spread his control over minds all around then to make sure no one could witness any more of the shifter's outbursts.
"I know, I'm sorry." Tate cried harder being in Paige's arms, he needed Paige to not feel so alone and depressed, and finally, Paige was letting him in. "Let's get you inside." Paige asserted standing up with a blotchy eyed shifter who only nodded.
Lucian had seen the two and was happy they had figured out they needed to forgive each other, he held no grudge against Tate, not anymore, there wasn't a reason they couldn't try be friends.
"Hey baby." The dragon finally appeared to place a kiss on Paige's head. "Hey, is it okay if Tate came for dinner with us tonight?" The dragon merely nodded as they began to walk toward his dorm.
