" Is everything okay? "
Yoongi asks when he saw Jimin coming back, the omega seemed to be annoyed by something.
" Yeah, it's a long story."
Jimin sighs after saying that. From the corner of his eyes he saw Taehyung gesturing at him to go ahead with Yoongi and Yoonjun.
" Jiminie, let's go inside."
Yoonjun has been patiently waiting from the past few minutes but finally he ended up losing all his patience, his hands wrapped around Jimin's wrist as he tried to pull him inside the park.
" Hmm, let's go."
Jimin obliges, letting Yoonjun drag him easily, but when he turned around the alpha didn't follow them.
" Why aren't you coming? "
" Uhh, Jungkook and Taehyung."
Yoongi turns back to look at Taehyung and Jungkook who weren't following them either.
" They're not children, they'll come by themselves."
Jimin tried his best to make Yoongi come with him. Because if the alpha didn't he'd ruin Taehyung's plan and then he'd sulk at Jimin for not helping him.
" Appa lets go."
Yoonjun used his other free hand to hold his father.
" Okay." Yoongi finally agrees seeing Yoonjun's expression.
In between the two adults Yoonjun happily swang his hands. He'd look at Jimin with a smile and then do the same with Yoongi, it almost looked like they were a family.
" Which ride you wanna go to first? "
Jimin asks. Looking at all these rides brings a sense of nostalgia to him.
In those happy memories of amusement park he sees himself with his papa and dad, screaming with fright as he rides the scary rides.
And in some hidden corner he sees himself with Yoongi, hands clasped together and foolish smiles on their faces.
" Water slide."
Yoonjun answers after taking to long to settle on one ride. His answer brought Jimin back from those memories of his past.
Jimin turns to look at Yoongi, who's looking at Yoonjun. He has those same fond eyes, that he used to have when looking at him.
But what he doesn't know is that he have those eyes too when he look at Yoonjun.
" Let's go to someone else, Jun. Jimin doesn't like that ride."
Yoongi says and then look up to find Jimin already looking at him. They both shared an awkward glance with each other for some time.
Jimin hated getting his clothes and hairs wet when he spent so long to get ready so, he avoided any slide that involved water getting splashed on them.
And of course Yoongi remembered it well.
For both of them this is the first time they came back to an amusement park after their separation.
" It's fine, if that's what he wants."
Jimin doesn't care about his dislikes anymore, if that's what Yoonjun would like he'd do it in an heartbeat without thinking about himself. It was scary how much he was getting attached to him.
" If you don't wanna join us that's fine."
" No!"
Yoongi shouts a little too loudly.
"- I mean of course, I'll join."
Yoonjun and Jimin giggles at Yoongi's cuteness.
" Hello. I'm sorry I didn't introduce myself earlier. I'm Kim Taehyung."
Once the third wheelers were gone, Taehyung mustered up his courage to go talk to Jungkook and this time he decided not to bring that airport talk in between to make Jungkook any more uncomfortable.
" Jeon Jungkook."
The omega replied hesitantly, he was still wary of this alpha.
Cause in his eyes Taehyung was a rich brat (that he deduced from his branded clothes) who wants nothing more than to get into his pants. And that's the kind of person Jungkook hates the most.
" Kim Jungkook would sound better."
Taehyung said a bit too loudly, but he soon realised it. So, he covered his mouth on realizing that, scolding himself mentally.
" You said something? "
Taehyung thanked the heavens that Jungkook didn't hear him. If he did, his love story would have come to an end even before it had a chance to get started.
" No, it's just- the weather is so fine today."
He awkwardly tried to change the topic.
" Where's hyung and Yoonjun? "
Jungkook started walking inside too, trying to find Yoongi so he can escape from Taehyung.
" They must be with Jimin."
" We should find them then."
" NO! "
Taehyung came in front of the omega to stop him from going any more further.
" I mean let them be together, I'm sure Yoongi hyung would want that."
" Why would he want that? "
Jungkook raises his eyebrow.
" You don't know? Jimin is hyung's ex- more like his first love."
His sentence brought an unignorable frown on Jungkook's face.
" Oh."
That was all he could manage to say at the moment.
" You sound disappointed."
Taehyung remarked, a weird feeling settling inside him when he thinks about the reason Jungkook could have reacted like this and his alpha didn't like that even if it was just an assumption for now.
" No, I'm just confused. Jimin ssi said he was hyung's boss."
" It's complicated but just think that they are in their enemies to lovers phase."
Jungkook has so many more questions to asks, but something about Taehyung's expression told him that he really doesn't want to answer them.
" Since they're already gone let us enjoy ourselves. What do you say Jungkook ssi? " It's a bad idea, Jungkook's omega warned him but too bad Jungkook's is a risk taker.
" Yeah, let's do that."
" That was -"
" Intense."
Jimin completes Yoongi's sentence and they both started laughing.
Their clothes weren't that much affected by the water but their hairs were a mess. Jimin's perfect sleeked back hair were now stuck to his forehead and it gave him an innocent look.
Yoongi's heart raced faster when he saw him looking like that as the omega laughed along with Yoonjun wrapped in his arms.
" Appa, let's go there! "
Yoonjun's voice caught Yoongi off guard, he's just catching his breath after the first ride and Yoonjun already wants to go on another one.
" What now? "
He sees where his son's index finger is pointing at and gulps, that's a huge scary ass rollercoaster. No way, he's going on that one.
" I-i think we should skip that one."
He says with a nervous laugh, hoping his son would understand him but clearly Yoonjun doesn't.
" No, junie wants to ride it."
He stomps his feet cutely.
" But baby it's so scary, you'll be get frightened on that."
" Will he get frightened or you? "
Jimin says with a sly smile.
" What do you mean? "
Jimin doesn't reply to that and just grins turning to Yoonjun.
" Looks like your appa is a scaredy cat."
" Yah! I'm not."
He says but they both doesn't say anything, agitating Yoongi more.
" Fine, let's go on that one then."
Yoongi lead the way and Jimin and Yoonjun high fived each other behind his back.
On the rollercoaster, Yoongi was on the verge of passing out, but he somehow managed to stay awake for the sake of his son.
Once they reached a particular high point both Yoongi and Jimin reached out there hand to put on Yoonjun's chest to secure him, although they were already tied with belts. It was like a protective instinct of a parent.
They both looked at each other when their hands touched sending sparks through their bodies.
Yoongi was afraid Jimin will withdraw his hand, but this time Jimin didn't. So it only made Yoongi tighten his grip on Jimin's hand. Their hands stayed like that for the rest of the rollercoaster ride.
" So, Jungkook ssi which ride should we go to next? "
Taehyung asks after they returned from one of the many rides that Taehyung dragged Jungkook with himself to.
" I think we should look for Yoongi hyung."
Taehyung pouted at that, even though he was with him, Jungkook's whole attention was diverted to Yoongi and Yoonjun.
" I'll text Jimin to come here, until then let's sit on that bench."
Jungkook doesn't think much about that, he's very tired and his legs would thank him for finally taking a seat.
" So, Jungkook ssi what do you do? "
" I'm a freelance photographer."
" Huh, no way ! I thought you were a model."
Taehyung's comment made Jungkook bust a smile.
" I mean you're so beautiful and so elegant. Like your face just screams perfection."
The way Taehyung compliments him, Jungkook feels himself blushing. Something he doesn't do easily.
" Taehyung ssi, you're praising me too much."
He turns around to pull himself back.
" Well, I'm just stating the facts."
" And what about you? "
He changes the topic afraid that if Taehyung kept complimenting him like that, his face would get so red that it'd be hard to cover.
' I simp over you' Taehyung said on the inside.
" Hmm, let's see what should I say first."
" Well, my father is a businessman, so I sometimes work in that field."
" And I have a coffee shop too that's completely headed by me. I spend most of my time there after Jimin's home."
" I like to travel too, art bring me peace of mind so, I visit many art galleries."
" And sometimes when I get inspired by them I create my own paintings too."
Taehyung stops when he noticed he said too much, he thought Jungkook would have stopped paying attention to him by now.
But Jungkook's shining doe like eyes told another story.
" Wow, that's too much-"
He gasps in shock.
" Wait till you hear I was almost casted in a drama."
Taehyung said happily when he saw how Jungkook was interested in the conversation too and not just him.
" What ? And you declined it?"
There was a hint of disappointment in Jungkook's face.
" Yeah, I don't like things that take too much of my focus. You know I like to do things by my own free will."
Jungkook had a question bubbling up inside him. He initially decided not to ask it because it'd make him seem invasive but he just couldn't resist the urge.
" Did your parents try to force you to take up their business? "
Taehyung tilts his head sideways at the question.
" Never. They always wanted me to do whatever I want, and I joined the company because I enjoy it."
Jungkook purses his lips at the reply, a sad smile on his face.
" Must be great to have supportive parents."
" Mine hated that I wanted to become a photographer. Since my brother was a doctor they wanted me to be one to."
He said with a scoff.
" You know, get a real job and all. Cause photography is just a hobby, it won't feed me."
Taehyung wants to comfort Jungkook but he doesn't know what to say. He has never been in such a situation before. His parents never forced him to do the things that he disliked that's why he turned out so free, but looking at Jungkook right now, he can see how much he must have fighted for his dreams and how much it must have hurted him.
" They made me choose between them and my career."
Jungkook still remembers the day crystal clear in his memory.
" They never contacted me after I left the house that day."
Taehyung feels his heart ache for the omega, he wants to go to Jungkook's parents and have a lengthy talk with them. But he must admit Jungkook is very brave for going against his parents and choosing his career, many people can't do that.
" That's why I don't have a home anymore, I just keep travelling from place to place, but don't have a home."
Jungkook doesn't understand why is he telling Taehyung all this.
He has only told about his life story to Yoongi before and that too after he got to know the alpha very well.
But with Taehyung... It was like his omega felt safe and peaceful to talk about such things that he won't with anyone else.
' I can be your home.' Taehyung desperately wanted to say.
" But Yoongi hyung adviced me to settle here in Seoul so I'm trying to find an apartment here."
" You can live with me."
Taehyung says in a split second not even thinking about it before he put out the option for Jungkook.
