HALWRIGHT SCHOOL OF SUPERNATURALS - Chapter 41: Chapter 41

"Oh kill me now." Alarion mumbled next to Benjamin as they sat in the study park surrounded by food and books. "What is it?" Ben asked turning to the angel from where he sat on the blanket. "My mother along with oh Goddess." Alarion muttered, his words making Benjamin confused until the angel took his head and turned it to face the angel queen and the witch king.
"Darling!" The woman who had long sparkling black hair which fell in waves to her back screeched, Alarion felt repulsed and wanted nothing more than the ground to swallow him, Kaiser stood there with the fakest smile Ben had ever seen, it seemed the king's face would break from his strained smile.
"Hello little brother, how are you!" Kaiser cheered sweetly and Ben made no move to get up and greet his brother, however the witch held onto Alarion and opened a portal on top of them. The portal moved downward, as it disappeared the queen and Kaiser both scowled. "This is going to be harder than we thought." She spoke looking at the witch Kaiser.
"We do have a week here, plus a ball to attend, they can't run forever." He replied with a sinister smile, Kaiser knew their plans to come to fruition, Ben and Alarion were needed, and the arranged marriage between his little brother and the next King Michael Mael must take place.
"It seems the master of neo beasts won't acknowledge his brother, how heartbreaking." The demon king mocked appearing in front of Kaiser and the angel queen. "You!" Kaiser yelled with a force that caused everyone to bow except the demon king and the angel queen. "I knew you had something to do with this, the whole time." The witch king accused and King Shadows of the demons laughed with no humor.
"I had no part in it except enjoying how my son beat your little king to the witch, mated with him, and oh the best part is yet to come." The demon king mocked again before a portal opened for him and he walked through leaving the angel Queen and the witch king Kaiser Syre with unbridled rage, Kaiser knew he was going to have to break Ben in order to get rid of that demon from his life.
"We still have time, let's go meet the others." The queen Ameli announced and the two walked toward the school council hall.
Ben and Alarion found themselves in the Neo realm, Alarion sighed and so did Ben as well. "I take back everything I said about this week, this is the worst week of my life." He muttered and Alarion chuckled as the two packed up their things and began walking through the green forest of the neo realm.
Drac appeared in front of the two, Carter, Lario, Lucian, Devin, Kyra, Paige, and Hayes appeared along with him. "What are you two doing here?" Hayes growled looking at Alarion. "Relax we just got here, running away from my brother and his mother." Ben replied moving to hug Hayes who protectively put his arms around Ben.
"Wait Ameli is here?" Devin asked with shock laced in his words. "Yeap along with Kaiser, my father, Hayes's father, Devin's mom, Kyra's mom, Carter's sister, Paige's dad." Lucian replied and Ben felt even more tired. "This cannot be happening, Vision only saw five monarchs come not all of them." Ben argued and Vision appeared then.
"Sorry Ben forgot to tell you sooner, I saw all of them along with the with your father inlaw bragging to Kaiser about that little being." Ben groaned holding on to Hayes. "Wait what little being?" Hayes questioned as they began to walk to Ben's house in the Neo realm. "I'm afraid that it's private for now." Vision replied as they passed Neo beasts in squads going to train some going about their daily business.
"This is really like a small village." Paige exclaimed looking around at how the neo beasts were like ordinary mystics when they weren't fighting for Ben. "I made it like that, they all have lives, children, they get married, haven't you realized Vision and Verity are practically a couple." Ben remarked making everyone stop.
"I knew it, that's why he gets all possessive when OL is around." Lario exclaimed pointing at Drac who blushed and turned to play with Hayes's hand like a child. "Stop embarrassing my child." Hayes scolds Lario and everyone burst out laughing. "Simply stating facts Papa." Vision teased and Ben rolled his eyes.
"I missed this place, remember when we hid here for a month away from your parents and they never knew we were here." Kyra cheered as he ran up to the door. "I remember it was so cool." Ben replied as the doors opened. "Welcome to my home, in the neo beast realm, for those of you who will be staying for a while please do inform Verity and OL to get your mates and any clothing you may need, Drac will give you a tour whilst Hayes and I tackle whatever Vision has for us." Ben announced as Drac and Kyra led the tour.
"Okay I'm going to rip the bandaid, there is no need for suspense, you're pregnant, but the mark is hiding it from any detection, but in about three days you're gonna start noticing along with everything that comes with pregnancy." Vision explained and Ben's jaw dropped. Hayes was ecstatic practically vibrating at each pore.
"I'm gonna be a dad." Ben mumbled feeling his stomach."Hayes, we're gonna be—." Before he could finish Hayes wrapped him up in his arms and wings. "Thank you sugarplum, we're finally gonna have a kid." He mumbled as Ben broke down in tears, he had always wanted to be a father, even though the timing was horrible.
"Congratulations Ben, but I do advise you to start spending more time here in the neo realm, for your protection, I don't mean to ruin the moment but the demon king knows." Vision added and Ben clutched his stomach. "Oh, goddess." He mumbled and Hayes held him close. "He can't do anything to you, my father though evil as he maybe will never hurt his blood, and our child is the heir to his throne, half-witch, and half-demon, he wouldn't." Hayes reassured but he knew if the word got out that his mate was pregnant, Kaiser would want Ben dead.
"We'll be fine, I will protect you with my life if I must." Hayes promised and Ben held on closer to his demon. Things were about to change, for the next six months and the years that came, Ben had to be stronger than before, he knew it.

"Hang me now." Tate mumbled when his father stood by the door to his penthouse. "What do you want?" He growled opening the door. "Is that how to treat your own father Tate Moone, I am your father, or have you forgotten." The rebel royal exclaimed looking at his son.
"You might be my father but I won't acknowledge that." Tate shot back and his father chuckled. "Hate me, love me I don't care, Tate, do you really think they will let some crossbreed on the throne you want so badly, do you really think they will accept someone without full wolf blood in them." Serio Moone the rebel royal questioned his son.
Tate knew his father's brothers would never accept him on the were throne of the royal clan, he had tried to prove he's worthy but all they did was remind him that he was not a werewolf but a crossbreed abomination, it hurt him but the youngest of his uncles sent him to Halwright so he could at least be happy in exile.
"I know they won't, but I'm not accepting a deal from you either father, you're a rogue royal, exiled by his own family, created a mafia within the mystic realm and now here you are at my doorstep, I know what you want and my answer is no!" Tate growled which partially turned into a hiss when his eyes turned catslits showing  a part of himself only a few knew.
Serio didn't back down as he looked directly at his son, accepting the challenge to see who was the dominant beast. Their aura rolled out above Serio appeared an intangible giant black wolf and on Tate a dark nine-tailed kitsune, the two didn't back down until Serio realized challenging his son was no use, he was as stubborn as he was.
He drew back his aura and so did Tate. "Are we done, good, get out." Tate stated but his father didn't move from the place he stood near the lounge. "Join me, Tate, I promise you'll get everything you'll ever need." His father promised but Tate scoffed. "No thanks dad, I don't want to be part of your schemes now when you abandoned me all those years ago." Tate responded with conviction in his eyes making Serio smirk.
"The offer is still open son, all you have to do is find me, and yeah I heard about the little scuttle the school went through I'm here to help with that on request by the headmaster, Halwright will be owned by me." He stated proudly as he stepped out. "You can't do that, no one would ever let that happen, my friends and I will stop you." Tate growled but the wolf was already past his threshold.
Tate knew he had to do something before the rogue royal Serio Moone found a way to sink his claws into a school with eleven of the most powerful royal mystics. The were groaned as he realized parents week was going to be a pain in the ass. "I summon Drac, child of Hayes, Neo beast of strength and virtue." Tate mumbled and the neo beast appeared then. "I need a stiff drink and take me to the others, I cannot stay here." Tate asserted making Drac laugh, after the were packed, Drac took his hand and they vanished.
By his door, Serio stood watching everything until his son disappeared with the beast. "So Benjamin is here, even better." He grinned before walking away yet again.
