Yoongi is left shocked by the sudden kiss. He felt Jimin's lips on his after years. But the warm feeling that he felt back then is present today too. He starts to kiss back once he realises that it's actually happening.
It's a soft kiss that's enough to make them feel how much they missed each other and to remind them that nothing has changed in their love, only that it became much stronger now.
Jimin parts away first with a pink tint on his cheek. Both of them have a satisfied smile on their faces that were missing for a week now.
" Now, you can't break our promise."
Jimin warns him.
" I wouldn't."
He would do anything to keep his promise this time. He won't hurt Jimin in any way now. He has got a second chance that many people don't get so, he'll make the most out of it. He won't repeat the same mistake twice.
" Did you eat something? "
Jimin's smile changed into a worrying frown again, remembering the state of the room from before, he thinks Yoongi has been confined to this room since last night.
Yoongi shook his head to that.
He was a bit light headed when he dropped Yoonjun at Taehyung's house. But when he came back his head was spinning so badly, that he only managed to gulp down two pills at one go before passing out on his bed.
Even after he woke up he didn't has the energy to get up and make food for himself. So, he decided to rest a bit more until he felt okay and then make something to eat.
But he didn't expect Jimin to come before that. He was in a hallucinatory state at that time but his eyes opened on their own he felt that Jimin was there. It was a kind of telepathy.
" Then I'll go make something for you."
Jimin takes his hand off Yoongi's to go out. The alpha looked down at his hand and frowned. His hands became cold again.
" But you don't know how to cook."
Yoongi suddenly remembers how great Jimin's cooking skills are and he gets a mini heart attack.
" Dont underestimate my capabilities."
Jimin said in an annoyed tone even though it was the reality. He still wanted to show Yoongi that he can be useful for him too.
" Okay, Sir Park! "
Yoongi zipped his lips at that, having no energy to tease Jimin anymore. The fever is finally catching up on him.
" Don't get up!"
Jimin warns him before he got out and locked the door.
A beautiful smile is plastered on his face now, he's happy that everything worked out between them. But then his smile turned into a frown as he saw the messy look of the room. And he should clean it first before cooking or Yoongi would get stressed if he saw this.
Once he was done, he calls Taehyung for help.
" Jimin ah, is everything okay there? "
Taehyung asks in a hurried tone as the call connects, Jimin can see Jungkook's head peaking out from behind him.
" Yeah, everything is fine now."
He smiles after saying that and both of them relaxed. Seeing Jimin smile like that was enough to tell them that the matter was finally solved and they were back to normal. They turned to look at each other and clap their hands.
" How is hyung now? "
Jungkook has been asking Taehyung for the past hour to let him call Yoongi and ask about his health but Taehyung stopped him from doing so because Jimin was still there and he didn't wanted to spoil their personal moment.
" He still have a fever. I'm going to make porridge for him but I don't know how to do that."
They are relieved to know he's better now.
" Firstly show me the ingredients present there."
Jimin nods, putting the phone on the counter and taking everything out of the fridge.
He did every thing as directed by Taehyung and though he had some trouble with it initially he was finally able to make it with his friends help.
" It's done."
He claps for himself. Showing the freshly prepared porridge to the camera.
" You should probably taste it before giving it to hyung."
Jimin puffs up his cheek at that, but then again it's better to taste it before than serving something inedible to Yoongi.
" It's better than my expectation."
It's not like the one Jimin usually have but that's because his meals were prepared by professional cook. And at least, it's edible this time.
" I'll call you later then, take care of Junie."
He waves at them and hung up the call. He was in a hurry to serve the hot porridge to Yoongi.
" Hyung..."
He calls for the older as he pushes opens the door open but Yoongi was in a deep slumber. Jimin put the tray on the side table first so he won't just spill it after trying so hard to make it.
" Hyung, wake up! "
He gently shook Yoongi up. Even though he'd hate to distrub while Yoongi is sleeping the alpha really needs to get some food in his system to get well soon, so he has to wake him up.
As if on hearing his voice, a single tear rolled down Yoongi's cheeks, it shocked Jimin a little. But before he could wake Yoongi up to ask him about it, the alpha is already waking up with a shaking frame.
There's sweat droplets on his forehead, he seems to finally breathe when his eyes found Jimin sitting there in front of him.
He thought... It was just a fever dream of his, that Jimin wasn't actually here and everything only happened in his memory. He's relieved to see that was not the case Or he would have been so heart broken.
" Jimin ah... You- it wasn't a dream right? "
He hugs Jimin's waist tightly, and Jimin starts to have flashbacks of the night they spent in the hotel. He put his hands on Yoongi's head and massaged it gently.
" It's the reality hyung, I'm here."
He rubs his back, thinking how precious Yoongi and Yoonjun are, and how they both love him so much that they don't want him to go away.
Once Yoongi seemed to recover from it, he wiped his tears off, a smile forming on his face again as he looks at his hand clasped between Jimin's tiny ones.
" I made porridge for you."
The omega brings the tray over and put it on the bed. It might not look great because Jimin think he didn't need to garnish it to make it taste better. His sole purpose was just to make it edible that's all he has asked for.
" Thank you, Min ah."
Yoongi starts to get emotional at that. Jimin thinks that the alpha might just be acting dramatic. But it really got Yoongi emotional, because Jimin had stepped out of his comfort zone for him and Yoongi is grateful that he has someone who would do that for him.
" Don't."
Jimin stops before the alpha could bring the spoon close to his lips. Yoongi raise his eyebrow not quite understanding why is that. Jimin takes the spoon from Yoongi's hand.
" I'll feed you."
The alpha pursued his lips to stop smiling after hearing that, he was getting spoiled like a baby today.
" Okay."
" How does it taste? "
Jimin waits patiently to hear the review from Yoongi's side before he could feed him a second time.
Yoongi closes his eyes and act as those chefs in TV who analyse the food with great accuracy. Jimin remembers how Yoonjun acted the same way in the morning, these father and son are really like each other.
" It taste like it's been made with lot of love."
Jimin smiles at that. Even when sick Yoongi couldn't stop being cheesy. And his cheesy lines never fail to make him blush.
" That's true. I poured all my love in it."
Jimin puffs up his chest proudly. The taste might be a bit up or down but he made sure to add his love while making it.
" Will you continue to do so in the future? "
It sounds like a proposal the way Yoongi says it while looking at Jimin with that intensity in his eyes.
Jimin isn't the one to back down so he brings his face closer to Yoongi's.
" Do you have any doubt? "
He asks in a sassy tone.
" Not even a single one. I know your love and its power."
Jimin has already erased all doubts from his heart. He knows the length Jimin would go to just to prove his love for him.
" So do I."
They joined their foreheads together and just smiled like idiots in love. They felt like they have travelled back to the time when they were in college, experiencing their first love again with the same person.
Jimin made Yoongi eat another medicine after the porridge and decided to stay by his side until he was completely okay. He thought what excuse he should make to Yoonjun.
While he was thinking that the door opening sound is heard and he knows who it might be.
Jimin took his hand off a sleeping Yoongi's grasp and walked out. Just like he expected Yoonjun was standing there with Taehyung and Jungkook by his sides who had apologetic looks plastered on their face. Even though Jimin knows it wasn't their fault and the child probably demanded them to bring him here.
" Jun ah."
He calls for the boy, and that's all it takes for the boy to come rush into his arms and hug him.
" Papa, why did you leave Junie alone? "
He hug Jimin so tightly like they've been separated for a long time. Jimin feels sorry for leaving Yoonjun without telling him. But it was necessary for him to come here and he wasn't sure if Yoonjun would be very fond of the idea. At that moment the thought of his alpha overpowered his brain.
" I didn't leave you alone baby."
Jimin picks Yoonjun up, it's good that the boy isn't crying or being sulky. Jimin thinks that Yoonjun might already had an inkling that he was here when the boy didn't find him.
" I had to come here because your appa was sick."
Yoonjun's eyes go wide for a second and his expression changes, Jimin sees the worry in them.
" Appa sick? "
He asks in a small voice.
" Yeah, he had very high fever and there was no one to take care of him so I had to come."
Jimin can see the state of dilemma Yoonjun is in. It's clear on his face that he's worried sick about Yoongi but then he's trying to act like he's mad at him.
" But appa..."
Jimin sighs, he knows that Yoonjun doesn't have it in him to hate Yoongi, he was just a little misguided at that time and he continued to act so to make other see that he's fine.
" Baby you trust me right? "
He takes Yoonjun's hands in his. Yoonjun give him a strong nod at the question.
" Then listen to me."
Jimin gets all serious.
" Your appa, he's not a bad person."
Yoonjun doesn't say anything to that and just blinks.
" He wasn't the one who took you away from me."
" There was someone else who made your appa leave me."
The boy was a little shocked at that but more mad at himself for thinking wrong about his father.
" He did it all because he wanted to protect us both."
" Your appa... he loves me alot and he loves you alot too. He did it all to protect us, okay ?"
He sees the tears prickle in his eyes and Jimin soon brushes them off. He doesn't like seeing tears in his baby's eyes.
" He's not a bad person. He's our hero, our saviour."
He says while looking at Yoonjun with a smile. The boy nods at that and replicates his smile.
" I know you might have problem understanding everything right now. I'll explain it to you once, you're able to understand it all."
Yoonjun sucks in his tears seeing how it's affecting Jimin. He nods to whatever Jimin said.
" For now just know it wasn't your appa's fault."
He strokes his hand over Yoonjun's head.
" Appa is not a bad person? "
The boy finally say in his broken voice and it hurt him. It's like Yoonjun was just waiting for someone to clear it all up because he knew his father couldn't be a bad person.
" No, baby. He's Junie's appa. How can he be a bad person? "
Yoongi, his alpha, his child's father, a perfect lover, a perfect father. He can never be a bad person in their perspective.
" Junie's sorry."
The boy let his head hung low, cause even if it wasn't intentional he still said some hurtful things to his father in the heat of the moment. And now only he thinks how it'd have hurt his father.
" Come here."
Jimin opens his arms for the boy again.
" Shh, it's okay."
He rubs his hand up and down his back until the boy's silent sniffles came to a halt.
" I think we should take our leave now."
Jungkook who was too busy watching the scene with his held breath finally came to his senses on feeling Taehyung putting his hand on his arm.
He looked at the alpha shocked as the words took some time to process into his brain.
He nods when the words register in his brain, he felt like he was watching an emotional movie and got a little carried away.
" If you need me just text me and I'll be there."
Taehyung says to Jimin.
" Thank you both of you. I don't know how I would've managed without you both."
Jimin hug both of them. They were his support pillar during the last few days and no words would be able to express his gratitude to them.
" Don't thank me just give me your expensive watch in return."
Taehyung still cracks a joke in this situation making everyone laugh.
" Jun ah, we're going now."
Taehyung picks the boy up in his arms. He just got to spend one day with him and he wants more. But Jimin and Yoongi needs him more right now, maybe he'll kidnap him someday later.
" Junie will miss uncle Tae and Ggukie."
They both stroked Yoonjun's hairs at the same time, their eyes looking so fondly at him. He's the apple of their eyes.
" Then text me from your papa's mobile I'll come to see you whenever you miss me."
Taehyung means whatever he's saying. If Yoonjun texts him in the middle of the night even then he would be on his way here.
" We'll come often to meet you."
Jungkook adds. And they both left after that, leaving the father son alone.
" Junie wanna say sorry to appa."
Yoonjun comes closer to Jimin. He's a brave child for wanting to apologies for his mistake .
" Okay baby let's do that."
Jimin hold onto Yoonjun's hand to let him know he's there with him. He knows Yoongi wouldn't be mad at Yoonjun but the child is still hesitant.
" Appa! "
Yoonjun screams as soon as Jimin pushes the door open. He ran away from Jimin's hold to embrace his father instead.
" Jun ah? "
Yoongi woke up on hearing Yoonjun's voice. To him Yoonjun voice has always worked like an alarm clock. No matter how deep slumber he is in if he heard Yoonjun call for him even in the middle of the night he would instantly wake up. It's like he has trained his body to wake up whenever his baby calls for him or need him.
" Appa j-junie sorry."
The boy sobs while holding onto Yoongi.
Yoongi was confused but then he looked at Jimin. The omega nodded to let him know that he has told him the truth.
" Oh, baby."
Yoongi gets up in a better position to hold Yoonjun more comfortably. He had only parted away from the child last night but he felt like it was an eternity.
" Appa is not a bad person. Appa is Junie and papa's hero."
His words made Yoongi smile so brightly. The alpha plants a kiss on Yoonjun's forehead.
" Yeah and you both are the heroes of my life."
He turns to look at Jimin who's staring at them while leaning at the doorframe. His own eyes wet and lips curled in a smile like Yoongi's.
" Appa forgave Junie? "
Yoongi nods at the question wiping tears away from his face. There would be no parent who like to see their children cry.
" Appa was never angry with you."
He could never have it in him to get angry at him.
" How can I ever get mad at my little prince, hmm? "
" Appa, Junie loves you alot."
The boy plants a kiss on Yoongi's cheek, it's always been their love language.
" I know baby and appa loves you a lot too."
Yoongi does the same action.
" Jimin ah, come here."
The omega didn't waste more time and accepted the open invitation to join in their hug.
" Min ah.."
Yoongi says as his one hand stroke Jimin's hair. The omega looks up.
" I love you."
It's just three words, three simple words but it's enough to make Jimin's heart race and his cheeks blush like he's hearing them for the first time.
" I love you too hyung."
He loves him a lot, so much so much that it hurts his heart, he feels like it'd explode because of the overflowing love he has for Yoongi and Yoonjun.
" Appa, will papa live with from now? "
Yoonjun asks from the side. He's so happy seeing his parents being like that but he was afraid that his happiness might not last long. He's frustrated with seeing Jimin for only a few hours, he wants to live with him everyday.
" Do you want that? "
Jimin asks with a grin.
" Yes, I wanna live with appa and papa."
Jimin giggles at his determined look while Yoongi looked nervous. He hasn't thought yet how he'd ask Jimin to move in with him but looks like his son is helping him.
" Then, I'll live here with you."
" Really? "
Yoongi asks with a shocked expression, he didn't think the omega would agree that easily. If it was that easy he'd have asked him to stay since the first day he came here.
" If you don't have any problem with that."
" Why would I have any problem with that? It's your home too."
It's their home from now on, a home they'll fill with many happy memories from now.
" Okay, then we will live together."
" Junie's family is complete."
The boy gushes happily, his only wish in life to have a complete family of his own, finally came true.
Even though Yoongi never made Yoonjun feel like he needed someone else in his life.
But the boy has observed over time how happy other's parents looked together and how his appa was only lonely one. So, he wished for his appa to be happy too. And he finally found his happiness since the day Jimin came in their life.
And that's why Yoonjun was always fond of the idea of Jimin becoming a part of his family even though he never exactly said those words aloud.
" I love you so much appa and papa."
The boy hugs both his parents.
" We love you too baby."
They hugged him back too. Their little angel. Their eyes prickles with happy tears.
" Our happy family."
Jimin says as he looks over at his alpha.
" We finally got it."
Yoongi adds, they finally got the happy family they have dreamt off. He, his Jiminie and his Junie. That's all he ever needs to be happy. He's content with his life right now, he doesn't wish for anything more.
Everything that he has ever wished for is finally here. He feels like this is heaven on earth. Jimin and Yoonjun are his heaven.
