Olivia's pov
"No mama. Scawed. Meany man" Lena voice cracked as she hid in my neck turning away from Anna. I could feel tear drops hit my shoulder.
"Oh, honey" I quickly patted her back for comfort. She's still scared and has every right to be.
"You know what happened last time, Ann. Why would you want to go to a mall where she was traumatised. I mean she was almost kidnapped for goodness sake!" I could feel my anger come up at the thought of that man.
"I remembered what happened, Olivia. Did you think I forgot. I was the one who cleaned her up!" Anna said as her face changed to piss off.
I could feel Lena's tears increase as her body start shaking and her sobs become louder. I quickly walked out of the room with her past Anna.
"Where are you going!?" Anna voice raised as she walked after us.
"Both of us raising our voice are making her cry. I don't want to argue, I was just stating a fact. I'm taking her out" I continued walking till I came to the backdoor. I heard Anna stop walking after us.
I closed the back door behind me an walked towards the swing. It was a two seat swing, perfect for Lena whenever she wants to play. We never showed it to her before. I sat down her the swing and rocked us back and forth. Lena lift up her head and looked around the yard.
"So pwetty, mommy" Lena said in amazement.
The yard had different plants growing and filled with greenery. I take proud in the plants I planted. The sun shining just added to the beauty of nature.
"Thank you, honey. Mommy grew the flowers herself" I smiled at the look of admiration in her eyes.
"Mommy has 'agic!" Lena squealed, clapping her hands in happiness.
"Do you feel better now, Lena" I asked pushing her hair out of her face.
"Feew bewter" she smiled and pecked my lips.
"Thank you for the kiss, honey" I kissed her forehead.
"'Elcome mommy" she grin proudly and laid her head on my shoulder. I pulled her into me and hugged her as we swing.
"Do you think you can be a big girl and go with to the mall with us? I know you scared Lena. The bad man was taken and was put in prison, a place where all the bad men go. He can't hurt you anymore"
"No 'urt? Mommy and mama keep Lena sa'e?"
"Always, bumblebee. I'll always protect you" I said. Her smile lit up at the new nickname.
"Okays. We go out ands ten ice cweam!" Lena said sternly and pointed her finger at me.
Time flew past, I don't know how long exactly. Lena began to squirm in my lap.
"Wet" she lisped around her thumb as she looked up at me.
I nodded my head and sat her on my lap. I walked back into the house and smelled the delicious aroma called breakfast. I could hear both me and Lena's stomach grumble.
"Ooooood" Lena bounced in my arms. She loved food.
"Diaper change first" I walked to our room up the stairs and change her diaper.
I laid Lena on the bed and took off her pyjamas and changed her diaper, putting her in the outfit Anna choice. I quickly change myself in a mom jeans and oversized T-shirt with my baseball cap.
Down in the kitchen Anna was making breakfast. I quietly walked in with Lena and gestured to Lena not to make a sound. She nod her head trying to keep her giggles in.
"MAMA!!" Lena screeched after I counted to three. Anna squealed loudly as she jumped in the air. That was freaking hilarious. Lena and I were laughing at Anna.
"That's not very nice" Anna pouted .
"Funny mama" Lena continued giggling and held her arms out to Anna.
"Fine, only a little funny. You look so cute, baby!" Anna cooed and took Lena from me. She fussed over Lena as Lena ate up all the attention.
Breakfast was a silent affair, not even Lena was speaking. The tension in the kitchen was heavy.
After we were done, I picked up the dishes and washed them while Anna cleaned up Lena.
"Go play, baby" I heard Anna say to Lena,
"Can we talk" I heard Anna said behind me. I sighed and turned to face her, drying my hands from the dishcloth.
"I'm sorry. I know I was supposed to talk to Lena first about how she felt about going to the mall. You had every right to be upset"
"I'm sorry too. I should've raised my voice with Lena there. I guess, I'm the moment I thought of what happened when we went the last time. I don't want her to get hurt again. I talked with Lena and she said she was okay to go to the mall" I walked to her and held her hands.
"Me too. I love her to much" Anna laughed to lighten the situation.
"And I love you"
"I love you too" i cupped her face and kissed her lips.
I swear I'm addicted to the softness of her lips. I felt her moan in my mouth as our tongue fight for dominance. I squeezed her ass, making her give in.
We heard something fall making us pull away. We both looked at each other as we ran to the living room. Lena's lip was trembling as she pointed to the television.
Great!
So a trip to the mall was needed. Right now we at the little mall and is 2pm, looking for a new television because Lena broke it. She threw her doll because the dolls hair didn't come out the way she wanted, so she threw it out of frustration and accidentally hit the tv.
So far we have already brought all the things Anna needed for herself and Lena. Lena was actually is walking right now, I'm surprised. Apparently she's a big girl, a big girl who keeps stumbling.
"Mommmmmmyyy" Lena whined as she suddenly stopped.
"What's up" I asked.
"Up pease" she pouted making grabby hands. I quickly picked her up and put her on my hip. She looked around her put her pacifier in her mouth, suckling while looking around.
"I think we should go eat" Anna said walking with the cart to a restaurant.
We entered and sat by a booth right at the back of the establishment. A waiter came and we order burgers and fries with a milkshake while Lena wanted some nuggets and fries.
"Do you guys want a high chair?" The waitress asked, smiling at us.
"Do you want one, Lena?" Anna asked turning to lena who sat next to her, hiding. She's so shy to interact with anyone that's not us.
"Nos" she whispered softly and clutched Anna's shirt.
Halfway during eating, Lena started whining and rubbing her eyes. Lena was due soon for her afternoon nap.
"Mama, tiwed" Lena said with tear filled eyes. She gets very emotional and cranky when it's time to nap.
"Come here, sweetheart" Anna cooed and pulled Lena in lap, turning her sides ion the crook of her arm and reached for the diaper bag and pulled out a bottle of milk.
"Nooo, mama!" Lena cried, turning her face away from the bottle as Anna tried to put it in her mouth.
"You don't want your bottle?" Anna asked wiping Lena's tears away.
"Mama miwky" Lena said tugging on Anna's light pink blouse. Anna turned to me looking a bit apprehensive.
"Are you sure, baby?" Anna asked looking nervous. This is the first time she'll breastfeed in public.
"Miwky!" Lena's sobs got a little louder.
"Shh, in a minute sweetheart. Can you hold this for me?" Anna said sweetly. I nod and held it over them after I pulled out a opaque pink blanket.
She pulled up her shirt and bra upwards. She held her breast in her hand and guide Lena's head to her nipple. Lena lazily latched on, with eyes close and started suckling. She groan and sped up her suckling as she tasted the milk, her tongue peeking out.
It was the cutest and most pure site. It was like a mother and daughter bond.
"Thank you" Anna looked up at me and smiled.
"You welcome, love" I smiled back and reached down and kissed her lips.
