"What are you saying?" Jin hit Jungkook's shoulder hard
"Aww hurts Hyung."
"Why don't you take your medicine, bad boy?"
"Hyung, now the problem isn't that. Why are you lying about Taehyung?" Jungkook raised his voice, glaring at the members
"Isn't that the problem? Are you kidding me?" Jimin snapped up to him. "What if you get worse because you don't take medicine? You have been allowed to go home, but that doesn't mean you are completely cured. Remember, at least for the next month you still have to take your medicine every day."
Jungkook is frustrated. Okay, he was wrong because he didn't take the medicine, but he was well aware that his Hyung was currently changing the subject. Jungkook is sure that surely the members are hiding something, that's why they lie to him. And if they don't want to tell, then Jungkook will find out for himself.
After the doctor examined him, Jungkook and the others immediately go back to the dorm. There is no talk about Taehyung at all. Every time Jungkook tries to lead the conversation there, there must be other topics discussed by the members. They change the subject.
"Take a break. We are in our room if you need anything." Namjoon said, bringing Jungkook's bags to his room. "Ah, and this is your new phone. Your old phone was destroyed in the accident. But don't worry, your number is still the same and some important contacts are already there." With that, Namjoon leaves Jungkook alone.
In no time, he is typing a certain someone's number in his phone.
He tried calling him several times, but there were no answers from the other side.

It only took a few seconds for Taehyung to read the message. That means he's holding his cellphone. And he ignored Jungkook's call.

There wasn't a single reply from Taehyung, even though the man clearly read the message.
"Argh ..." Jungkook held his chest, his heart suddenly felt pain.
"I told you before, you have to rest," said Yoongi, who had just arrived bringing food and medicine to Jungkook. He saw the way Jungkook's face scrunched up from the pain. "This is why you have to take your medicine."
"This heart," Yoongi pokes Jungkook's chest gently, "is the gift of someone. Thanks to this heart, you can live, you can survive. As a form of gratitude, keep this heart healthy. God has been very kind for giving you another chance to live. This is truly a miracle because it usually takes months or even years to find the right heart donor. And you get this heart in just a matter of days, so don't waste this chance."
Jungkook cries. "I know, Hyung. I'm sorry."
"Don't apologize to me. Apologize to yourself. And to those who have given his heart to you."
Yoongi feeds Jungkook with the food he brought, slowly, spoon by spoon, until the bowl is clean.
"By the way, who's the kind person who donor his heart to me?"
"A man from Daegu. He had an accident on the same day as you, unfortunately, he had brain death. His family was devastated for the fact that he can't be saved. Then, they decided to donate the man's organs. For them, at least, there is a part of him that lives in this world."
"Thank you, Hyung," Jungkook said while taking the medicine given by his Hyung.
"Can I meet with his family members?" Jungkook asked
"For now it seems like you can't. After the operation, the family immediately left Korea. They said they couldn't live in this country anymore since it would only remind them of him. We've already met them and said how deeply grateful we are towards them."
"Later, when I'm already hundred per cent recovered, please take me to meet them."
"Sure. Now go to sleep. The medicine will react soon."

It's been three and a half months, Jungkook has completely recovered. And during that time, the messages that Jungkook sent for Taehyung never got a reply though. Even recently, his message wasn't read by his lover.
Finally, Jungkook decided to meet Taehyung.
"Where are you going?" Hoseok asked when he saw Jungkook neatly dressed, ready to leave the dorm
"I'll meet my friend, Hyung."
Yes, Jungkook intentionally lied. Because if he says that he wants to meet Taehyung, surely the Hyung will do various ways to stop him. Like what happened over the past month. He believed in his instincts, that they must be hiding something.
"I'll go with you." Hoseok got up from the sofa
"No need, Hyung. I've called a taxi. On top of that, me and my friend, we will talk for a long time. You will be very bored."
"Are you sure?"
"Of course."
"Okay then. Hyung believes in you. Quickly send Hyung a message as soon as you get there."
"Yes, Sir. I go first, Hyung. See you later."
Since the day when he was discharged from the hospital, the Hyungs never talked about Taehyung.
Once, Jungkook forced Namjoon to say why they should lie by saying that Taehyung visited him every night. But the BTS leader only answered "I didn't lie" then left Jungkook alone.
The other day, he also threatened Yoongi that he wouldn't take medicine if the pale-skinned man didn't say the truth. Yoongi tried to persuade the younger ones repeatedly, but since Jungkook was so stubborn, he still didn't want to take his medicines. Finally, Yoongi was angry and instead said: "then, just die."
Since then Jungkook has never mentioned his love's name in front of the members.
Right now Jungkook arrived in front of Taehyung's company. If indeed Taehyung can't meet him because he's very busy, then Jungkook comes straight to where his lover works.
"Oh, Mr Jeon. Is there anything we can help you with?" asked a woman, who worked as a receptionist, as soon as she saw Jungkook approaching her.
"I want to meet Taehyung. Is he in his room?"
"You don't know? Mr Kim no longer works at this company. He has returned to work at the head office, in Germany. This company is now led by Mr Park."
"Mr Park?" even before the woman answers his question, Jungkook's gaze turned to the handsome man who had just come out of the elevator wearing an expensive suit.
"Park Bogum ssi?"
Yes, that handsome man is Park Bogum, who is now opening his eyes wide, in surprise at Jungkook's arrival.
"Oh, Jeon Jungkook ssi. Long time no sees. How are you doing?" Bogum asked as he reaches his hand out.
"I'm fine. How about you Bogum ssi?" Jungkook shook the hand of the man in front of him.
"I'm fine too. What are you coming here for?"
"Can we talk for a while?"
Bogum then looks at the watch on his wrist then turns to the man who had been standing beside him since then.
"Mr Lee, you can wait in the car. I need to have a minute with him."
"Yes, Sir."
Bogum then invited Jungkook to his office.
"Just go to the point because I don't have a lot of time. I must attend an important meeting. So, what are you here for, Jungkook ssi?"
"Where is Taehyung?"
"In Germany. Looks like Haneul, the receptionist, told you. Since his sister got married, Taehyung leads the company in Germany."
"Why isn't he telling me?" Jungkook said with a look full of disappointment on his face.
"At that time you were sick. Maybe he just didn't want you to get worried."
"Then why until now he has never answered any single call from me. Even he didn't reply to my message at all."
"Oh, come on. Do you think we are playing in this company? Even in a branch company like this, there are a lot of works that I have to do. Imagine how hard is it for Taehyung who has to lead central company a.k.a the whole business."
"You also never got in touch with him again?"
"Not even once." Bogum stood up from his seat, tidying the suit he was wearing
"You believe in Taehyung right, Jungkook ssi?"
"Of course."
"Then keep trusting him. Be patient, there will be a time when Taehyung will meet you. What's certain is, never doubt him."
Not. Jungkook is not doubting Taehyung or not trusting the man he loves the most. It's just that Jungkook missed him so much. Missing him like crazy.
His cellphone rang just when he got into the taxi that would take him back to the dorm.
"Hello"
"Hello, Son. This is Dad. How are you doing?"
"I'm fine, yeah. What's wrong? Why are you calling me now?"
"Hey, isn't it normal for a father to call and ask about his child's condition?"
"Of course it is. But honestly, it's weird, remembering how both you and your wife treated me for the past few years."
"I'm sorry, son. Really. We're truly sorry about that. We promise to be better parents for you. We'll take care of you and love you with all our heart. So, please give us a chance to fix everything."
Jungkook js just stay silent. He didn't know what kind of response he should give. He still remembers how his parents treated him and his late brother. It's still clear in his memory how they beat Taehyung at that time.
Taehyung. Jungkook suddenly realizing something. When he opened his eyes for the first time after the operation, he saw his father and mother. If indeed his Hyung doesn't lie about Taehyung who always stay while he is in the hospital, that means there is a possibility that Taehyung and his parents meet at least once. And Jungkook sure something must happen between the three of them.
Because it's unlikely for Taehyung to suddenly avoid him. No matter how busy his lover is, he would always take a little time to just replying Jungkook's message.
It's even odder to see his parents who are suddenly so kind to him. Considering how they even 'killed' their own children, it felt really strange when they changed drastically like this.
"Hello, Jungkook. Son." His father's call from the other side pull Jungkook awake
"Oh, yeah. Where are you now?"
"I and your mother are currently in the hospital visiting grandma. After this, we will go to the dorm to visit you."
"No need. You don't need to come here. I'm going to the hospital to meet you."
"Are you sure?"
"Yes. I'm on my way now."
"Ok. See you soon"

About ten minutes Jungkook arrived at the hospital. His grandmother is so happy to see her favourite grandson is safe and in good health.
"Dear my beloved grandson. Come here, kid. This old woman wants to hug you"
"Hi, grandma. This young man also wants to hug you."
"Are you really healthy now? Why do you have to come all the way here." Asked Jungkook's Grandma as soon as they let go of each other's hugs.
"Of course. Do you forget that your grandson is really strong."
"Of course, my son is indeed the strongest."
Jungkook snorted in disgust hearing his mother's words. Does he need to remind them who's the one that wants to cross out his name from the family list, five months ago?
"Mom, Dad. I need to talk to both of you. Can we go somewhere quiet?"
His parents looked at each other before finally, Mr Jeon answered "Fine. We can go to the rooftop. It's quiet there. I often take your grandmother to see the scenery".
Jungkook trailing behind his father and mother,
"So what do you want to say, son?" Asked Mrs Jeon while stroking her son's hair, and the Jeon's youngest son quickly brushed off his hand.
"I want both of you to answer honestly for every question that I'm going to ask you."
"Ok."
"Did you meet Taehyung while I was at the hospital?"
