" You can keep the papers there."
Jimin speaks when he hears the knock on the door. He was busy with his work so he didn't even look up to see who it was and just guessed it must be Seungho who's bringing him some more paperwork.
" Jimin ah, I told you not to overwork yourself."
Jimin looks up when he hears Yoongi's voice instead.
The alpha closes the door behind him, before walking upto Jimin. He takes the paper out from Jimin's hand and put them down on the table.
" Wha-"
" Shh."
Yoongi pushes Jimin lightly to straighten his posture, his hands on Jimin's shoulder as he starts to massage them lightly.
Jimin throws his head back in delight. He doesn't quite understand how Yoongi knows about the pain he has been experiencing in his shoulder nowadays.
He feels so thankful for the alpha. Yoongi has really been trying his best to win him over.
" Feel much better ?"
Yoongi asks stopping the massage, Jimin feels disheartened by that.
" Want more."
He looks at Yoongi with puppy eyes. And Yoongi has to fight with his alpha to not kiss Jimin right there.
" Okay, then I'll massage you when we come back."
Jimin turns his chair around on hearing that. Looking at Yoongi with a raised eyebrow.
" We're going somewhere? "
" Mmh, on a lunch with a special client."
Yoongi says with a mischievous smile, his hands on the side of Jimin's chair, his face only a few inches away from Jimin's. Just a light push and he'd end up with his lips right on top of Jimin's.
" Why didn't you tell me sooner then? "
" Sorry, it slipped my mind."
" When do we have to leave? "
" Right now."
" What? "
Jimin stood up on hearing that. The alpha laughs at his shocked expression.
" Let's go."
With that Yoongi opened the cabin door and walked outside, signalling Jimin to follow him. And Jimin doesn't have time to think much before he finds himself following behind Yoongi.
" Yah, look at my face. My hair is so messy."
Jimin complaints as he tries to fix his hairs by looking at his reflection in the rear view mirror. He thinks he should look presentable while meeting a client, and he could have done that if only the alpha hasn't told him about the meeting at the very last moment.
" You still look cute though."
Jimin rolls his eyes at that, the alpha and his never ending flirting. He thinks his heart would get immune to it with time being, but somehow Yoongi manages to make him feel like it's his first time hearing such words.
" Who is this special client though? "
" You know him."
Yoongi smirks on seeing Jimin using his brain to its full capacity. He scrunches his nose cutely while trying to figure it out himself.
He was about to give up and ask Yoongi instead, when he saw the time on his watch. The familiar path only added more to his deduction. And slowly it all starts to make sense.
" Your face says you've figured it out." Yoongi comments on the now relaxed face of the omega. His relaxed expression was soon accompanied by happiness and excitement.
" You know, Jun was very angry when I came back alone. He said that we both went on a holiday without him."
He remembers his son waking up and instead of running to him for a hug, he sat on a far corner and started to sulk.
All because Yoongi supposedly went to a holiday with Jimin without taking him along.
" I can imagine his pouty face."
It isn't so hard when Yoonjun is a constant in his thoughts.
" And since Jungkook shifted to Taehyung's house, he started feeling a bit lonely."
Jimin nods understandingly at that. It's given that he would feel that way after having a constant company around him.
First it was Jimin and then it was Jungkook. And now, that they both weren't around it'd take him time to get back to his usual routine, where he'd have to wait hours for his father to come back.
" So, to cheer up his mood I planed a lunch date for us."
The words flow effortlessly through Yoongi's lips. But they didn't quite make it like that to Jimin's brain.
" Date? "
Jimin asks in shock.
This was so like Yoongi, taking him on a date without asking him any head ups.
" You didn't ask me properly."
A heavy pout sits on his lips. Even though it might not be their very first date, but it still their first one after all the storms in their life.
Yoongi chuckles at that. It's not like he didn't want to ask Jimin, but given his shy nature he wasn't able to bring himself to ask. He was afraid to get rejected, even though he knows that wouldn't be the case.
" Jimin ssi, can I have the pleasure to take you out on a date? "
He puts his free hand out front, while the other stayed on the steering.
" Hmm, let me think."
" What if I say no ?"
" Then my heart would break.... arghh! " He puts his hand to his heart like he was in immense pain.
" Stop being so dramatic."
Jimin lightly pushes him.
" So? "
Yoongi points as his hand that was still waiting to be held.
" Yeah, let's go on a date."
Jimin replies and puts his hand on top of Yoongi's. It fits in there just as perfectly as Yoongi has remembered, like god have specifically crafted his hand to fit with none other than Jimin himself.
" Appa !!"
Yoonjun exclaims happily when he saw that his father was there to pick him up today.
" Hey buddy."
Yoongi places a light kiss on his temple, brushing his stray hairs out of his forehead.
" How was school today? "
" Junie tired."
The smile on his face turned into a frown soon. He made grabby hands towards Yoongi, wanting to be picked up.
And Yoongi would have gladly done that. But he knows Yoonjun would fall asleep as soon as his head touches his chest and it'd ruin his surprise if he fell asleep.
" Hmm, if you're tired then should I cancel our special plan? "
" Special plan? "
His drowsy eyes suddenly became well awake on hearing that. Yoongi's words has excitement flow in his body.
" Go, there's someone waiting for you in the car."
Yoongi took Yoonjun's bag away so he would be able to make his way to the car easily.
A big smile lighten up his face when the car door opens to reveal Jimin.
" Jiminieee! "
Jimin had to bend down immediately to safely catch Yoonjun in his arms. The boy got so excited to see him that he couldn't stop himself from just jumping into Jimin's embrace.
" Hii baby."
Jimin fondly caresses the boy's head with his hand, before it settles on his cheek. The size difference between his hand and Yoonjun's cheek astonished Jimin. It made the boy look so delicate, almost like a doll.
But Yoonjun's smile soon turns into a frown, worrying Jimin that he might have done something wrong to upset the boy.
" What happened? "
" Junie mad. Appa and Jiminie enjoyed alone without Junie."
He puffs his cheeks up to show his displeasure. It made Jimin and Yoongi burst into giggles because of his cuteness.
" That's why we're here to have fun with you today."
Yoongi holds Yoonjun's hand to make the boy look at him.
" So, tell me what do you want to eat today? "
" Can we have chinese food today? "
He asks in a polite tone for someone who's supposed to be mad.
" If that's what you what. Then, chinese it is."
Yoongi gave him a soft pat, before taking his bag to keep it on the back seat.
" Jiminie can I sit with you? "
Jimin opens his arms happily at the suggestion, he would love to do that.
" Of course."
Once he gets the consent, Yoonjun waits no time to wiggle his way towards Jimin. This is the first time he's sitting on Jimin's lap and it surely gets him excited.
" Please make it less spicy and no garlic please."
Yoongi adds at the end of their order. Being careful of Jimin's dislike. Small things like this are what made Jimin fall for Yoongi the first time.
He starts to travel through his memories to visit the day of their first date, which wasn't so ideal as many people might have thought it to be.
After crushing on Yoongi so hard for months and getting no response to his advancements, Jimin had almost given up on him.
Until one day the alpha himself came to Jimin's class and asked him out on a date in front of everyone else. And you bet Jimin had jumped across all the way to land right into Yoongi's arms.
For their first date Jimin had spent hours to choose on his best attire to charm Yoongi. But opposite to him the alpha came in casual wear like he was just going to hang out with his best friend.
Yoongi first took him to an aquarium, that was unfortunately closed that very day without any specific reason.
They then went to the restaurant that Yoongi has choosen but it was super crowded and they only had a few dishes to serve. That too being spicy noodles...
Jimin didn't want to spoil their date anymore so he just accepted to eat there.
But only half way through his food and Jimin was already done. His eyes and nose were watering by now. And it didn't go unnoticed by Yoongi's eyes.
They thought of saving the day by going for a walk, but just as they got out of the restaurant, it suddenly started raining out of nowhere. And now Jimin was fully disheartened that their first date was a mess. But he didn't blame Yoongi for it, instead he blamed it on his bad luck.
His smile washed off his face and he looked at Yoongi with his teary eyes. He was afraid that the alpha might end things here.
Unknown to the thoughts going inside Jimin's head, Yoongi laced his fingers with him and pulled him into the nearby rain shed. They stood there together for some time in the silence, with their hands still clasped together.
The distance between them became narrow and narrow until finally they were close enough for Yoongi to pull Jimin in a half hug.
No words were exchanged between them, except shy smiles and eye contacts. That's how they ended their first date, with a rainbow forming in the background to signify a new chapter of their lives.
A smile forms on Jimin's face as he still remembers the warm embrace of Yoongi from that day.
Even though Jimin had went on many dates before that were much better than this, his heart was only fluttering that one time.
To him it still is a beautiful and memorable day, that he'd never forget. And if you ask him, Jimin wouldn't like to change a thing about that day. Every bad thing that happened only made it more special to him.
" Appa, Jiminie daydreaming."
Yoonjun's voice brought Jimin back to the present. He saw the son and father looking at him with sly smiles on their faces.
" Let him be, maybe he's thinking about his special someone."
" Special someone... who's Jiminie's special someone? "
The boy asks innocently looking at Jimin for an answer.
Jimin shot Yoongi a glance at that. To which the alpha only shrugged his shoulder, urging Jimin to answer the child.
" No one, baby. Your appa is saying rubbish."
" Hmm, I don't think- OUCH! "
Jimin slammed his foot on top of Yoongi's to stop him from continuing his sentence.
" Appa what happened? "
Yoonjun asked worriedly on seeing the twisteeld expression on Yoongi's face, but he missed to see the smirk on Jimin's face.
" Jiminie hurted appa."
Jimin opens his mouth but only a scoff made it's way out. Seriously, Yoongi is playing dirty now. That too in front of Yoonjun.
" Min yoongi I swear!"
" Appa don't tease Jiminie."
Yoonjun warns his father, taking Jimin's side.
His one sentence made Jimin smile in victory. Yoonjun is on his side, so he's already the winner.
" You bewitched my son."
Yoongi gasps at the betrayal he just experienced. But Jimin and Yoonjun doesn't care, they happily bumps their fist while poking their tongues out.
Yoongi forgets what he was going to say and just stared at Jimin and Yoonjun being happy together.
He was already charmed by Jimin's magic so, he knew it'd only be a matter of time his son was charmed too. And looks like Yoonjun has fallen deep in Jimin's enchantment, just like his father.
