The last two weeks were very happy times for Jungkook and Taehyung.
Jungkook always takes time, at least every three days, to visit Taehyung. The man with the bunny smile tries to learn how to prioritize Taehyung among his busy life.
After feeling the pain of losing Taehyung, he didn't want to go back to being the old Jungkook, where he rarely, almost never, spend the time for his lover. Now, all he wants is to spend every second of his time with the love of his life.
When he is with Taehyung, it's the happiest time in his life.
Like this morning, sitting together enjoying a sandwich and hot chocolate.
"Kook, let's visit grandma. You don't have a schedule for today, right?"
"No. I'm free today, That's why I'm going to stay here. But are you sure? What if there are my parents there?"
"Of course, I'm sure. If your parents are there, that's fine."
"What if ... "
"Kook, we can't keep on avoiding them. No matter what, they are your parents. I want our relationship to be blessed by them."
"Tae, you know how my parents are. They really hate gay couples. They are homophobic. You know what they have done to me and my late brother."
"Kook, if we can't even melt your parents' hearts, do you think we can melt your fans' heart? Do you think we can make them accept our relationship if we can't even get the blessing from your family?"
Jungkook just looked at his boyfriend. All of what he said was true, but he is afraid that his parents would hurt Taehyung again.
"Kook ..." Taehyung called Jungkook softly.
"No. I can't let you meet my father and mother. I don't want you to get hurt again."
"Do you think I'm not hurt, again and again, for being your secret? To be honest, if we keep going like this, the more I think, the more I can't see the future with you."
Taehyung puts his plate and glass in the sink, ignoring Jungkook who stares at him with wide eyes.
Jungkook quickly hugged Taehyung from behind.
"Please don't talk like that, Tae. For me, there is no future if it's without you."
"Then fight for me. Fight for this relationship."
"Of course, I will do it. But I can't let you get hurt."
"We will never go anywhere in this state."Taehyung huffed in annoyance, wiggling his body so he can get out from Jungkook's embrace. But don't forget who is stronger between them. The results are obvious.
The less muscular man need to think of another strategy.
"Kookie. My honey bunny sweety. Let's visit Grandma. Hmmm?" How can Jungkook reject those puppy eyes? All Tae needs to do is wooing his boyfriend with his utterly adorable face, and voila. Jungkook is so whipped for Taehyung.
"Uhm..." Jungkook stops to take a deep breath and let it all out in one sigh, "Ok. But you need to promise me something."
"What's that?" Taehyung turns his body, wraps his arms around his lover's neck.
Jungkook cupped Taehyung's face gently in his hands, holding it in place.
"Don't just stay still. If they try to hurt you, you have to fight back, ok? I will absolutely try my best to protect you, but you still have to be careful and don't let them do anything bad towards you. Promise?"
"Ok."
"Good boy." Jungkook pecks the lips he loves the most in this entire world.
After each of them takes a bath, well, actually Jungkook asks Taehyung to take a bath together, he said the reason is to save time and water, but of course, Taehyung refuses. That's just Jungkook's excuse. If they take a bath together, it will end more than just take a bath. Now an hour and a half has passed and finally, they are ready to leave.
When Taehyung was about to take his car key, Jungkook stopped him.
"We go together."
"What if there are netizens who see us?"
"I don't want to hide anymore if I want to meet or go out with you. Even though now we only labelled as a business partner, but at least let people know that we know each other and we're not stranger. It's the first step I must take to fight for our relationship"

Since then, almost every day Taehyung visits grandma. Every time he came from work, sometimes even spending his lunch breaks at the hospital. Taehyung just doesn't want her to feel lonely. Because he knows very well how loneliness will kill you slowly.
It seems like the universe is conspiring with Jungkook because till now Taehyung never meets the middle-aged couple for even once.
Counted three times, Jungkook and Taehyung were seen together in public. First, when they visit grandma. The second when they eat together at a restaurant. And the third time when they went to Taehyung's company.
At first, there was a stir among netizens. Their photos decorating the main page of the newspaper, magazine, and news websites. But over time, they gave no response.
'Well, they are business partners', the sentence that always said by Jungkook's fans everytime the topic about the couple came up.
And Taehyung has never been happier than this. He doesn't care how people gave names to his relationship withJungkook. He can go freely in public with Jungkook is all that matters.
Taehyung also visits the dorm more often. Even though without Jungkook, either he is on an individual schedule or goes out with his friends, Taehyung still comes to meet his Hyungs.
Mainly all that he does are cooking with Jin Hyung or talking with Jimin, but sometimes he goes to Namjoon's, Yoongi's or Hoseok's studios.
As it is now, he is in the studio with Yoongi, their boyfriends are currently practising dance with Hoseok.
"Ah, Hyung... I'm so bored. I can't just sit here and doing nothing". Taehyung looks at his phone for the hundredth time and sighed. There is no sign that Jungkook will come home soon
"So bored," he said again.
Yoongi eyes him, "Entertain yourself, Tae." He is working on some melody on his computer, and Taehyung's whining is not what he needs right now.
"How?"
"I dunno, just do something. Play some game on your phone"
"I did and bored again."
"Eat something."
"Not hungry."
"What do you want? do you have no work in your company?"
"So now you want to kick me out from here?" Yoongi panicked. Of course, that's not what he meant and he doesn't want to hurt Taehyung's heart in any way.
"Nah." Yoongi turns off his computer then approaches Taehyung.
"So?"
"Do you finish your work, Hyung?" Taehyung stares at him with sparkling eyes, there is no way Yoongi can say no against that eyes.
"Not yet, but I can continue it later. Then, what will we do to get rid of your boredom, Kiddo?"
"Uhm, do you want to go out with me Hyung? let's go somewhere."
The older male furrows his eyebrows as if asking 'where are you going to take me to?'
"Don't ask me 'where' because it's a secret. Just let's go."
Half an hour later they arrived at a place that was very familiar to them, the park where they first met.
"Feeling nostalgic, right?" Taehyung walks in front of his Hyung, then sit on the same bench as five years ago. Nothing has changed at all from this place.
"Why did you bring me here?" Yoongi, who is now sitting next to Taehyung, looks at him suspiciously.
"Why not?"
"Well, you said earlier that you were bored because you didn't do anything. And just sitting in a park, in my opinion, is no different."
The pale man looks around, he feels sentimental. This park is one of his a go-to place every time he feels down, long before he met Taehyung.
Since that day, he never visits this place again.
"This is the place that changes everything," Taehyung said after five minutes passed silently between the two.
"Right. If only I didn't meet you, maybe now I'm not in this position. I must've given up. Thank you."
"I don't know what happened to me at that time. We just met, but I, without hesitation, told you everything. And you, who don't even know me at all, decided to help me with all your sincerity. You're the kindest and pure-hearted people I ever met." he added
"This is what we called fate. We fated to meet each other, Hyung."
"Sometimes I wonder, if we never meet, is everything will turn out better than now?"
"Everything happens for a reason, we bound to meet each other, and let's believe that this is the best plan God gives to us. You live up to your dream, and I found the love of my life."
"Indeed."
Other silent minutes are passed.
"Hyung, if I tell you a story, will you listen?"
"Tell me everything, even if it takes all night. I'm all ears."
